Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

Just to lighten the mood today I am going to share this hysterical exchange last night between John Stewart and NBC anchor Brian Williams.
It is always a hoot when these two get together and I think last night was one of their best interviews thus far.

Gawd. I watched the whole video and came away the way I usually do when I listen to and watch Brian Williams: *GAGGING MYSELF WITH A SNOW SHOVEL*
ReplyDeleteHe is such a right winger and for him to keep saying in this interview that it's "monkey legislation" done by "monkeys in Congress" and then bringing up the "monkey killed in Connecticut", just so he can PROVE TO AMERICANS THAT THE NEW YORK POST WAS NOT BEING RACIST WHEN THEY DID THE CARTOON OF THE MONKEY SHOT BY THE POLICE, just proves once and for all that Williams was one of George Bush's and the American Taliban biggest jackboot lickers!
Disgusting.
Even Jon Stewart wasn't laughing. He had a fake laugh.
KayInMaine,
ReplyDeleteYou must have seen more than what was shown in the clip above. I got no such impression.
I was quite disappointed with the knee-jerk primate legislation myself.
I never heard got any indication from the clip above that Brian Williams was referring to that cartoon, whatsoever.
Well, of course you didn't IEatGravel, because you were too busy sticking your fingers in your ears so you couldn't hear it! Williams is a right winger. Always has been, but the tighty-righties always say he's a liberal because he's part of NBC. Poppycock! He's a right winger through and through.
ReplyDeleteHis monkey references throughout this video is all the proof we need to know Williams is trying to form the discussion about the NYP cartoon by giving the impression that all Americans knew in an instant that the NYP was not being racist. Oh please!
Also, you neocons are unable to read between the lines and you get very upset when someone like me can and points out how neocons like Williams are. You're pathetic. And I'm sure you thought the New York Post cartoon was hysterical, huh Racist?
