New York Times asks judge to throw out Sarah Palin defamation suit.

Courtesy of the Miami Herald:

The New York Times has asked a judge to toss out a defamation lawsuit former Alaska governor Sarah Palin filed against it.

The newspaper said in court papers late Friday that its prompt and full correction of an editorial that referenced Palin's political action committee nullifies her claims.

Palin sued the Times in Manhattan federal court last month, saying the newspaper had accused her of inciting the mass shooting that severely wounded then-Arizona U.S. Rep. Gabby Giffords. She sought unspecified damages.

In court papers Friday, Times lawyers noted that the plain words of the editorial referenced Palin's "SarahPAC" political action committee rather than Palin herself.

I think ultimately that this case is going to either be thrown out or Palin will yes "uncle" and give up after the costs get too high for it to worthwhile anymore.

Ultimately of course I would like to see Palin lose and then be forced to compensate the Times for court costs, but I do not see it going that far.

Sarah Palin explains that she did not close SarahPAC because the funds dried up, it was because it already changed the face of American politics.

Courtesy of the Moosenugget shoveler's Facebook page:

Because of your support we have changed the face of the Republican Party and American politics, so thank you! What a chapter it has been! And now together we'll write a new one. (Yep the PAC is not closing due to a lack of funds, it's because they won already!)

Anyone on the national political stage will tell you SarahPAC is different. Our team of volunteers and very few paid staffers have operated what is arguably the most unconventional but relevant and EFFECTIVE PACs in the country. (Oh Jesus, I am drowning in bullshit here.)

We didn't engage in political cronyism, didn't capitalize on PAC influence for anyone's employment or hob-nobbing opportunities, and we did not profit from the PAC. (Say what?)We "went rogue" every day for nearly eight years to prove an aspect of American politics could be clean and upright. (Unbelievable!)

Instead of conventional politicking, we strived to serve you by providing a voice for everyday hardworking patriots who knew the political status quo had to go. Our efforts utilized the platform God has graciously and inexplicably blessed me with.

It's been you - our tremendous supporters - making it all possible. (Suckers!)

Friends, our shared belief in the mission to make America exceptional again will live on, and in fact can now grow exponentially with an even LOUDER and more OPTIMISTIC collective voice. The time is right to propel this mission forward!

Stay tuned for the next steps we'll take with you as SarahPAC winds down and we leap forward into the next chapter. Let's keep living my dad's golden adage: "Don't retreat; reload!"  (Apparently that crappy website is the "next chapter." Let's call it "Chapter 11" shall we?)

God bless you, - Sarah Palin

And that my friends is how "alternative facts" work.

To be fair there really IS reason for Palin and her followers to believe that something has been achieved, and Palin DID have a hand in helping Trump appeal to the most ignorant, easily manipulated, people in the country.

Which ultimately helped him to "win."

However all of that talk about how "clean and upright" the PAC operated is absolutely laugh out loud funny.

As was pointed out by no less than the Washington Post, "The shuttering of the PAC coupled with the clear signal its spending sends — this was always for and about Palin — should put to rest any talk to the contrary."

Yes, exactly!

As for this next chapter, as far as I can tell Palin's "next chapter" is keeping her son out of jail, keeping people from taking her grandchildren away, keeping her family's dirty little secretes out of the press.

Which may prove difficult since the judge just refused to keep Track's child custody case confidential and she no longer has the resources to pay people to be quiet.

SarahPAC is no more! Update!

After almost eight years of existence the Palin family slush fund is no more.

Here is the termination report on which you can see that the PAC started with $99,052.01 and spent $100,775.65. Their ending balance is a big fat zero.

Well I promised we would hound Sarah Palin until the bitter end, and this feels pretty bitter end like.

The family actually made loads of money so you would expect that they would be fine for years to come, but knowing how they spend money hand over fist, I  seriously doubt they have that much left in the ole piggy bank.

So far they have sold that giant RV they used to travel across the country lying about possibly running for office, the house in Arizona, and Bristol's house. Which leaves the plane, the snow machines, various gas guzzling vehicles, the cabin, and the Fox News studio as possible assets to liquidate.

