Barack Obama approved of this ad, but I certainly don't.
You know in my own Pollyanna manner I guess I envisioned finally seeing a campaign that stuck to the issues, and did not get down to these stupid personal attack ads.
And yeah I know that the McCain campaign struck first, and often, but I also imagined that if that were to happen that somehow Obama would stay above these tactics.
But what do I know? Perhaps this is just what has to happen to get a President elected in this country. But I do know it is a shame if that is true. And I was really hoping that Obama would buck the trend.

but mccain is getting nastier and nastier and staying above the fray is 2004 all over again

it's note the low road..it is perfect...it uses mccains own images...
