Fox's version of a special needs classroom, The Five, takes offense at being mocked by Jon Stewart and decide they'd like to debate him. Yes, because there will be nothing mock-able about THAT!

In case you missed it here is the Daily Show bit that has the time-out corner all in a huff.

Let me just say that I have NEVER watched The Five in my life, but IF they get Jon Stewart on to debate them I will gladly sit through the entire program with a huge bowl of popcorn so that I can watch him tear them into tiny bite size pieces.

I am guessing that this group of short bus riders have never seen Stewart's famous Crossfire appearance, which resulted in that show being yanked off the air by a horribly embarrassed CNN. (Luckily for them Fox News is used to being embarrassed.)

All in all it will be a bloodbath,. A very, VERY satisfying bloodbath.

Who watches Fox or The Five? A debate with Stewart is a fine idea but aliens will debate them first.

o/t mystery Can Sarah Palin see Russian from her porch? wtf? Graham Fuller (Fuller was identified as the author of a 1985 study that according to the New York Times was "instrumental" in the decision of the Reagan Administration to secretly contact leaders in Iran and "eventually led to the covert sale of United States weapons to Teheran in what became the Iran-Contra Affair."), a retired CIA officer whose daughter was briefly married to Ruslan Tsarnaev (Uncle Ruslan married Graham Fuller's daughter early 1990’s .. the couple divorced sometime before 2004... 10 years is brief?) "Boston Marathon Bombers" Uncle Ruslan, was Halliburton contractor / Consultant for USAID (CIA front). Uncle Ruslan's company listed address at the home of former CIA Graham Fuller. Good catch. Daddy Bushie's CIA contact list was helpful to the neocons, and ultimately blew up any facade of Reagan being a "small government" conservative. Ronnie was asleep at the wheel while the crooks raided the treasury. Meese, Rummie, Bush 41, etc., etc. compised the most crooked administration ever, and that includes Nixon's as well. Because while Nixon was a sniveling anti-semetic, paranoid bigot, he was actually a brilliant man who accomplished a great deal of good. Nixon fucked us over on Vietnam and was one of the designated intelligence spooks behind JFK (coded that "Bay of Pigs thing") and the Southern strategy mastermind, but Nixon WAS in control, or at least was partially in control, even with Kissinger. Reagan was the security guard that fell asleep with the key in his hand, so the crooks didn't even have to look for it. Criminals, most, and the others were just bagmen. I don't want to hear shit about him being a great president. Look at his legacy of fake conservatives and how they have enriched their pals ever since. History has shown the Reagan admin for what they were and their travesty of justice. But ignorant people still haven't learned, they've just doubled down and moved farther right. I got off that bandwagon of fake republicans later than I should have, but I'll never go back bc they will never represent Americans and "our" interests, not in my lifetime, anyway, for the next 30 years, for sure.

btw... Mr. Ruslan Tsarni (changed name from Tsarnaev), a U.S. citizen, has over 10 years of professional experience in oil and gas legislation and corporate law.

Every US energy expert would know of him and his work. Just ask Sarah.

On a more ominous note, Graham Fuller was listed as one of the American Deep State rogues on Sibel Edmonds’ State Secrets Privilege Gallery,. Edmonds explained it featured subjects of FBI investigations she became aware of during her time as an FBI translator.

I thought that Edmonds had been gagged by a court order after Grassley and what's his name from CA refused to allow her to testify before the 9-11 committee but still had a gag order. I knew that Mossad/Israel played a role, but I thought that the CIA moles that were responsible for the subterfuge in the translations were from Turkey. Maybe I need to revisit it, since it's been awhile.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist on the scale that the nuts are who see stuff in every event, but there are things that trouble me about the incestuous relationships between CIA and former rogue or soon-to-be-declared-rogue states. We've played friend/foe ping pong with both Iran and Iraq so much that our double agents are confused sometimes who they are really working for because we are so fickle because widdle Israel gets their feathers ruffled anytime we put US interests above their immediate agenda. They spy on us and sabatage our efforts by infiltrating whichever side we are playing at the moment. Tail wagging the dog.

Oh Lynne, you're killing me with your comments on Tucker C. That was one of the finest moments in TV history, IMO. Carlson didn't even believe he was being punked, and when he finally did, he was so distraught. THAT is EXACTLY why none of those stooges will ever come on The Daily Show. They might beg him to come on bc there's 5 of them and they might shout or talk over him, but he would chew them up and spit them out although they might not even notice they'd been crushed. After all, it takes a little self-awareness to know when you've been out-witted, and there's not a lot of introspection happening on Fox "News". PeeWee Herman. Hahaha. Poor Tucker. Bless his heart.

That guy is just gross and he gives me nightmares. I can't even listen to what he says because he grosses me out so badly....shivers, yack, uck.

NOM Rebuffs Fourth-Grader’s ‘Perfect Argument’ For Marriage Equality

The National Organization for Marriage has sunken to a new low: quibbling with fourth graders. An anonymous fourth grader’s two-paragraph essay defending marriage equality went viral on Reddit last week, prompting Salon contributor Katie McDonough to deem it the “world’s most perfect argument” for the cause. Here’s what the elementary school student wrote (spelling errors and all):

Why gay people should be able to get married is you can’t stop two adult’s from getting married because there grown and it doesn’t matter if it creeps you out just get over it. And you should be happy for them because it’s a big momment in their life. When I went to my grandparents wedding it was the happies momment.