Todd and Dakota are signed up to run the Iron Dog together, so there must still be a sponsor or two lurking around, but I don't know if there are many other sources of revenue coming in with SarahPAC now shut down and Sarah's judge show idea getting the axe.

And with Track's legal bills, and Palin having to essentially support the entire family,  I don't think she can keep up the facade for much longer.

I guess that now explains this new crappy website of hers, and why her daughter is desperately hawking tea on Instagram.

This actually gives a little more credibility to that Blind Item post from yesterday, because it really does seem that Palin went all in for Trump, who she clearly thought would provide for her in return, and he essentially left her high and dry.

You know this is the kind of thing that might force certain family members to do something desperate.

You know, like get a job.

Update: The Washington Post has the story now too.

After pointing out that the PAC spent almost every penny that it received on the PAC or the Palin, they ended the article with this statement:

Palin's inner circle — such as it ever existed — spent lots and lots of time in the 2009/2010 period insisting that she was focused like a laser on increasing the number of Republicans in Congress, governors' mansions and statehouses. But, following the money never bore that commitment out. Palin's outlay from her PAC was always heavily tilted toward, well, herself.

The shuttering of the PAC coupled with the clear signal its spending sends — this was always for and about Palin — should put to rest any talk to the contrary.

Exactly!

Which by the way has been what we have been saying since the PAC launched in 2009.

So SarahPAC only has $154,347 left?

I refuse to accept that my fifteen minutes of fame has finally come to an end.
Today the October quarterly report came out, and let's just say that Palin's days of living off the mentally challenged in this country are all but over.

When the quarter began the fund had $171,686.

It brought in a measly $166,090 over a three month period.

And it spent $183,429. (Including $20,000 to political campaigns.)

Leaving it with only $154,347 at the time of this report.

Remember that in the last quarterly report we learned that the PAC started with $267,574, brought in $149,246, and spent $245,136.

We thought THAT was pathetic, and it was, but this report essentially proves that it is all over but the crying.

I did a quick rundown of some of the numbers and found the expenditures to be much the same as they have been all along, Though there are significantly less of them.

Consultants pocketed a cool $57,000. (And yes it is still Northstar Strategies and Tim Crawford who are receiving that money. Crawford and Northstar were also reimbursed for travel and lodging expenses.)

Postage and direct mail still approximately cost SarahPAC a whopping $51,000. (Can you say "money laundering?")

They spent about $1,670 on fundraising. (What a waste.)

The fund is also still paying Marilyn Lane and Carol Ryan for "clerical" work.

And attorney fees cost them $6.738, with the largest portion going to the law offices of Baker and Hostetler which apparently is the firm representing SarahPAC.

At some point soon the operating costs for this slush fund will far exceed the amount that Palin can still squeeze out of the pockets of these poor ignorant slobs and then completely drain the few dollars left behind each month.

I imagine when that finally happens we will see this sad little grifting operation finally come to an end.

Then Track Palin will have to start paying his own attorney fees. Bummer!

Friday, July 15, 2016

So the SarahPAC quarterly report came out, and it certainly appears that Palin's days as a grifter are coming to an end.

The highlights first.

The PAC started with the embarrassingly low amount of $267,574.69 as "cash on hand."

By the end of the quarter that had been reduced to $171,686.19

Total donations amounted to a piddly $149,246.57 and they spent a whopping $245,136.03.

Fiscally conservative my ass!

Consultants ran her about $113,000.

Postage/Mail was in $66,900 range.

Marilyn Lane and Carol Ryan each continued receiving $2,000 per month for "clerical."

Palin is also paying a Becky Tessier to be her "travel agent" at $500 a pop, yet the PAC's lawyer Tiemessen only received $340.00 this go around.

And only two candidates, Darryl Glenn and Paul Nehlen, received the usual $5,000 donation apiece to provide cover for the slush fund.

There were some other minor expenses for car rentals and airfare, but the vast majority of the money continues to go for consultants, which at this point is clearly a euphemism for something else, and postage which we have always known was a euphemism.

It is a money laundering operation pure and simple, and Palin will continue to use it to finance her lifestyle until it is bone dry.

And that day of dryness is clearly coming up fast.

Palin has been spending more than she is taking in for well over a year now, and seems to have only minimally reduced those expenditures.

