Apparently the high gas prices are making my state stinking rich! Damn now I am all conflicted again!

Okay so we don't pay any state taxes. So we have an annual payout to every Alaskan that at one time topped out at $1,900.00.

Is that any reason to hate us? Yeah it kind of is isn't it?
