Joy Behar on the Lawrence O'Donnell show talking about Sarah Palin, "Shouldn't she be turning letters somewhere on some game show at this point?" Silly Joy, that would involve spelling.
I hope the View keeps booking these moronic GOP women, although I'm sure Haley is going to pull a Palin and tweet about the evil librul women who set her up. Unfortunately for the conservative women who hate their gender, her words and Palin's are all over the web, and it is obvious no one sets them up. They are so anxious to get ahead in the GOP they will toe the party line no matter what damage it does to their daughters, our daughters, and any woman still fighting daily for an equal footing in the workplace, let alone the bedroom.

This is the woman who said raising kids "is a crapshoot"!!! Not if you do your job as a parent, it isn't! Only if you completely neglect your kids and neglect your responsibilities as a parent will it be a craphshoot as to how they turn out. She pretty much admitted that her kids raised themselves, and she had no idea how they'd turn out as adults. That Bristol is quite the manager and decision maker. Just like she alone orchestrated the whole engagement to Levi show. She did DWTS b/c she is full of ideas and independence and she won b/c of her talent. All the other failed attempts at being a star. And she really proves her brilliance and strength the way she operated Nancy French's Blog.

Neither Brisket or the old hag mother can hold Vanna's tote. She has a long history of classy behavior and beauty - grace at a job that has no requirements save looking attractive and not drawing attention to herself. Or some unstable confusing messages like that through Nancy French and rumor mill. They are remodeling another house on a very dead lake. Where her children will no doubt be effected by the same pollution that has plagues the "wonderful" family. Oh yeah, medical waste is a tragic no-no. Not a pretty when it all catches up with you. A lot like plastic surgery that looks so good one day and then you wake up to WTF?
I'm not impressed w/Rancic! Idiotic questions of Bristol as far as I was concerned. Why even interview the Palin clan? Get people on Rancic's show that mean something to people in the US!
Rancic did a great interview. Bristol should run for POTUS, so her mom can rant about debating and being fully vetted! We need more Palins in politics, so future generations can laugh as much, if not more than we have these past three years!

The "Jesus Fish" earrings also went unnoticed. I wrote earlier of my relief that former Alaska governor Sarah Palin’s Tuesday “Today” show guest appearance was drama-free, civil, and entertaining as opposed to a hostile, “Gladiator” esque spectacle many seemed to want. The former vice presidential candidate’s daughter, Bristol enjoyed the segment as well but couldn’t resist taking a shot at the media anyway.
In a Tuesday blog entry titled “Ratings Change,” a clear allusion to HBO’s recently released film, “Game Change,” the 21-year-old applauded her mother for reading newspapers on set in reference to her uncomfortable 2008 interview with Katie Couric (we liked the quip, too, Palin has really proven she can laugh at herself), adding, “My mom definitely proves you can be in the lamestream media without being of the lamestream media.”
Though some may challenge me on this statement, it must be said that I have had immense respect for Bristol Palin since the previous presidential election, when through no choice of her own she was subjected to brutal media criticism for being a pregnant teen. It cannot be easy to endure callous, sexually crude jabs from the likes of Bill Maher simply for being an unmarried parent and having to watch the father of one’s baby make a public fool of himself. That said, this frivolous dig at the media — perhaps even at the network which invited Sarah Palin to guest star on one of its programs — feels a tad unnecessary. You cannot rail upon the media for being unfair while praising your parent for partaking in it herself and remaining above the nastiness.
“Ratings Change” SHOWS HER IGNORANCE. The effect was minimal and not what NBC was going after. Their show has been #1 for 15 years. They are interested in making a difference due to GMA having been coming up on them in ratings. The CEOs are looking for more then a one time little fix.
Palin and the Breitbart business are spinning this as they please, not necessarily to do with reality or facts. Bristol is just a tool, Nancy French is the puppeteer behind what Bristol is alleged to write and say on that blog promotion. Are they up to date or do they still claim Life with Tripp is playing April 2? That is an incompetent bunch of propagandists.

