This is certainly Maureen at her best.
She praises Hillary for toughening Obama up for the general election and the difficulties he faces beyond.
The last line of her piece sort of sums it up.:
Hillary’s work is done only when she is done, because the best way for Obama to prove he’s ready to stare down Ahmadinejad is by putting away someone even tougher.
See? We had Hillary figured all wrong. She is serving as a mentor to Obama, not a she devil trying to steal the election from him.
