The question of whether or not we have a gas crisis just got answered. People are donating blood for gas money!

With the price of gas on the rise, BYU-Idaho students are finding new ways to pay for it by donating blood plasma.

Plasma Centers are reporting a record amount of donors in the past few weeks and say a lot of them are there to pay for gas.

Donors get paid between $20-$25 each time they donate and some say that isn't even enough to pay to fill up their tanks.

First people were hocking their household items and now they are literally giving blood.

I saw a news story on CNN today that linked the higher gas prices directly to the war in Iraq, as if there was any doubt whose fault all of this was.