At this rate she is probably only good for another two quarter or so and then there will be nothing but dust wafting through the halls of SarahPAC.

Here is the link to the FEC report so you guys can do a little more research if you want.

I actually think that the Sarah Palin victory lap the day after a Donald Trump blowout might be the worst part.

Interesting that she left off all of the SarahPAC logo except the bear.

She has one graphic posted for each of Trump's victories, and THEY have the complete SarahPAC logo.

But let's not kid ourselves I doubt very seriously she will raise any money by pimping for Trump right now. Even the few supporters she has left are not so ignorant as to believe that she had anything to do with his success.

I think right now it is more than obvious that the 2016 race will come down to Clinton vs Trump.

Which means when Hillary beats this orange tinted asshole it will be especially enjoyable to watch Palin lose her shit over it.

Actually I think that once that happens it will be essentially over for Palin in the political realm.

It is hard to imagine any politician, no matter how desperate, wanting Palin associated with their candidacy after watching her piss on every conservative talking point she every vomited forth and then throw her support behind a reality show star only to have him lose to the first female President.

THAT is the kind of loser stench that even tomato juice and hydrogen peroxide cannot wash off.

SarahPAC quarterly filing is out.

So according to the end of year filing SarahPAC took in $950,966 last year, spent $1,362,059, and ended the year with $380,963 on hand.

Now we have the first quarterly report of this year in which we learn that the PAC started with that $380,963.17, brought in an additional  $135,038.27, and spent $248,425.75, leaving only $267,575.69 cash on hand as of March 31, 2016.

Not exactly fiscally responsible are they?

As usual the bulk of the money went to various kinds of "consultants" including old favorites Grey Strategies, Northstar Strategies, and Timothy Crawford (The guy behind SarahPAC.)

All of that came to a whopping $99,375.

Postage and direct mail was another biggie.

Postage was $23,147 while Direct Mail was $33,273, with a combined total of $56,420. Give or take a few pennies.

It seemed that somebody at SarahPAC remembered at the last minute that they were supposed to be a political PAC so at the end of the month there were a bunch of donations to various candidates, with only one at the beginning of the month, all of which totaled a rather pathetic $24,000.

Carol Ryan and Marilyn Lane of Wasilla are also both apparently still on the payroll, so whatever "part time clerical" work they provide must still be worth something to Palin.

Though not that much because all told Carol Ryan only brought in $6,825 for the three months and Marilyn Lane about $6,686.

From appearances it is clear that SarahPAC is trying to trim the fat, but not nearly enough as each pay period they still spend substantially more than they bring in.

To say the PAC is drying up is an understatement, and it certainly helps to explain why Palin is kissing Donald Trump's ass so hard and shopping around a judge show that she is criminally under qualified to host.

In short, she is desperate.

And with her husband's medical bills, her son's legal fees, and her daughter fighting a court battle over custody of her newest tax write off, the desperation in the Palin household must now be all but overwhelming.

Another Todd Palin update.

There has not been any real news coming from the Palin camp since Sarah's Facebook update the day before yesterday.

However People magazine has reported that Todd's injuries "were so extensive" that he required six hours of surgery, which only makes his wife's sloth-like return to Alaska all the more disgusting.

As well as her cavalier approach to his injuries in her Facebook post:

Knowing Todd, once he's cognizant, he'll probably ask docs to duct tape him up and he'll call it good. He's tough.

Yeah you know I'm pretty tough as well, but I would hope that if I suffered multiple broken bones and a collapsed lung that my family would express real concern for my recovery, and you perhaps delay any grifting until I was fully recovered.

Speaking of grifting SarahPAC has not missed a beat either, and this recent e-mail was sent out to their mailing list the day after Todd was found by a "bystander" broken and bleeding in the woods:

Hello Friend,

I hope that you have been well. We are emailing you today because we are worried about the 2016 election.

The national Democratic Party has taken advantage of Republicans being so focused on the Presidential race that they are now investing millions of dollars into smaller Congressional and Senate races. We at SarahPAC are afraid that once we have a presidential nominee, liberals will have already outworked us on the ground to elect radical progressives to congress.

That’s why we are announcing a fundraising push for our Conservative Congressional Fund. FIRSTNAME, you are on of our top supporters. Which is why I am asking you to become a Founding Member of the fund.

