For those of you still concerned that Palin has any chance of winning the presidency in 2012, this should help to put your mind to rest.

This comes from Robert Schlessinger as reported on US News:

Americans for Tax Reform's Grover Norquist, one of the conservative movement's top leaders, sat down with U.S. News editors and reporters recently to talk about the lay of the political land. When talk turned to 2012 prospects, he had interesting takes on a number of contenders, but one name he didn't include on his list of those running was former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

When asked about a potential Palin candidacy, Norquist said he didn't think she's in it. He said:

I don't think Palin's running. She didn't go to CPAC. She had $100,000 to go speak to 600 people in Nashville instead of going to CPAC. That's not somebody who's running for president.

He added that the way for Palin--or any contender for 2012--to get serious would be heavy involvement in 2010.

If Palin goes and campaigns in 30 House seats and helps elect 30 House people, then despite missteps and other things she could be back on the program. But if she just gives speeches and makes money and just from time to time shows up, then no.

Well we KNOW that Palin is certainly not going to put that much effort into gaining GOP support. She is too busy pimping out her family and going after her detractors.

Still not convinced? The listen to what past Palin pantie sniffer John Ziegler has to add.

Palin booster John Ziegler was on Morning Joe Wednesday and said that "she has gone down a path that makes that absolutely, positively impossible in 2012, to beat Barack Obama." He noted that her Fox gig and "cozying up to people like Glenn Beck and elements of the tea party that I think she's rather naive about" won't help her with moderate and centrist voters critical to winning in 2012. Hot Air's Ed Morrissey also agreed. He blogged:

At least in 2010, Republicans need to have a big draft among disaffected independents in order to gain a governing coalition in Congress, and then they need to maintain that reach in 2012 if they want to make Barack Obama a one-termer. The nominee will have to have credibility with both the base and with independents in order to achieve the necessary cohesion and energy to defeat an incumbent President ... Palin’s moves since 2008 have gone in the opposite direction.

Do I think that Palin is still dangerous? Yes I do. She still retains the support of some of the most unstable people in the country and if she decides to direct them to back a candidate or incite them to violence she could still do that.

As reported in this ABC article Sarah Palin, along with Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, and Michele Bachmann share much of the blame for the frightening increase in Right Wing extremism.

And though some of the her anti-Hollywood teabaggers might have trouble trusting her if she keeps hobnobbing with the likes of Jay Leno or Oprah Winfrey, she is still on track to retain her even more fervent evangelical followers. Especially the ones who buy into the 7 Mountains Movement in which Dominionists are encouraged to infiltrate these seven peaks of influence.

So is there any danger that Sarah Palin will become president? No!

Is she still a dangerous influence? Yes!

Will she eventually be stopped? You betcha!

And before you ask, yes I am still working on babygate and following multiple leads. And yes I feel I am getting ever closer to making an airtight case.

And no I cannot give you, or the Palin-bots visiting this site, a timeline for when everything will come together. We have already had a substantial impact so be confident that we will continue to reveal truths that Sarah and her followers are desperate to keep from seeing the light of day.

Take solace in the fact that as evidenced by the preponderance of negative comments I attract here and on other blogs I am clearly very worrisome to those who are trying to protect sister Sarah from her past misdeeds.

Even if she signed a paper saying she will not run, I still want her brought down.

Enough of this country and its worship of anyone who is a trainwreck. Politics cannot become American Idol or Whose smarter than a fifth grader and tarnishing her with her lies is still important.

Gryphen, you are doing nothing but engaging in your wishful thinking when you say she's not a threat to become president. And you try to reinforce that with evidence that does nothing of the sort.

I talk to conservatives because I'm not afraid to talk to them and I assure you, not a one of them will put down Palin at this point in time. Most of them are even outspoken about her miraculous ability and understanding of what will revive America.

As lame and ridiculous as that all is, the conservatives have learned nothing from what Bush2 did to your country. They view everything as Obama's fault. They view Palin as the great white hope because she talks their exact party line. And most important of all, she appeals to stupid people who don't have a clue about good government because she looks good.

