Those who do not see Barack as a fighter have not been paying attention.
Just think back to Obama's 2002 speech in Chicago in which he famously said:
"I don’t oppose all wars. What I am opposed to is a dumb war."
It is not that Obama will not fight. It is just that he does not look for the fight. Unlike some other candidates have been known to do in the past.
