The lawyer shot by Vice President
Dick Cheney during a hunting trip was discharged from a hospital Friday and told reporters he was deeply sorry for all the trouble Cheney had faced over the past week.
"My family and I are deeply sorry for everything Vice President Cheney and his family have had to deal with," he said. "We hope that he will continue to come to Texas and seek the relaxation that he deserves."
Okay clearly this poor man is terrified that if he angers Cheney that he might come back to finish him off!
I suppose he blames himself because he saw just how much booze Cheney was sucking down and now realizes he should have stayed at the lodge where it was safe.
For future reference kids. Guns don't kill people. Dick Cheney+beer+chippies+guns almost kills people.

I did sort of wonder why he heaped so much praise on the media? Did that pressure Cheney to pay him more money not to talk?

You are so right, dear gryphen please forgive me...I should never ever compare the mainstream media to you...shame on me...they should strive for your standards at this point- you actually cover issues AND even give updates..( they only give "updates" on overboard grooms and missing white women, and lost Show Dogs....hourly. )
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is I took care of a 12 year old boy that was shot in the rump when he went to pick up a bird for his dad...his rump didn't look near as bad as this...
Also 35 pellets in his head/face/neck area alone- I really worry this guy is going to have signifigant lead blood poisoning....He also is lucky he didn't get hit in the eye- must have had safety goggles on...If his neck and chest look the same- worse than the face, he is lucky to be here....
