"Coming out of the woodwork". Did you hear that?

Isn't that what I have been telling you people? By gosh it is.

Here is Geoffrey Dunn's wonderful post on the John Wooden/John Wooden Legs mistake from Palin's "Book of Lies"..

Now for Keith's Special Comment. Quick somebody tell our President to watch this!

Is the author of Palin's autobiography - Ms. Vincent - trying to piss off Palin? Is Vincent responsible for sloppy, easily debunked b.s. like the "Wooden Legs" quote?

Even if arrogance, self aggrandizement, greed, narcissism, and shameless self promotion were the only reasons for writing the book, why would Vincent and/or Palin leave such an easily followed trail of breadcrumbs to the source of their lies? It cannot do them any good to be exposed as blatantly ham fisted liars. I’ve seen three year olds lie with greater aplomb than Palin. How does she think she can ever be a successful politician if she can’t lie any better than that?

It just keeps getting better and better.

I was going to write something, to expand on what Gasman said and just bursted out laughing imagining a panel on meet the press or any other program, trying to discuss that jumble of sh!t the Crazy woman wrote.

    Shannyn was great!!

By the way, I found another site at palingates where the book was review. The republican guy had a hard time with other quotes used by Palin! Called it "quote mining." I was surprised by some of his comments!

I am SO glad that Keith continues to give Shannyn air time. She knows what she's talking about and says it truthfully and succinctly.

  5. Old news, but I had not seen it before:
The latest buzz is that Levi Johnston has been approached about being a contestant on 'Dancing With the Stars' and 'Survivor.'
Tank and Levi Johnston fed the rumor mill during an interview at last night's GQ Man of the Year event:
    (from a website called FaFaRazzi)

It upsets me that Sarah Palin's book is ahead of James Patterson and Stephen King on the best-seller list. There is nothing I can do. She is so undeserving.

When is that book by Palin finaly going to be reclassified as fiction?

Other authors have gotten into trouble for far less in their memoirs for errors and dishonesty.

Why the different standards for Palin?

just wait till Oprah decides to swing back. We have seen what she can do. She was forced to do a cupcake interview and $P lied her way throught it, even then.

    C'mon O, woman up.

Keith, I would add this also. You said: "In the end Sarah Palin will not be brought down by her critics, or by her enemies, but by her friends." The biggest irony is that she will be brought down by herself. Her own words.

I can't get the videos to play either here or on the MSNBC site. Any suggestions anyone?

No doubt, the ghostwriter had little to work with on the book....Sarah's childhood diaries, an enormous ego and a drivel of lies. She probably just tried to the "Sarah Palin thing" by getting her money and getting out of the job as quick as possible.

The book without Sarah parading around would sell few copies. The hype is Sarah not her drivel.

That segment by Keith was amazing! We can only hope that Obama is listening to him and to us (and to himself, as Keith so eloquently puts it).

Has anyone fact-checked Lynn Vincent's other books?
Just wondering if there is a pattern of sloppy editing here on her part or the publishers. Who published Vincent's other books? Large publishing house or vanity press?

I think the ghostwriter made Sarah keep her name off the cover. I'd be ashamed and embarrassed to be linked to this book in any way.

Keith's commentary is 100 percent spot on.

Gasman, that was so great to open up the comment section. Thank you!

I would rather see my three-year old run Wasilla also, too. The State of Alaska right now for that matter.