She's learning how to speak in public and she's learning how to dodge questions such as those which will be put to her by hard interviewers. Never again will a softball interview such as Couric's make a fool of her.

Expect the worst and camapaign and fight against it. Don't put it down as an impossibility because it certainly is not!

  7. Sarah Palin has ZERO intentions of running for anything except a limo, a check, crunch wraps and the Fuck Me Boots she always manages to sport.

As far as her supporters are concerned, there have always been dangerous crazies. Sarah is a bit of an idiot and doesn't see that her hateful rhetoric will one day bite her in the ass. Angry teabaggers and soon angry supporters who wanted to see her at the White House won't be too quiet. Or they'll just shut up and slink quietly away from embarrassment.

    But really--she doesn't care.

What Sarah truly prays at is the temple of the greenback. And that is who she is. Let's face it Gryph, Sarah is laughing that anyone took her serious politically. Throwing political Molotov cocktails was just a way to get her face on television. The PAC did the same thing. Others might be using Sarah to their ends--but all she wants is the money. And that's all she'll ever want. She'll get on her back like a two dollar ho if there's a big check at the end of it.

I personally want to see her with her own reality show where ex-Palinites show up at a restaurant for a little confab with Ms. Palin. Fun-- huh?

  8. Thanks Gryphen, and yes this does make me feel better. And yes she is still dangerous because of the very unstable Xtians who couldn't have an original, independent thought if their very life depended on it. Which come to think it, maybe it will. Think Jim Jones.

Reading the ABC article, to hear Dobbs & like ilk say the author of the report is paranoid. Really?? I immediately recalled a report (around March/09) that the Secretary of Homeland Security released, and which was actually started or came from the Bush office, whereby she included 'right wing extremism' and others and she got trashed for it. She walked it back and then voila -- it came true.

Here's a very small part of the report. See if it's something that sounds familiar to many of you - think about a show by Shannyn last week inclusive of a conversation about The Oath Keepers:

"Recruiting returning vets: “Rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat.”

Dobbs has been under a rock for a while so for him to rear his head out to comment -- you know it hit right on target.

Here's the link to HuffPo back in March '09 for a reminder:

Ha! Those that stay silent are also to blame for her influence.

But it doesn't matter at this point. Palin has covered herself completely. I can see it in every FU she shows you.

I no longer believe she will be taken down, by babygate or anything else for that matter. I am also starting to think that she actually is quite brilliant in some ways. She has dodged bullets like a master.

Do I think she will run for Pres... not at this point, but I absolutely think she could influence greatly who does become the next Pres.

Scary, but there is nothing the bloggers can do about it.

I'm just wondering if she thinks she's running and lining her pockets to fund her own campaign. Geoff Dunn has said she's already assembled team to run. I don't ask because I think she would be a electoral threat to President Obama (although she is a threat in terms of who she leads), but because she seems to be so delusional and out of touch with reality. She really seems convinced that nothing matters other than her firm belief that God has chosen her. I could see her still trying to run for the Republican nomination, losing it and funding her own third party run. Just like this new book seems to be designed to make her look smarter, she really seems to think that the more the public gets of her, the better they like her, when the opposite has been true. Then her Animal Planet-esque documentary about AK. I'm willing it's designed to get her back in the good graces of some Alaskans and to give the lower 48 a phoney picture of how much she cares about the state and how much AK loves her. These are money making endeavors, yes, but their also tools with which she hopes to gain credibility. Just like she tried to appear middle of the road on Leno. She may not have a genuine shot in hell at the nomination or the WH, but there's no guarantee that she's gotten that through her mentally disturbed brain.

I've thought for some time that Sarah Palin could not run for anything ever again as long as babygate was still out there unresolved.

While MSM would currently give her a pass, I can't imagine even a primary opponent where she posed a challenge, much less a Democrat in a general election, would let this go unanswered.

All MSM needs to fully pursue the story is a starting gun they can't ignore. Charges from an election opponent would get it going and she'd have to answer someone sooner or later. The longer she ducked it or tried to deny with "it's already been debunked", the more firmly a political rival would press the details.

