I have been advocating this for years.

I think "adult recess" is an idea that just makes good sense.

I know that when I get to go outside and play with the kids I feel very relaxed and ready to get back to work.

Actually I would take this several steps farther. I would love to see playgrounds that were designed for adult sized users. Giant slides, twelve foot high monkey bars, and rings that are twenty feet off the ground.

I picture it looking kind of like the mazes from American Gladiator.

Now doesn't that sound like fun?
