Here is the teaser for tonight's E! (sorta) True Hollywood Story: Sarah Palin edition.
I better get myself mentally prepared to watch this steaming pile of....entertainment.
Is it too early to start drinking?
BTW I will be live tweeting the program, and will have a post with a link to my Twitter account on the blog at the start of the show. Then later I will write a post taking my angry, drunken tweets and trying to make some sense out of them.
Wish me luck.

WHEEEE!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDoes the fun ever end with this wack job woman?
I will watch with my barf bag handy.
Well, is it a good sign that the townsfolk don't sound giddy?
ReplyDelete"Sarah Palin, the one-time vice-presidential candidate and former governor of Alaska — who is a regular on Fox News, which the survey said was the television news network most watched by Republicans — is the best known of the possible candidates, according to the poll. She is viewed the least favorably by the general public: Twice as many respondents over all said they had an unfavorable view of her (55 percent) as said they had a favorable view (26 percent).
ReplyDeleteBut her standing among Republican respondents was the polar opposite: About half of Republicans said they viewed her favorably; 26 percent said they viewed her unfavorably."
NY Times today. Palin's poll numbers continue to plummet, except with Fox News viewers. Don't you just love the Republicans. Always willing to go against the general flow.

why bother watching? You know it'll be a whole show of hot air blowing up SP's skirt.
ReplyDeleteGood luck. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteThere's no way I'm going to be able to stomach this steaming pile of you know what.
(Although I really do hope there will be some new footage/photos from December 2007-April 2008 that will push Babygate forward)

This short preview includes Shannyn Moore.
I saw a preview on MSNBC and it showed part of an interview with Shannon Moore and she was not kissing Sarah's ass. This may not be the fluff piece that everyone thinks.(hopefully)
ReplyDeleteYAWN... I'll be watching Real Housewivesnof NYC, instead of the fake housewife from Wasilla .
ReplyDeleteBTW, I must commend you on your stellar posts this past week, haven't commented much since we went away for my kids' spring break, but keeping up on my iPad.
After watching the trailer,my advice is to start drinking now. You want to be mellow, you don't want to be like that guy who demolished his television because of Bristol on DWTS.
ReplyDeletewhen will this this end?
ReplyDeleteSarah should be in jail... not on TV
E! True Hollywood Stories is about has-beens, nut jobs and douche bags. I doubt it will get many viewers because most people are just not that into her. That being said, if the average American hears that an E! True Hollywood Story was made of Sarah, then it can only mean two things: (1) She is a loser now; or (2) The woman cannot be taken seriously as a politician. Enough said.
ReplyDeleteForgot to add, your previous tweets have been hysterical. Thank you for watching this tonight. Can't wait to laugh.
ReplyDelete@8:56 - if you can, can you please post the link again? And break it up! Would love to read the link to Ted Casablanca....Thanks in advance.

TED CASABLANCA EONLINE BLIND VICE 19/2/2010.....
The may not be swingers like Secretia Ohio and Chester Shorts-Off, but Henrietta Hard-Ball and her blandly good-looking husband, Elijah Schwad, have a convenient relationship when it comes to sex.
Like so many famous couples.
Henrietta's allowed to pursue (with ferocious abandon, mind you) her high-powered career, as long as Elijah takes care of the family and the home. It's an arrangement that's served both spouses well, for many reasons.
But ah, the only reason that causes us to really care about her is the one that makes Elijah happy. Can you guess what it is? A little bed-time dynamic that might make even Toothy Tile jump for joy?
Yep, you guessed it (otherwise you're reading the wrong column, really), Elijah lives to get it on with the dudes.
But like so many selfish men—is there any other kind?—Elijah also wanted a happy home and a family, so he brokered a deal with the attractive, driven Henrietta, who's about as interested in sex these days as Lindsay Lohan is in working.
So both kinda fake-married folks get what they want—a career for her, a harem of hotties for him.
What's even more interesting about this scenario is the fact that Henrietta and Elijah don't have your typical celeb following. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick they are not.
Let's just say that one of them works in a business that is mercilessly driven by what Middle America deigns right and wrong. If anybody in this corn-fed fanbase the kinky twosome so direly depends on ever got wind of the debauched details in the couple's sex arrangement, life would be over for them both—in seconds.
Hmmm. That's quite a gamble, wonder why either of them are even taking it?
Oh, that's right, Henrietta's never been known to see anything close to reason, completely forgot.
AND IT AIN'T: Gisele and Tom Brady, Mo'Nique and Sidney Hicks, Michelle and Barack Obama
Palins????
She didn't want a library, a civic center, or a new city council office, she only wanted roads and water. How the FUCK did she end up bankrupting them with a Sports Arena and using "extra" materials to build her own house with workers being paid by the city?
ReplyDeleteIt's NEVER too early to start drinking where this shithead is concerned!
ReplyDeleteI find it crazy that she was against the fancy projects and yet she put in that sports building....that's crazy for 5,000 people
ReplyDeleteIs that Scarah? Doesn't look like her.
ReplyDeletePU-U-UKE ME! That preview you posted is probably all I can stomach. I'll watch with sound off, captions on until Shannon Moore makes an appearance.
ReplyDeleteShe opposed a library while on the city council? Now why does that not surprise me? Reading is hard.
ReplyDeleteBottoms up Gryphen. Everytime they saw her dumbazz name, well just take another hit.
ReplyDeleteHope to see you here later bright eyed and bushy-tailed. Cheers!
Look who else gets the "true hollywood" treatment:

