Just click the title and enjoy watching Shannyn and the rest of the "under the Palin bus" folks talk about their, memories, impression, and concerns about Caribou Barbie.
And don't miss the opening with Alice Welling. She does a fairly mean Sarah Palin impression. Emphasis on the "mean".
Frank Rich and Maureen Dowd have interesting pieces in NYT this morning.
ReplyDeleteGryphen, This was AMAZING. But, why didn't they "sink" her with the Trig question? It could have been on one of those little question cards that Shannyn didn't read.
ReplyDeleteIf Shannyn had a trig question...she would've asked it! Damn! I was there and I didn't think to ask it!!!
ReplyDeleteGryphen,
ReplyDeleteDo you know if/when a transcript will be available?
If so, could you provide me a link?
You probably don't remember, but I am the one who can barely hear.
Thank you in advance!
Delightful and MATURE panelists!! Vote Halcro!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing, Gryphen. That was a great show! I thought I heard you laughing in the audience, too! Andrew made a great point. That SP demonizes everybody and everything, i.e., that mean girl trashes others so she will look better. So, she never was a team player. But rather, a person who has learned to conceal her own ineptness by interjecting negative attention towards others.
ReplyDeleteThanks again for sharing!
Thanks for the link. Everyone should watch it. Best part is Halcro confirming that all those who have been thrown under the bus are now getting on the bus.
ReplyDeletePerhaps this is impolite since Bitney agreed to go on the show ... but, excuse me ... texting while someone is speaking, and on the air, to boot. To me this is just more evidence of Palin's style of governing ... she and her admin were more engrossed in their gadgets than their job.
ReplyDeleteKudos to Shannyn for (practically) slapping some sense into the guy who was acting immature and rude.
Call me old fashioned
Clue me in. Is this Alaska's equivalent of the Algonquin Round Table?
ReplyDeleteDown in the "lower 40" (NYC, precisely) I try to stay as current as possible but who are these people? At first I thought it was the gym teacher, guidance counselor, librarian, and assistant principle from the "Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrows" yearbook from 1973.
And the third person from the left--the woman: is that a weasel around her neck or her hair that didn't take the coloring?
That was a great show! I love that Bitney admits Palin is a sociopath! Good for him.
ReplyDeleteI wonder why Andre McCloud wasn't a panelist? Was asked to appear? I mean, let's face it, McCloud single-handedly took Palin down. Alaska owes her a fricken' award!
Google Anne Killkenny for info on the woman. she's a significant player.
ReplyDeleteYes, Shannyn claimed that she didn't read the cards before going on air. Well- then a single card slipped in would give her cover and start the ball rolling. I couldn't believe that Killkenny weasled on the "is Palin crazy?" It just shows the level of fear in Wasilla.

ReplyDeleteSaw this in Bree's comments:
A deal-breaker is heading toward the Palins. Can it be stopped? I don't think so. Will it topple the house of cards, all signs say yes.
From The Alaska Report Rumor Central
Bitney admits Palin is a sociopath????
ReplyDeleteDid he go to school with Miss WaWasilla?
I wish Ann K would of spoke up more...but as someone said, this is the fear that is keeping her from REALLY saying what she knows. Alaskan's should get together, "Alaskan's against Sarah Palin" and you know a group is harder to go after than one person. Someone needs to take this bitch down(queen quitter).
ReplyDeleteI like Bitney, lol, he doesn't like being under the bus! I thought Shannyns show was Awesome, and she's quite the comedienne too, also ;-)