All it takes become a Founding Member of the Fund, and help bold and principled conservatives is a donation of $25 or more.

Each donation is spent to elect conservatives with a backbone. Do you remember when Sarah Palin endorsed Ted Cruz or Ben Sasse for Senate? At the time, these two men were behind in the polls and very few people knew who they were.

Sarah’s endorsement and SarahPAC have a proven record of making a difference and electing hardcore conservatives.

Please become a Founding member of the Conservative Congressional Fund today. Let’s make history and elect 10, 15 or even 20 bold conservatives across the country.

You can donate $25, $52, $100 or $250 or even more by clicking here.

Thank you, Friend.

SarahPAC

You will notice that they were in such a hurry to send this out that they did not even take the time to replace "FIRSTNAME" with the person;s actual first name.

You know I sometimes think that I can never be more disgusted with this family than I already am, but then that proves to be untrue.

Comedian D.L. Hughley has some advice for Sarah Palin that I really think she should take to heart.

You know assuming she has a heart.

New SarahPAC e-mail promises an honest to goodness signed copy of a book that Sarah Palin could not get ANYBODY to pay for if you will just send them some damn money!

This is from an honest to God, I shit you not, e-mail that an IM regular sent to me the other day.

Dear (Name removed to protect the innocent.),

We have some exciting news! We were organizing the office today and found some extra copies of Sarah’s book “Sweet Freedom: A Devotional “ and she has agreed to sign one!  (What they mean by this is that they keep tripping over the hundreds of leftover boxes of these crappy books and they need to find some way to get rid of them.)

We will raffle off and send a signed copy of Sarah Palin’s book for just a $25 donation. (Currently Amazon has this marked down to $12.83. I think it's less if it has Sarah Palin's signature on it.) Your donation will go straight towards funding bold conservatives running for office in tough elections. (Ha!) President Obama and Hillary Clinton have handpicked many of this year’s democrats running for office, and it is our job to stop them.

Make a donation of $25 and you will be entered into the raffle!

Or… Make a donation of $50 and be entered in the donation twice! Every $25 contribution will be counted as one entry. So if you donated $100 you will be entered four times. (Does this actually work on people?)

Please hurry! We will close the raffle in five days.

Thank you so much for your help, (Name removed to protect the innocent). I hope you’ll enter the raffle for a copy of Sarah’s signed book and help us defeat Obama and Hillary’s hand-picked liberals running for office this year.

Thank you.
Best,
SarahPAC

Is now the right time to mention that in 2015 SarahPAC spent less than 4% of its total expenditures on conservative campaigns?

It certainly feels like the right time to mention that.

You know I was thinking, this would probably work a lot better if they raffled off something with some actual value. I mean this glorified roll of toilet paper is currently ranked at 114,065.

Perhaps they could raffle of, oh I don't know, the purse that holds Todd's family jewels for instance?

Or a pair of Palin's non-prescription, "worn just to make her look smart," eyeglasses?

Or how about one of her rabies infected road kill wigs that she can no longer keep sedated long enough to staple to her balding head?

Hey I've got it, how about a "get out of paying child support free" card for the next poor sap that crawls between Bristol's legs and leaves a deposit in the only all night sperm bank in Alaska?

Just a thought.

All I know is that if they want to have a less embarrassing financial disclosure than last time they certainly need to do better than one of her crummy "nobody wants to buy" ghostwritten books.

I'm just saying.

I think one of my new favorite things this political season is watching Sarah Palin viciously stab former pal Ted Cruz in the back.

No you go first, I don't want you behind me.
Courtesy of "Et tu, Brute's" Facebook page:

Sarah Palin calling somebody out over their dishonesty. I don't think I will ever stop thinking that is hilarious.

And that is especially true when it comes to Ted Cruz, who were at one time so close that they were literally giving each other reach arounds.

"Oh god yes, touch my like I cannot pay Todd enough to do anymore!"
Of course all of this is even more LOL, if you remember that this was sent to Palins supporters less than a month ago.

Doesn't it suck to get dumped and then constantly see your ex giving her new beau a handy or talking smack about you every time you log onto Facebook?

