New poll shows Obama with 14 point lead over Hillary.

The poll showed Obama with a 14-point edge over Clinton, 52 percent to 38 percent, after being in a statistical tie with the New York senator last month.

Obama's new lead follows a string of 10 wins in February for the Illinois senator, who has moved ahead in the battle for pledged delegates who vote on the party's nominee at the August convention.

"Obama has the hot hand and you can clearly see his momentum in the national numbers," pollster John Zogby said. "This is what happens when you win a bunch of primaries in a row -- or maybe this is why you win a bunch of primaries in a row."

Everything is falling into place for Obama. If there is no huge misstep, and I highly doubt there will be one, Obama is going to be the next President of the United States.

  1. Isn't this too exciting to believe?

Six months ago, everyone, from the MSM, to the pundits, to my friends in Washington, said Barack Obama had a snowball's chance in hell of successfully challenging the Borg Queen.

He was whispered to be perfect as her Veep.

That was then and here we are today with Barack 10-for-0 and ahead in the delegate count.

But I will tell you this. Little Howard Dean had better keep his balls in his jock strap and not cave to the Clinton machine vis a vis Florida and Michigan, or he will unleash violent riots in the streets outside the Denver convention hall and possibly beyond.

    The American people are watching.

  3. Well gee thanks Chris for that disturbing image of Howard Dean's balls.

But I really don't see Howard Dean caving into the Clinton's. Number one they have lost a lot of their political clout recently. And number two I don't think that Dean especially likes the Clinton's.

But I do agree with you that if the Clinton's keep trying to steal this nomination there absolutely will be an upheaval in the party that may very well end up in the streets.

  6. She is coming to speak at a Local University.....and I will be very lucky if I get to hear her....but I am going to get there good and early....I have heard on her on cspan more times than I can count- she is a phenomenal speaker....

The Debate is not open to the Public- even though it is being held at a local University Campus- Michelle is coming to speak at that Campus- thank heavens- because the students there are rather pissed- their school is being used- but they can not come to the debate- and their campus is "closed" that day....

( 6-6 does not really want to go hear her- he is more of a Obama fan- and does want to hear him....)

The Events here are something you have to get there many hours early and pray you get in....I already go shut out of the one event- but I am still trying...

and when Obama is scheduled to come you know I will let you all know...
