Chavez calls Bush a "devil" and suggests he needs a psychologist.

"The devil came here yesterday," Chavez said. "He came here talking as if he were the owner of the world."

"We need a psychologist to analyze Bush," Chavez added.

I am not a supporter of Hugo Chavez but this still qualifies as my favorite story of the day.
