Rachel Maddow talks about Sarah Palin's sworn testimony for "Troopergate" investigation phase two.
I love how Rachel points out that Palin's constant renaming of "Troopergate" to "Tasergate" kind of contradicts her point about why Walt Monegan was fired.
Just another reason why Alaska bloggers absolutely LOVE Rachel Maddow!
And then she interviews Alaska State Senator Hollis French, who does a great job of laying out the facts of the case and the further contradictions from Sarah Palin and her spokespeople.
He is also a big favorite of Alaskan bloggers.
This video cuts off before Rachel's comments about how intelligent and well spoken each representative from Alaska that has appeared on her show has been so far. And THIS Alaskan really appreciates that she took the air time to point that out. I truly hope that these appearances on her show and others have helped those in the lower 48 to see that Sarah Palin does not represent REAL Alaskans.

I think the way she uses "Tasergate" instead of "Troopergate" is another way to smear Trooper Wooten and to try to take the focus off of her and her wrongdoing. Petty and disgusting. She probably thinks she's clever......not!
ReplyDeleteI love Rachel's show SO MUCH! Yes that was really sweet of her to say about Alaskans (I saw it live). She's showing appreciation for clear-thinking and intelligence, because I too have noticed the Alaskans she's had on for the troopergate story know their stuff and you can certainly tell.
ReplyDelete"TASER"gate? What a moron.
