Duct Tape and Plastic will not help against a Hurricane- or heal the Levee's....and now we know WHY Mr.Brown was Fired by the Arabian Horse folks....But of the top 8 left at FEMA after the Great Terrorism "Homeland" Security Purge- only THREE have ANY Disaster experience at all- so we still have some major problems ahead..... ( by hte ay MrDuct tape only knows Fire- NOT water disasters....)we are still screwed...