Steven & Liv Tyler
Charlie Sheen
Holly Madison

Gryphen, my friend, I give you permission to drink A LOT! Glad that you are taking one for the team because I sure as hell can't watch this steaming pile of made up crap.
ReplyDeleteNot only that but I really can't stand listening to that awful screech. I also can't even look at her anymore. She makes me sick and she is just sooooo yesterday, and also, too;)
Make mine a triple! Are you buying, Gryph?
ReplyDeleteBe strong.
ReplyDeleteThe c4pees r not promoting it so it must not be as fluffy as they would like and wouldn't the twitter quitter be tweeting it?
ReplyDeleteHmmm, hmmmm..... so confrontational and obstructive and AGAINST a new library - that sounds like a pretty honest report.
ReplyDeleteUh, no, it is never too early to start drinking when $P is involved. God bless you, Gryph, for taking one for the team.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine how RAM is preparing herself for this tribute to her goddess??? No, I can't go on, I think I'm going to be sick...
Library and civic center are not necessary.....but...ice rink is?
ReplyDeletePalin's wearing the Belmont girls again.
ReplyDeleteSnowdrift Snooki is going to be very jealous! Bachmann was just named to Time's 100 list of influential people. Palin...not so much!
ReplyDeleteSo far the previews seem to be objective and accurate. I'm friends with a couple ladies who competed in the pageants with her. They adored her. (I use past tense because they no longer live there or know her).
ReplyDeleteObjective thinking is good. Throw away your liberal bias.
If you start drinking now, you'll be ahead of the game! Thank you for taking one for the team. Your a better man than I am.
ReplyDeletePosted this on the Kirstie lost weight post but will post here too.
ReplyDeleteGryphen,
Interesting you posted this today. I remembered just two nights ago that there was a pic of Bristol and Sarah at a Wal-Mart during the campaign where we got a glimpse of Bristol's belly while pregnant with Tripp.
https://picasaweb.google.com/100128756392227951086/PicsOfProof#5597092160207901474
Flipped the picture so Bristol is facing the same direction as the pic with Sherry from The View.
Cut Sherry out of the view one, Sarah out of Wal-Mart one and put Bristol side by side and the belly after DWTS looks very similiar to the pregnant with Trip belly.
https://picasaweb.google.com/100128756392227951086/PicsOfProof#5597092152023862402
Gryphen,
ReplyDeletePuruse these too. Go forward about 6 or 7 pics in the album at this link. These were from the event she attended within the first week or two of DWTS. Remember in one of the first episodes she and Mark give the excuse for Bristol's dismal performance was because Bristol didn't get to practice as much that week due to her little speech.
In these pics you can plainly, plainly see there is something running across the belly.