    "Show me the birth certificate."
    "Show me the medical records."
"Explain again why you boarded two airplanes for long flights while in labor."

In her position I'd go for the money and the friendly audiences, too. In fact, I think that one reason MSM doesn't pursue the story. She's a ratings magnet and is so attractive (on the outside) that maintaining her political potential serves their interests.

But we know the truth. She's a fraud in many ways, including NOT being a 5-time mother.

Thank you Pat, I'm glad you had a few moments to spare before you went on the air.

Look, apparently you did not hear or bother to listen to the words that Sarah Palin spoke in the Christ Wallace interview.

What she said is that she supports the idea of going to war with Iran.

If we are to understand that the "Love of God" somehow translates into English as War is God, then may your God bless your ignorant little noggin all to pieces.

On the other hand, if "Love of God" translates into English as Love, then may God bless all our little noggins.

You take all that time and comment space to juxtapose war and sex. Do you have any idea that there is a difference?

Frankly, given the choice, most level-headed Americans will choose sex--after all, it does offer life rather than death.

And now, you are probably trying to think and bring up the idea of abortion. Well, here is my response, before you even ask your stupid the question:

Which might be the greatest insult to your God?

    (a) a miscarriage? (God's will)
    (b) an abortion? (A woman's will)
    (c) the death of an infant during
an act of war? (Neocon choice)
    (d) the death of a solder during
    battle? (Playing dice with
    life)
    (e) war being sold as a "Mission
    from God?" (Dominionist will)

Now then, let's talk about corporations. Which might be the greatest insult to your God:

    (a) the movie industry? (make a
    choice to see)
    (b) the Johnson & Johnson industry?
    (Q tips, etc.)
    (c) the banking industry?
    (Capitalism at its finest)
    (d) the military industrial
    complex? Including
    Blackwater/Xe, etc.
    (blood money all around)
    (e) the religion industry?
(You owe a minimum of 10%
    before taxes while they reap
    in unimaginable tax exempt
    profits--but then, the Bennie
    Hinns and Pat Robertsons need
    a fancy place to live)

I'm not afraid of Sarah Palin. But, I would suggest that if you believe she is just like you, invite her to your house as a guest..see if she takes you up on your offer...better yet, the next time you are in Wasilla, pop in for a visit--no doubt she will answer the door herself and offer you lodging for the night.

Your ignorance may be bliss for you, but it is a nightmare for the rest of the world. We are not scared of Sarah, it is you and people like you that is a full fledged danger to the generations to come.

It is just so cheap! Mos of us had mothers who taught us not to be greedy; not to behave in that fashion. And they know it. It's not Gryphen's revelations she needs to worry about as much as what her fellow Republicans have on her, and will use if necessary to keep her out of the next presidential elections.

I'm hoping that we are going to hear more about the Two Baby Theory. The more I think about it, the more it actually makes sense.

We saw the Heaths photographed holding a big fat baby right after he was supposed to have been born four weeks early. No Way! Fat is developed during those last four weeks, and the baby with the ruffled ear (Ruffles) looks more like a premature birth than Big Fat Baby ever did.

The way that I can make sense of having a big fat baby (with DS) on hand was because Ruffles was never going to be Sarah's baby. He may have been the victim of Bristol's party ways and excess. After they looked at the photos and had the baby examined by a doctor, they must have realized that he would never lead a normal life. If Fetal Alcohol Syndrome was the cause, Sarah could not be the mother.
(How would that look to the Religious Right? And, she said that she didn't drink. It would confirm that Bristol was the mother).

A baby with DS would cement her Right to Life Values, especially when we remember her various versions of wrestling with choice, getting amniocentesis, even sneaking in the back door to see a geneticist. That story got better and better, and made Sarah a viable choice as VP candidate.

The question that remains unanswered is what happened to Ruffles? Adoption? Ill health and FAS took a tragic toll on the little baby? No wonder Bristol had such tense relations with Sarah, and (unconsciously) sought to replace him as soon as possible.