I guess nobody told the folks in charge of SarahPAC that we're all on to their con job.

Via Sarah PAC and Sarah Palin[DONOR],Wow.We are overwhelmed by the response we have received since we announced our...
Posted by US for Palin on Friday, February 5, 2016
So is THIS where that $43,869.00 in fundraising dollars gets spent?

Hey, you have to hand it to Tim Crawford and Palin, they certainly will not let a simple thing like total exposure interfere with their grift.

But then again, what else do they have?

Saturday, January 30, 2016

Websites from all over the internet descend to pick at the corpse of the rapidly fading SarahPAC.

Let's start with The Center for Public Integrity:

SarahPAC is simply burning through more money than it’s bringing in.

During 2015, SarahPAC expenditures ($1.4 million) outpaced income (about $950,000), federal records show. This, from a former politician who markets her “fiscal responsibility” bona fides and once urged lawmakers to “cut spending — don't just simply slow down a spending spree” as an elixir to the Great Recession.

By another measure: the $457,459 SarahPAC reported raising from July 1 through Dec. 1 represents its smallest half-year haul since its formation in early 2009.

Meanwhile, conservative politicians’ campaigns didn’t receive a dime of SarahPAC’s heavy spending during the second half of 2015. Only a handful of lawmakers directly received cash during the first half of 2015.

This might surprise Palin supporters, who she solicits to “chip in $25 today to help us stack Congress with true conservatives” while asserting that SarahPAC is “working hard to support and elect conservative leaders.”

Ouch!

As I mentioned earlier I was really hoping that since Palin's national profile had been raised, partly because of her endorsement of Donald Trump and partly because her son was arrested for beating a woman, that she and her PAC would receive more scrutiny.

And that certainly appears to be the case.

Here is what HuffPo had to say:

SarahPAC’s most dedicated donors of late 2015 — those giving more than $200 — are elderly: More than three in five such contributors listed their occupation as “retired” or some variation thereof. They are most likely to hail from California, Texas or Florida.

But small-dollar donors, who don’t have to publicly reveal who they are or what they do, provided the lion’s share of SarahPAC contributions during late 2015.

To woo them, SarahPAC offers public television-like incentives to supporters willing to make a more modest contribution.

Backers donating at least $75 receive an autographed copy of Palin’s book “Sweet Freedom: A Devotional.”

Those who give $100 take home a plush “SarahPAC mama grizzly bear” toy.

Many of those donations — $22,325 in all during the second half of 2015, federal records show — funded SarahPAC’s purchase of Palin’s own book and those grizzly bear toys.

I have said before, but it bears repeating, donating to SarahPAC should be a universally recognized sign of mental illness.

The new financial filings have also attracted the interest of the International Business Times, Inquisitr, Al Jazeera, and Blasting News.

If you will allow me to do a little of my Snoopy dance here I would just like to point out that this is essentially what I predicted would happen as far back as 2010.

Sarah Palin will NEVER successfully, or even seriously run for office again, and will over time will fade from the spotlight until her name is only mentioned as one of the $100 questions on Jeopardy.

Friday, January 29, 2016

Let's take a deeper look into this most recent SarahPAC disclosure shall we?

The big numbers as I mentioned yesterday is that SarahPAC started the reporting period with $565,830.22 cash on hand.

During the six months they brought in an additional $457,469.52.

Spent $642,326.57.

And ended up with $380,963.17.

Which of course means that Palin spent $180,859.05 MORE than they brought in.

And that means that the PAC is, for all intents and purposes, on its last legs.

Now let's take a deeper dive and see what we might see.

Wednesday, January 27, 2016

Here is the piece that Chris Hayes did on SarahPAC yesterday. It's short but powerful.

I have to say that so far this has been a great year for those of us who have worked tirelessly to expose this horrible woman.

First the kerfuffle with Dakota Meyer over child custody, then the arrest of Track Palin and the increased scrutiny of his military service, and now renewed interest in the SarahPAC slush fund.

And the best is still yet to come.

The Daily Beast digs deep into SarahPAC's spending methods.

Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

Sarah Palin and her folksy turns of phrase returned to the stump last week, trailing amped-up Trump fans and self-serving fundraising requests in her wake.

