Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) made it clear who the marchers were directing their anger at on Saturday.
"We are here to take on President Bush, [Vice President] Dick Cheney. We are here to take on [House Majority Leader] Tom DeLay. We are here to take on the new appointee to the Supreme Court, John Roberts," Waters said from the podium to cheers from the crowd.
These people are worried! And they have every right to be. This administration is determined to take away the rights of the poor and the minorities because they know that they do not support them. Well guess what? They may be poor or they may be wealthy but the people who are against George Bush are no longer in the minority! We are growing in numbers and we will have a reckoning!
