CREW: Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has issued a report of the 15 most corrupt members of Congress. Is yours on the list?

Well mine sure as hell is.

He is this crimson faced jackass on the left.

Don Young, one of the last members of the Corrupt Bastards Club to still be in office, and honorary Alaskan Republican dinosaur.

The man has been in office longer then we have had dirt, and he is just about as clean.

Other members of Congress to make the list include:

Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-FL)
Sen. Roland Burris (D-IL)
Rep. Ken Calvert (R-CA)
Rep. Nathan Deal (R-GA)
Sen. John Ensign (R-NV)
Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL)
Rep. Jerry Lewis (R-CA)
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY)
Rep. Alan B. Mollohan (D-WV)
Rep. John P. Murtha (D-PA)
Rep. Charles B. Rangel (D-NY)
Rep. Laura Richardson (D-CA)
Rep. Pete Visclosky (D-IN)
Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA)
Rep. Don Young (R-AK)

Don't be fooled by the fact that Young is last on the list, it is alphabetical. Trust me if they were listed according to who was the MOST corrupt he would be right at the top.

So far the only challenges to Congressman Young's re-election are fellow blogger and Republican Andrew Halcro and Democrat Harry Crawford. In my opinion either one would be much more effective and honest than Rep. Young, who has spent his tenure in Congress lining his own pockets and gaming the system.

  2. Unfortunately, Nathan Deal is a Rep from GA. Not mine of course, because I have never voted for him. Most unfortunately, he is running for governor to replace yet another corrupt pol. and lover of Sarah P., Sonny Perdue.

  11. @crystalwolf, Sarah isn't on the list because she isn't in Congress. If it included ex-gov's, I bet that she would have a high position :-).

    Two from Illinois--my state.

Of course you'll never point out that there are more Democrats on that list than there are Republicans.

Good thing Little Mark Begich shed his buddies Weimar and Bobrick, otherwise he'd be a good bet to be on there too.

CREW accepts complaints about corrupt government. Sarah had a office in DC as gov of AK.
The IRS also works closely with CREW...CREW brought the complaint about 150K clothesgate....
    from their website:
Since 2003, CREW has closely monitored government ethics, bringing egregious conduct to light and holding public officials accountable for their misconduct
    Where's Sarah?

    just sayin'
    :)
