Iran's leader has written to President Bush proposing "new solutions" to their differences in the first letter from an Iranian head of state to an American president in 27 years, a government spokesman said Monday.
In the letter, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad proposes "new solutions for getting out of international problems and the current fragile situation of the world," spokesman Gholam-Hossein Elham told a news conference.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is just wasting his time, Bush doesn't read! He likes phone calls and fishing.
You know this President of Iran is gaining more and more credibility around the world by trying to work through this situation while not acquiescing to the demands of the White House. He is demonstrating both strength and the desire to seek a diplomatic solution to their difficulty. And Bush is looking more and more like he is just trying to pick a fight. Another one! It is clear who will benefit from the world's sympathies.
Of course now this administration is so busy destroying our relationship with Russia that they may not have time to further damage the one we have with Iran right now.