So, please, Gryphen, give us your thoughts and wrap up this story. I secretly hope that Audrey reads your blog; she needs to have her hard work vindicated. And, the longer that Sarah remains a ratings grabber, fund raiser and media star, the more dangerous she becomes-- not because she may run for president, but because of her influence. And, oh horrors, what if there was a tea bag president who could appoint Sarah to his cabinet?? Yes, Sarah is dangerous. Maybe Ruffles can help to remove her from the public stage.

On the 7 Mountain Crapolla....she's in Hollywood working on that Arts and Entertainment hill! Boy, they are really coming out of woodwork today! Keep painting the masterpiece, Gryph....you are doing a fine job and they are getting nervous. She is truly certifiable and needs intervention. Those kids have lost so much by not being in school. Hope they are not stunted for life and think what is happening to them is the norm. When she implodes and the money stops, I hope they can carry on and handle the come-down. The whole fam-damilly may end up in the same padded cell tearing each others hair out!! Piper can show them how. This is all so sick. I get nightmares when I have to take narcotics for my pain and wake up every two hours in a sweat from the nightmares I have. I usually just endure the pain and skip the dreams. Maybe my pain and dreams will go away when this family is no longer on our minds 24/7. Time to get some work done and forget about this trainwreck. Kinda feel like Kathleen over on Palingates today....need a break. You take one too, but don't stop the digging. We will all be back, when we get some fresh air! Love your work.

  54. Anonymous 11:20 (Dan) - "All MSM needs to fully pursue the story is a starting gun they can't ignore."

I think the ears and photos of 2 babies (corroborated by respected expert opinion - physician and biometrics analyst) could be an effective 'starting gun'. But we do need to figure out how to get the ear plugs out of MSM's ears so they hear the shot. They have made a habit of ignoring skeletons and dirt that could take her down and have done everything to try to keep her relevant.

I doubt the shot can come directly from a GOP opponent. She's positioned herself such that they could be hurt by taking a personal shot at her. The Democratic Party is using her for fundraising so it's doubtful they want to take her completely down.

So how do we shame the MSM to pick up the story?

    Wow, Ziegler really said that?

That should make at least a few at C4P take notice. . .on the other hand, they will find some way to throw him under the bus.

That is the standard reaction to all former Palin idols that become critics. . .her supporters cannot digest that information and just find some way to discount the messenger.

Of course she won't run in 2012. The media had a bare 2.5 months to dig up the dirt on her during the campaign. . .but now there will be 2 years of solid financial misdealings and greed for her to 'splain away. The archives of Gryph and Palingates and Bree, et al. will be ripe for the picking. No way will she survive it this time.

And I believe that there ares still more email records to be produced. . .

And she darn well knows it.

I agree that SP could never win an election for any office and think that she's a dangerous influence. At the Teabagger Ball when she said she would "give her life" for her country, I got chills. She's sick. That was her shout-out for firing up the freaks. She would love it if they heeded her call to violence. Check out the ages of those fools down in Bossier Parrish, LA. The Viagra Brigade.

As far as her having a career as an entertainer, that's ridiculous. She thinks she's so cute, much as I dislike her, I still get embarrassed for her. That act might work in a bar at closing time but can't imagine any other place it would work. Whoever's advising her may be passive-aggressive.

Yeah, nobody listens to Sarah. In Jan 09, she endorsed Rick Perry in Texas gov race. At the time he was 20 points behind US Sen KBH who was returning home to become gov. Palin made appearances in his behalf, helped him raise money and he won a clear victory and will not face a runoff.

Perry will win in the fall and he will remember.

Thanks Gryph for posting this. The religion back story is really important. The NAR and 7 Mountain Mandate is scary stuff and is the real threat that Sarah poses.

IMO, Sarah may have reached the point in her delusional mind to think that she doesn't need her Bots anymore. That she doesn't need to pretend to possess "family values"...which to SP means "how much value does this kid have or that kid have?" With her greedy and ill-mannered actions at the Red Cross gifting suite yesterday, it doesn't appear that she cares what anybody thinks of her. She wants something, she'll take it and say FU to anybody who doesn't approve. It's too much work to keep the Bots happy, she's moved up to bigger bucks.