I will not be watching. You couldn't pay me to watch Sarah Palin. Seriously. Thanks for taking one for the team, Gryphen.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all you do. Her voice grates on my last nerve. What a despicable, lying, shrew she is. Todd might watch and think "I wish I had known THIS saint of a woman."
ReplyDeleteDefinitely....start drinking now!
ReplyDeleteBetter you than me, Gryphen.
ReplyDeleteStart doing shots, now . . . .
Just how many so-called "politicians" have been the focus of "E"? None, that were currently relevant, to my knowledge.
ReplyDeleteIt's official, Palin is past toast, she's the burnt crumbs on the bottom of the toaster tray. - Hedgwytch
Hypocritical, from the very beginning. So she opposed the building of a new library and city hall as "frivolous"? Then went ahead and spent $50,000+ on decorating her office?
ReplyDeleteLooks like "fluff" piece. Thanks for watching it, Gryphen, so we don't have to.
There seems to be a problem Gryphen.
ReplyDeleteWhen people are posting links they are being consistently cut off when they are lengthy, so we cannot benefit from the information easily.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix/avoid this. I've noticed it alot more lately. Words seems to lay out and wrap around properly but web address don't. Any suggestions on how to remedy this. I have seen it commented on a few times now.
This will be funny to watch and take part of in the live comments. I will be working but I will catch up tonight after chores. More lies to swallow, and shi* piles for her to step in.
ReplyDeleteNever too early to drink when the serror paylun is concerned.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the "steaming pile" that you referred to. Seems like whenever the paylun is concerned fecal references are not too far behind.
bwahaha...what could be better than angry, drunken tweets??? Looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteGryph -
ReplyDeleteI shall raise my glass of Red Zin (Ravenswood) and toast your bravery and taking one for all of us who are blessed with no cable television.
I look forward to your tweets - sober and drunk.
Merci Bien,
Tata Ala
What miller @1:25PM said.
ReplyDeleteGryphen, thank you for taking it on the chin. I guess I'm a wuss, I can't stomach it.
Gryphen, thank you again for taking one for the team. I don't even know where to find the E! channel and plan to keep it that way.
ReplyDeleteDon't get too plastered tonight. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteLatest news, Ensign is resigning. Too much sex maybe for him and too much ethics investigations.
ReplyDeleteGryphen - Definitely not too early to start drinking! Besides there is no other way to watch that steaming pile of ... entertainment (?) Good luck to you. I will be looking forward to your (drunken) review!
ReplyDeleteI just noticed this stupid program will be airing tonight. Question: Is it a "good" or "bad-honest" portrayal of the witch? I went over to C4pee to see what they have to say about it and they are completely silent. Not one word about it on their website. I take that to mean it does not speak positively of their darling slut. Anybody know?
ReplyDelete@1:36 - either the Palins or Bachmann & hubby
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU.
2:17, by your use of the trite phrase, "liberal bias" you demonstrate both your own bias and incredible immaturity. Who cares what people thought of Sarah Palin years ago? The Sarah Palin most Alaskans and most Americans have come to view unfavorably is the one who paraded her ignorance, hatefulness, hubris, and greed only these last few years. Acceptance brings peace.
ReplyDeleteWill it be covering the mysterious plane crash and death of Curtis Menard Jr.? And speculation that he may have threatened to sue Sarah for custody of his son, to remove him from Sarah's bad parenting? Did it include Sarah's rage that such an act would destroy her presidential aspirations? Just askin.'
ReplyDeleteO/T, but out of curiousity went over to the C4P the other week and noticed SP is scheduled to speak the end of this month at a Jews-for-Sarah type of event. Just saw on Salon.com that this organization is basically one man. Wonder how much she is getting paid and if this is one of those fly-by-night organizations that are set up to pay her to "speak", as other commenters and blogs have commented. http://www.salon.com/news/politics/war_room/2011/04/20/jews_for_sarah_palin
ReplyDeleteBoth Sea of Pee and T-Scara are NOT very excited about the E! coverage. So I think there might be a tiny bit of truth tucked in between the glossy photos coverage.
ReplyDeleteWe know how it makes the 'bots cry when anything less than glowing praise is said about Quittypants.
Uh, I didn't feel that I missed anything by not watching SPA. I think I'll pass on this bit of teevee trash too. Looking forward to your tweeting, though!
ReplyDeleteCould someone please help me find a link to Gryphen's twitter?
ReplyDeletetake one for the team!
ReplyDelete2:17, by your use of the trite phrase, "liberal bias" you demonstrate both your own bias and incredible immaturity
ReplyDeleteExactly. TY.
It's about time Ensign from Nevada has, or is, resigning. The Ethics Committee is suppose to have had under investigation and it is already said he did stuff that was illegal. Jail time perhaps?
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to watch the Palin show...will just wait for the reports by all of you on it....especially Gryphens.
Didn't Palin build the sports center and name it after her former lover?
ReplyDeleteTwitter is easy to join. I started about 6 months ago and love it for many reasons. One is that I can follow people who interest me and get the up to the minute news. I have about 60 followers and I follow about 200 or more. You can put as much or as little info about yourself as you may want people to know. I use it through my computer not my phone.
ReplyDeleteThe reason I bring it up is that it can be powerful when a group of like minded people want to send a message to anyone.
I learned about lots of things that I don't read about in main stream news. For instance, there is a group of Journalists who met in Boston last weekend. The meeting was streamed live and the chairmen of the FCC spoke about the net and cable and what we can and must do now & in the future to protect free press. Now instead of going to HuffPo(hardly go there)I go to twitter to see what's up!
