Pat Robertson say that Earthquakes and Tsunamis mean that Jesus is coming, and this time he is GIGANTIC!

"What was called the blessed hope of the Bible is that one day Jesus Christ would come back again, start a whole new era, that this world order that we know would change into something that would be wonderful that we'd call the millennium," he continued. "And before that good time comes there will be some difficult days and there will be likened to what a woman goes through in labor just before she brings forth a child."

So Earth is in labor? Now I am just confused because I thought that all of these fundamentalists thought that George Bush was the new Messiah.

Well Pat seems to be on his own with this because the folks at Rapture Ready say that the Rapture Index is only at 161 and that is far from the highest that has been recorded by these wingnuts, that would be 181.

I always think that it is humerous that no matter how many times the "End of Days" is prophesized by these backwater prophets, they never seem to lose followers after the date comes and goes without incident. (Anybody remember when the new millenium started?)
