"We are ready to help through the Red Crescent whenever we receive an official request (from the United States)," Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Assefi told reporters in Tehran.
Assefi said Iran deeply regretted the death of many Americans and the material damages inflicted on the residents as a result of the hurricane.
Evil! These people are just evil! How dare they offer us help when we so desperately need it. Don't they know how important it is to this administration to have a Boogie Man to use to get more money for the military and arms dealers?
Yet here they are acting like HUMAN BEINGS! Not only that they seem even more caring then our own government! What is that about?