As you can see gay people should have the right to get married and you shouldn’t judge other peoples lives because if you was gay you wouldn’t want people talking about you.

NOM claimed, “we’re not interested in arguing with a fourth-grader,” but nevertheless took exception to McDonough’s characterization:

Proof again that the activists pushing same-sex marriage aren’t interested in reasoned debate and argument: just silencing the other side. A tactic fitting maybe for a schoolyard, but not the public square.

This “Nuh-uh!” response utilizes the exact same tactic it attempts to rebuke — simply disregarding opponents’ points — and ignores the actual merits of the student’s argument. It’s quite true that no ban on same-sex marriage has ever stopped same-sex couples from forming and raising their own families. Certainly, the gay community is not going to suddenly start marrying people of the opposite sex, as the “responsible procreation” argument suggests. Banning same-sex marriage definitely does not have any impact on whether straight men over the age of 55 cheat on their wives, as some conservatives have claimed.

In fact, one of the biggest gaps in NOM’s arguments against equality is the fact that the protections of marriage would greatly benefit these same-sex families. Children raised by same-sex couples fare just as well as other children, and allowing their parents to marry will only add to their protection.

It could very well be that the fourth-grader who wrote this essay actually has same-sex parents. Regardless, there are plenty of nine-year-old’s who do. It’s unclear whether NOM would ever concede that this reality “creeps them out,” but considering that they felt the need to take umbrage to this essay, they certainly don’t seem ready to “get over it.”

Three Gay Teens Starved, Tortured, And Killed At ‘Man Building’ Camp

On March 23, 2011 Wilma Buys received a phone call that her 15-year-old son Raymond had been admitted to the hospital for tests. What his mother saw when she arrived at the hospital is nothing short of horrifying.

He was semi-conscious and convulsing, with his arm broken in two places. There were burns and wounds all over his body. Buys was severely malnourished and dehydrated, and a medical report predicted that his chances of recovery were “virtually zero”.

Raymond had spent the previous ten weeks at the Echo Wild Games Rangers training course in South Africa; a camp that promised to turn ‘boys into men.’

Erstwhile Republican candidate and Renew America honorary chairman Alan Keyes has joined the current Republican insanity parade. His contribution? An online column muttering about "signs" that the U.S. government is "preparing our military forces to do violence against Christian denominations that refuse to abandon God's Word on matters like homosexuality", and suggesting that Christians need to prepare themselves to do violence themselves.

In other words, an open embrace of far-right militia movement talk:

Ironically, in these offensively evil times, self-professed Christians who feel outrage at the thought of associating Christ with violence may be playing into the hands of Christ's adversary. After all, incomprehensibly massive, government- perpetrated slaughters occurred with striking regularity during the twentieth century. Today, in various parts of the world, gruesome violence is being done to Christians with frequency. Events in Africa and the Middle East have Christians and Jews being systematically targeted for violence by groups that have seized control of governments, or are poised to do so.

Moreover, it's not at all unreasonable to see, in certain recurring reports, signs that the U.S. government is preparing our military forces to do violence against Christian denominations that refuse to abandon God's Word on matters like homosexuality. Just the other day, I read that "soldiers in the U.S. military have been told in a training briefing that evangelical Christians are the No. 1 extremist threat to America....Catholicism and ultra-orthodox Judaism are also on the list of religious extremist organizations." [...]

Righteous action thus requires, in the first instance, people who are willing, as Christ was, to give their lives in order to release the power of God's Word against the perpetrator of evil. But people of goodwill who witness it are authorized to take action against the perpetrator, on account of their respect for God. But in order to do, in this respect, what the Word of God authorizes them to do, they must be equipped for action, in spiritual and material terms. They must be prepared to execute God's law.

If we find those sentences quoted appreciatively in the next domestic terrorist's daily journal, I would not be one bit surprised.

"The Five" is part of the Fox News echo-chamber in that there are no dissenting opinions allowed on Fox.
And that's because their propaganda can't stand up to the light of reason and facts.

(Bob Beckel is a paper cut-out ostensibly meant to represent a lone liberal voice standing up to the other four shouting conservatives. But in reality his purpose is to serve up straw-man arguments for the other four to easily burn down.)

Wouldn't it be fun to have Jon Stewart and the four conservatives from "The Five" debate? (Eliminate Beckel, he would weaken the liberal argument by playing the double-agent he really is.)

    But why not make it more interesting and include some other progressive heavy-hitters like;
    Rachel Maddow
    Keith Olberman
    Lawrence O'Donnel?

Oh my... then you'd have a debate.
NO... on second thought you wouldn't - you'd have a (figurative, gang) massacre.

Not that Stewart needs them, no, I saw the Crossfire episode where he eviscerated Tucker Carlson - I saw the episode of The Daily Show wherein he took apart Betsy McCaughey and shattered her Obamacare "death-panel" nonsense.

Eric Bolling, Kimberly Guilfoyle (the tomato), Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino (GOD that woman is stupid, she's Sarah Palin level of shallow and stupid) - those four are simply not in the same league as Jon Stewart.

...and one more thing: Jon Stewart has the advantage of having facts and the truth on his side.