“In order to get Sarah to political events to support endorsed candidates we need your help to fundraise her travel,” said an email from Sarah PAC after her “historic” Trump endorsement.

It’s true, travel is expensive. After all, what self-respecting reality TV star stays at a Holiday Inn these days?

And where does all of that money come from?

According to Federal Election Commission reports, in the first six months of last year, Sarah PAC—Palin’s organization that purports to be dedicated “to help[ing] elect principled, conservative leaders” spent $16,062 on a private charter in Jackson, Wyoming, $3,855 on a “car and driver” in Long Island City, New York, and a total of $4,364 at La Playa Hotel in Naples, Florida.

So as much as Palin rages against the Washington political machine, the consultant class and all the “elites,” the spending by Sarah PAC shows that it remains the same lifestyle-fundin’, consultant-payin’ organization it has been since she launched it in 2009.

Now, it’s all legal and—to be fair—$35,000 of the $825,556 that Sarah PAC began with in 2015 ($493,507 of which was raised in the first six months of last year) actually went to federal candidates and causes in the first half of last year: $25,000 to candidates for federal offices and $10,000 to the Navy Seal WFF Family Foundation, a charity for the families of the Naval special forces.

But after that, it seems that the PAC has had more to do with pumping up Palin and her entourage than pumping up conservative candidates.

For example, $38,000 was spent on speechwriting—$36,000 of which went to Aries Petra Consulting LLC, owned by longtime Palin aide Rebecca Mansour.

Of course that last expense may not be showing up in future filings, as RAM has moved on up.

Well not so much "up" as "over" to the dark side.

I think my favorite part of this article is how it lists the lists how the donations have dwindled over the years:

A look through FEC filings for Sarah PAC throughout the years, shows the bulk the money—largely from small donors —has been spent disproportionately on the people who run the PAC as well as fundraising efforts and direct mail.

For example, in 2010, the first election cycle after Palin’s unsuccessful bid for vice president, Sarah PAC raised $5.7 million, spent about $4.4 million, of which $467,000 went to conservative candidates.

The numbers from 2012 aren’t terribly different: $5 million raised, $5.1 million spent, $298,500 went to candidates.

And in 2014, SarahPac raised $2.8 million, spent $3.1 million with $205,000 of the haul going to candidates.

I never get tired of watching Palin's credibility and support crumble all around her.

Of course most of this we have already documented ourselves here on IM over the years, but the fact that a news outlet like the Daily Beast is talking about it ahead of the next filings shows that there may be more scrutiny this time around, and I imagine they will have much to scrutinize.

And by "much," I mean expenditures, not incoming donations.

After much criticism from the Left and the Right Sarah Palin turns to Rush Limbaugh to help explain her bizarre endorsement of Donald Trump. Oh yeah, that'll help.

So nice that Palin made sure to stamp each one of these with her SarahPAC logo. After all a grifters gotta grift.

Interestingly enough, seemingly unmoved by Limbaugh's conserv-a-splation, Palin's own supporters are turning away from her in droves since the Trump endorsement:

The above of course are all from Palin's apparently no longer edited Facebook page.

By the way Limbaugh's defense of Palin has also caused some blowback among his ditto-heads:

Shock jock Rush Limbaugh enraged listeners by defending Sarah Palin’s endorsement of Donald Trump this week. The conservative radio host said Palin was right to ditch the GOP establishment because the establishment had tried to destroy her—and by supporting her, made waves among the conservative hardliners split by Trump’s surging candidacy.

I swear if this keeps up I may just have to end my Netflix subscription because who needs it with all of this going on?

Here is that ABC News report showing Sarah Palin arriving in Alaska and doubling down on blaming Track's military service for his domestic violence arrest.

Here is what the  dimwit says starting at the 2:15 mark:

"My family is no different than other families that are dealing with some of the ramifications of war. And just really appreciate people who will support our troops and make sure that they are treated better than illegal immigrants for one."

ABC then reports about the SarahPAC e-mail asking for more money so that she can keep traveling and " endorsing anti-establishment candidates who will not play politics as usual."

It kind of sounds to me as if ABC News is not buying the Sarah Palin mooseshit.