LOL I was wondering when Sisteh Sarah would claim the honors for Perry's win. Perry may win in the Fall and very well may remember. As for me and a bunch of other people, we'll remember that in that speech for Perry, Palin herself couldn't remember that she had told the lie saying TriG was born "the next morning - Apr. 18". She stood up there on camera and said TriG "was born that night" which would have been the 17th. Some people DO listen to what the rattle-brained liar says.

Donna at 10:32, I totally agree with you. Using religion to retain power and control over people should be a thing of the past. Good things have been done in the name of religion, but many many bad things have been done in its name as well. Our founding fathers were ingenious to devise a system of government that protects both the "state" and the "church" by permanently separating them. This is one of the most important tenets in the constitution. Those who dream of the "utopian" days of when we were a "Christian nation" are truly dreaming. Many of our founders were agnostic - they did not found a Christian nation. The US will never be an officially Christian nation. We have people of many faiths, as well as people who consider themselves spiritual but not religious, and people who are atheist. We are all protected by the constitution to practice a religion or not to practice. The problems of this country certainy cannot be blamed on this freedom, but rather abuse of our freedoms and corruption that goes on orregardless of religious belief.

The animal print jacket with fur butt bag and boots tell the story: Money can't buy class. And it is a clear example that Sarah can't learn. She had months of professional hair, make-up and styling and learned nothing. She has professional hair, make-up and probably wardrobe, and when left on her own, falls back to her tacky wardrobe and the "bump-it with topsy tail" up-do. She is a joke. You've really got the Bots riled up Gryphen. Love it!

"They added laughter where there was none during uncomfortable portions. Well, there was some laughter. Mine, of derision. During those pregnant pauses in her performance I was laughing long and loud, couldn’t help myself as much of what she was saying was utterly surreal, ridiculous, hypocritical - nonsense, spewed platitudes, pushed buttons. I was seriously thinking of leaving as it was getting hysterically unfunny."

    What intrigues me is:
Which political insider (GOP or Democrat) will "out" Sarah first?

It is like an incredible game of chicken -- they all know, and can probably prove, what we bloggers have long suspected.

Yet, Sarah is a powerful force working for both parties at present -- she scares the hell out of Democrats and independents (leading them to back away from the GOP) while she still helps the GOP raise money and support from their brain-dead, credulous base.

But when the advantages for either party begins to fade...

  76. Does Sarah already have a reality show that is "signed, sealed and ready to deliver?"

Some time ago over at Bree Palins, I mentioned that the Palin saga was akin to a reality show. Prior to that, I had read Levi was in talks to do a reality show--something about hunting.

Is the phoney court case a prelude to "coming attractions?" It will be a battle between the Palins/Johnstons. Like I have told Gryphen, for over a year, these people are milking the same cow. How people reading this bog cannot see that, is beyond me.

As soon as the Palins move into their new house, they can start filming in the other house we are familiar with. You know, where Greta filmed her for Fox!

Remember how angry Mercede was on one of the T.V. shows? She will be the star of the new show. A very pretty young girl! Of course, she will have to compete with the Palin girls. That, in itself, should be interesting.

It will be along the lines of the Kardashian show. They are making a killing on ratings with their daughter, Kourtney, at odds with the "supposed" father of their unwed daughter! They all hate him!

You have no idea how much I hope I'm wrong! Time will tell.

  77. She is merely influence now. Her influence power is strong and she resonates with the disenfranchised far right.

They will forgive her any misstep that will be uncovered at this point.

If there is nothing, which there seems to be, pertaining to any of her gates then she will continue on her path as queen of the trailer trash and we will just have to put up with seeing her daily on various news outlets.

If there was anything big enough to change her fans minds it would have come out already.

She remains a bee in the bonnet of thinking rational people and so shall remain there for at least another 3 years.
