Newly-released records obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request contradict the 9/11 Commission’s report on the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks and raise fresh questions about the role of Saudi government officials in connection to the hijackers.
The FBI released the 298-page “hijacker timeline” Feb. 4.
The FBI timeline reveals that alleged hijacker Hamza Al-Ghamdi, who was aboard the United Airlines flight which crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center, had booked a future flight to San Francisco. He also had a ticket for a trip from Casablanca to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
The FBI timeline reveals that Al-Ghamdi, the alleged United hijacker, was booked onto several flights scheduled for after the 9/11 attacks, a piece of information not documented in the Commission’s final report. According to the FBI timeline, Al-Ghamdi was booked on another United Airlines flight on the very day of the attack.
Supporters of the 9-11 Report, and of the governments version of the events on that fateful day, will undoubtedly say that the reason this person had other flights planned was simply to throw off suspicion. But that explanation does not hold water since, according to the government, nobody was even close to uncovering this plot.
But for those of us who find the official story to be full of holes and lacking in credibility, this just adds fuel to our theories about what really took place that day.
When this administration is out of the way I desperately want a new investigation to be launched and the truth to be uncovered. I think it will shock many Americans.
I just waded thru your link, Gryphen. Living in san diego at the time, I can say there was "news" that never was published in the 911 report about those 2 guys. For one thing, their "sponsor" was living in a wealthy neighborhood that did not seem affordable on his salary. That "sponsor" was repeatedly brought in for questioning post-911, but released every time. He definitely had money-connections & good lawyers. Next thing we heard he had decided to leave the country out of "embarrassment". hmmm.
ReplyDeleteThe apartment was just a flop-place in a low-rent district. Inside were only a couple sleeping bags & stryofoam macdonald burger trash. No other furniture. The business guy said they were UCSD students (never attended classes) & that he set them up for job interviews to help them support themselves (no record of them going for one interview). They supposedly had student visas, which I believe state the accepting college or university as part of the visa approval. Think of the coincidence of them having student visas approved for a san diego university, but they were up in LA & happened to meet a man who could set them up in SD. Everyone thought he might not have known exactly what was being planned, but he was connected.
And there was a san diego "dentist" involved, too. I've forgotten his name, but he seems to have been a go-between who provided medical & electronic subterfuge (there was an odd trail of his electronic purchases). He'd been in this country for a long time, had a wife & family. His patient list was under scrutiny because they included those 2 hijackers + the businessman who set them up in the apt. Now, what are the chances that a couple guys waiting 3-weeks in San Diego for more orders all of a sudden needed a good dentist. This was looked into by two judges, but under cloak of secrecy & next thing we heard, Mr Dentist also decided to move out of country, taking family & child who were US citizens.
After the Randy "duke" Cunningham was investigated & indicted, there were rumors that certain businessmen who were paying him might be connected in some way to the original "sponsor" of the apt in san diego. US Attny Carol Lam was on the trail of many of these & many other dirty-repub connections when she was "released" by Gonzo in that group purging of US Attnys who were too independent.
Now that's only san diego scuttlebut. I'm sure every location the hijackers were in has local stories like this.
Like I said there is much more evidence about these hijackers that was either kept secret from us or never uncovered.
ReplyDeleteI ma not very good at math, but even I know that this simply does not add up.
