Is this the beginning of the Iraq civil war?

"This is the new Iraq," said Mr. Tamimi, a secular engineer with no party affiliation. "They use force to achieve their goal."

That is a very telling statement. This is not any where close to democracy, but look who they have as their role models. We roll in there depose their leader, kill many of their brethren, and then demand that they form a government following our strict guidelines. Anybody here surprised at the outcome?
