Bristol Palin is so "strong" and "independent" that she needs her mommy to sign books with her.

 From the Associated Press:

Sarah Palin will be stopping by for the start of her daughter's book tour.

The former Alaska governor and Republican vice-presidential candidate will appear with Bristol Palin on Wednesday in Bloomington, Minn., at the Barnes & Noble in the Mall of America.

HarperCollins Publishers announced Monday that the two will sign copies of their latest books.

Sarah Palin says in a statement that she is "so proud" of her daughter and " thrilled to be joining her to kick off her book tour."

So what do we think here?

Are Bristol Palin's book sales so pathetic that she cried to her mommy until she agreed to help pimp out her book of lies?

Or...

Did Sarah Palin see this as the perfect opportunity to unload a few hundred copies of her OWN crappy second book because it bombed so badly during HER last book tour?

Or...

Is Bristol Palin simply incapable of doing ANYTHING for herself without her mother telling her what to talk about, and what NEVER to talk about?

Well no matter which one is the most accurate, the whole damn thing is just pathetic.

BTW I wrote this whole blog post with no help whatsoever from my mother.

Sarah Palin does not want anybody to make fun of her stupid book until she publishes it, and only THEN can they make fun of her stupid book!

From the New York Daily News:

After pages of her book "America By Heart" leaked all over the Internet this week, Palin's publisher HarperCollins announced on Friday it is suing Gawker Media for posting the excerpt and refusing to take it down.

The lawsuit was filed Friday in New York, a HarperCollins spokeswoman confirmed to The Associated Press.

The day after Gawker published the pages, Palin saw them circulating around the internet and took to Twitter to protest.

"The publishing world is LEAKING out-of-context excerpts of my book w/out my permission? Isn't that illegal?" she wrote on Thursday, linking to a conservative blog which had posted the leaked material as well.

Gawker responded with a post titled "Sarah Palin is Mad at Us for Leaking Pages From Her Book," which, in the site's typical snarky style, referred the ex-Alaska Gov. to Wikipedia's page on "Fair Use."

"Or skip the totally boring reading and call one of your lawyers," Gawker added. "They'll walk you through it."

But Palin's lawyers don't seem to think it's that simple.

Their lawsuit pushes to stop Gawker from "further copyright infringement," and demands the website return the leaked pages so they can be destroyed.

HarperCollins is also seeking financial damages, according to the AP.

Harper Collins wants the leaked pages destroyed?  Well I for one am in complete agreement with Harper Collins.  In fact I support them destroying the entire manuscript before it can do any more damage to the minds of the naive and low functioning Americans that are hoodwinked into purchasing that steaming pile of Palin flavored mooseshit.

You know they are only prolonging the inevitable.  Eventually we are all going to see it and it will leave no doubt that Sarah Palin is the most immature, nastiest, most ignorant, narcissistic woman in politics today.

Sarah Palin to write a new book. Update!

Publisher HarperCollins announced Wednesday that the former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate is working on a "celebration of American virtues and strengths." The book is currently untitled and no release date has been set.

Palin's memoir, "Going Rogue," released last fall by HarperCollins, has sold more than 2 million copies. Her new work will "include selections from classic and contemporary readings that have inspired her, as well as portraits of some of the extraordinary men and women she admires and who embody her love of country, faith, and family," the publisher's statement reads.

"She will also draw from her personal experience to amplify these timely — and timeless— themes."

In an e-mail Wednesday, HarperCollins publisher Jonathan Burnham said that "a number of ideas and concepts" were explored with Palin. "This is the idea which appealed the most to her," he said, adding that she is currently "gathering ideas and identifying favorite texts and examples."

How could anybody publish a book about "virtues and strengths" with Sarah freaking Palin's name on it? Is it supposed to be ironic?

So this will be a who's who of famous people that Palin will have to google to even identify?

Perhaps she can finally name ALL of those founding fathers she is so impressed with. You know like George Washington, Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Abraham Lincoln, Samuel L. Clemens, Ronald Reagan, Ronald McDonald, and Christopher Columbus.

Doesn't Harper Collins have any shame?

Update: And if that was not bad enough. Palin shopping around reality show.

Well I think we can finally put the whole running for president thing to bed now. After America gets a close up look at this family even most of the Palin-bots will be thanking their lucky stars that Barack Obama won the election.

Update 2: Of course who needs a reality show or book deals when you can just fill your pockets with tons of free stuff? Who in the hell needs 40 pairs of earphones anyway? Is THAT how her family drowns out that screechy voice of hers? (And before anybody else mentions it, yes I think that is Bristol with her in LA as well. I do believe that Willow is in pretty hot water here at home. And yes that is foreshadowing. Stay tuned!)

(Whoops I stand corrected it looks like Willow is ALSO in LA. My bad.)

Update 3: This site identifies the girl with Sarah as Bristol, but to be honest from the picture I cannot tell. The reason I did not think it was Willow is because of a new rumor swirling around up here. I may know more tomorrow.

Even Sarah's ghostwriter is too embarrassed to talk about Palin's new book.

One San Diegan knows all the details of Sarah Palin's soon-to-be released memoir, but don't ask her about it. She can't tell.

Lynn Vincent, Palin's ghostwriter, has signed a non-disclosure agreement.
(Believe me she is not going to want to talk about it after it comes out either. She is going to be too embarrassed about the lies.) She has been hard at work on the book for the past few months with Palin, the former Alaska governor and John McCain's running mate.

So quick did their writing progress that the publisher announced yesterday that the 400-page memoir's release date, originally scheduled for spring, has been moved up to Nov. 17, with an e-book version following on Dec. 26.

After resigning as governor in late July, Palin spent most of August in San Diego working with Vincent on the book, “Going Rogue: An American Life.” Rumors swirled about Palin sightings at Vincent's condo complex in north San Diego County. Palin reportedly was joined here by her family and top aide, Meghan Stapleton. This month, Palin huddled with her editors in New York.
(I understand that Meg was the only one who stayed with her the entire time. What is up with their relationship anyhow?)

Harper, the publisher, announced a first printing of 1.5 million copies, the same quantity as Sen. Ted Kennedy's recently released book, “True Compass.” (The only difference? Kennedy's book is about a lifetime of public service and Palin's is about less than three years of sabotaging Alaska, hurting her family, and single-handedly destroying the Republican party. Oh yeah, there is a comparison for you.)

Just as Palin was relatively unknown when McCain tapped her as his running mate, Vincent hardly is a household name.

For the past 10 years, she has been working for Christian-based World Magazine, from which she took leave to work full time with Palin.

So Sarah's ghostwrite is somebody who regularly places faith over facts. Well what other kind of person could possibly have subjected themselves to the "Palin pile o' lies"?

And what will Lynn Vincent do when she is besieged with interviews wanting to get her opinion on the other books that completely refute Sarah Palin's version of events? I am guessing her ghostwriting career will come to a screeching halt.

Palin pushes book release up from spring of next year to November 17. What is her hurry?

That was fast.

Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and vice presidential candidate, has finished her memoir just four months after the book deal was announced, and the release date has been moved up from the spring to Nov. 17, her publisher said

Does anybody else find it extremely coincidental that Sarah's book gets moved up the day after Bree Palin's earth shattering post?

I was told a long time ago that Sarah reads the blogs. Especially the Alaskan blogs and Palin's Deceptions. I would not at all be surprised to learn that she has expanded her reading list and made this decision in response to this new damaging information.

So now the question is can we reveal the lies that are undoubtedly in her book and make it impossible for her publishers to put it out there?

My money is on the bloggers. What do you think?
