Have you ever been accused of "Pullin' a Palin"? Well someday you might be.

Sarah Palin continues to add to the American lexicon.

First she made it acceptable for a politician to pepper their speeches with "you betcha's", and "also's", and to use the most convoluted speech pattern ever utilized by an American born citizen speaking their native tongue.

Then she created the phrase "progressing our agenda forward", which always makes me miss the next few things she says in any given speech as I try desperately to understand what "progressing" is. I think it means something like, "If she doesn't stop talking she will progress my headache into a brain aneurysm."

But now Palin has added yet another phrase, not one she uses herself, but one she created through her actions.

According to the Urban Dictionary, the term "Pullin' a Palin" means:

1. Quitting when the going gets tough; abandoning the responsibility entrusted to you by your neighbors for book advances and to make money on the lecture circuit.

2. Bizarre move that will damn ambitions for higher office.

So now even after Sarah is long gone from our collective consciousness (Raise you had if you can hardly wait for that to happen) this saying will continue to live on.

It just serves to remind us that even after the wound has healed, the scar remains to remind us of our pain.