By the way Palin's remarks are so ridiculous and out of line that even the White House felt the need to chime in:

White House spokesman Josh Earnest, asked about the comments at a news briefing on Thursday, said the instinct of many people is to "make light" of some of the rhetoric on the campaign trail, particularly from Palin.

"The fact is domestic violence is not a joke. Gun violence is not a joke. Problems with addiction are not a joke and the ... sacrifices that many of our men and women in uniform make, for our safety and security, are not a joke."

Earnest said while the fodder may come easy, "in this case, the issues that she's talking about are quite serious and are certainly issues that we take quite seriously here."

And everybody SHOULD take PTSD seriously.

But just like Down syndrome, if Palin can use it to deflect criticism, then she WILL use it to deflect criticism.

SarahPAC actually has the nerve to solicit donations to pay for Sarah Palin's travel expenses as she stumps for Trump.

Courtesy of Politico:

“Yesterday was a historic day,” reads an email from SarahPAC. “After touring the country for her book tour and hearing from thousands of people, Governor Palin went all in for Donald Trump.”

“SarahPAC plans to continue endorsing anti-establishment candidates who will not play politics as usual,” the email continues. “In order to get Sarah to political events to support endorsed candidates we need your help to fundraise her travel.”

The email struck veteran fundraisers as unusual, because campaigns typically foot travel bills for surrogates and since it would appear discordant for Sarah PAC to donate to Trump’s campaign.

If Palin supporters actually send SarahPAC money in response to this e-mail they are even dumber than we think.

First off we all know full well that Trump offered Palin something in order to get her support, because that woman does not do ANYTHING for free. And there is no doubt that he is covering her expenses as well.

Secondly the real reason that Palin needs money is all over the news.

Her son was arrested for demonstrating that he is not a pussy by punching and kicking his girlfriend.

(Actually in Alaska hitting a woman is the very definition of being a pussy.)

Once again let me reiterate that giving money to SarahPAC should be listed among the legal definitions for insanity.

SarahPAC fundraising e-mail features Ted Cruz. Can you say "Palin curse?"

Here is an actual  SarahPAC fundraising e-mail that somebody forwarded to me.

One thing is for sure, our next president took the stage at last night’s GOP debate and, let me tell you, fireworks flew!

SarahPAC has stood with many of the candidates on the stage, and we will support the eventual nominee, but that is not enough. We need to ensure that our next president has allies in the House and Senate! Chip in $25 today to help us stack Congress with true Conservatives. (Or pay to fight Dakota Meyer in court, whichever Palin deems more important.)

SarahPAC is here to fight for our conservative leaders, and send more men and women with strong values to Congress! Click here to join the fight! SarahPAC is proven, tried, and tested. We find Conservative leaders who refuse to back down, leaders who will proudly carry the torch of freedom. When you donate to SarahPAC, you are joining an alliance fighting to bring real leadership to our government! (Ha!)

It’s going to be a challenge, but that hasn’t stopped you before. Just like you, we are strong. We could have called it quits in 2010, but we didn’t. (No Sarah Palin called it quits in 2009.) We made the hard choice, we stood up and ushered in a wave of conservative values that will never be matched…Until we do it again in 2016!

Donate $25 today to make 2016 the year of the Mama Grizzly!

Best,

SarahPAC

Well Rafael's screwed now. Not that I thought he had a shot in hell in the first place of course.

Of course I have never understood why anybody donates to this slush fund for Palin, but after all that has happened I am starting to believe that doing so is a viable diagnosis for insanity.

So I guess we can assume that Palin's book sales were just not enough to keep her in the style to which she had grown accustom.

Not to mention that her Fox News contract is over.

And of course we already know that the SarahPAC funds are drying up.

So I guess she is starting to sell off her property and belongings in an attempt to keep that hush money flowing and her debtors at bay.

This is actually really big news, as my sources have said for years that Palin absolutely does NOT want to live in Alaska.

Not only is this an indication of just how little money is flowing into the Palin household right now, it also indicates that she does not expect that situation to change any time soon.

Sarah Palin stuck in a state where she is no longer welcome, in the house that she cannot stand to live in, and in a marriage that is only held together by fear and loathing.

Well I guess she has finally hit bottom.

I might have to drink my New Year's Eve bottle of champagne a little early.
