Ron Suskind's book "The One Percent Doctrine" claims that Bin Laden released his message before the 2004 election to help Bush win. Interesting.

Many of us have made the point that Bin Laden and Bush are two sides of the same ideological, megalomaniacal coin. Bin Laden needs Bush to increase his recruitment and Bush needs Osama to distract America from the loss of our freedoms.

Suskind also says that we bombed Al-Jazeera on purpose. Raise your hand if you did not already know that. These missiles just don't go off course with that amount of precision.

That is the real Bush doctrine. If we can't convince them then we will just bomb them into compliance.