The co-hosts jumped immediately into a discussion of Bristol Palin’s decision to move in with her boyfriend, a development which Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar seemed to view as Palin reneging on her vow of born-again virginity. Elisabeth Hasselbeck was of the mind that it was definitely possible for two young people in their twenties who are dating to live together and stay celibate — in face, she referred to “born again virginity” as her “method of birth control now.” Whaaaaat. She made the reasonable point that young girls should know that consenting to sex once doesn’t mean they can’t withdraw that consent later on, but Sherri Shepherd argued that Bristol Palin has more of an obligation to be a role model, given that she has publicly stated her intention to be celibate following the birth of her son.
Soon, however, the discussion turned to the real problem — Palin’s, um, questionable taste in men? Apparently this new guy is fond of writing really dumb things online. Like the N-word. I asked the CARIBE administration about their program and if you ARE a U.S. Citizen, you don't qualify for their Program. And all the while, I am working a full day, My son-in-law works more than 60 hours a week, and Everyone in my family works and pays for our Education.

I'm a huge fan of Joy's. I caught her a few times in the comedy clubs over the years, when she's not confined by fcc rules, the woman takes no prisoners and is genuinely funny beyond belief. I only watch Anderson Cooper on CNN since she left and the network became "fox lite".
I DO think she knows about Babygate. One of her skits during the campaign involved McCain with a viagra induced erection that lasted 3hours and 50 minutes, then he met Sarah and said "Pick her!" after she winked and said "Drill, baby Drill" before FLYING to the nearest E.R.
I hope she finds a niche with her own show again, preferably produced by herself and on late night. She'd blow Leno out of the water.

As much as I can't stand Hasslebeck, I think even she is starting to regret supporting Sarah, but still gets her subtle snubs against "liberal" people she doesn't like, she did the old "lean back with paper in her hands" routine when Julianne Moore came on stage(so she didn't have to shake her hand nor welcome her), once she saw how active she is with unicef and her valentines day card project, how she spoke about being a working mother, you could see her heart melt, and Julianne walked off, graciously and reluctantly accepting a hug from Liz.

The former vice presidential candidate’s daughter, Bristol enjoyed the segment as well but couldn’t resist taking a shot at the media anyway.
In a Tuesday blog entry titled “Ratings Change,” a clear allusion to HBO’s recently released film, “Game Change,” the 21-year-old applauded her mother for reading newspapers on set in reference to her uncomfortable 2008 interview with Katie Couric (we liked the quip, too, Palin has really proven she can laugh at herself), adding, “My mom definitely proves you can be in the lamestream media without being of the lamestream media.”
Though some may challenge me on this statement, it must be said that I have had immense respect for Bristol Palin since the previous presidential election, when through no choice of her own she was subjected to brutal media criticism for being a pregnant teen. It cannot be easy to endure callous, sexually crude jabs from the likes of Bill Maher simply for being an unmarried parent and having to watch the father of one’s baby make a public fool of himself. That said, this frivolous dig at the media — perhaps even at the network which invited Sarah Palin to guest star on one of its programs — feels a tad unnecessary. You cannot rail upon the media for being unfair while praising your parent for partaking in it herself and remaining above the nastiness.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck was of the mind that it was definitely possible for two young people in their twenties who are dating to live together and stay celibate — in face, she referred to “born again virginity” as her “method of birth control now.” Whaaaaat. She made the reasonable point that young girls should know that consenting to sex once doesn’t mean they can’t withdraw that consent later on, but Sherri Shepherd argued that Bristol Palin has more of an obligation to be a role model, given that she has publicly stated her intention to be celibate following the birth of her son.
Soon, however, the discussion turned to the real problem — Palin’s, um, questionable taste in men? Apparently this new guy is fond of writing really dumb things online. Like the N-word. I asked the CARIBE administration about their program and if you ARE a U.S. Citizen, you don't qualify for their Program. And all the while, I am working a full day, My son-in-law works more than 60 hours a week, and Everyone in my family works and pays for our Education.
Something is wrong here. I am Sorry, but after hearing that they want to sing the National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough. That's a real slap in the Face. It was written by Francis Scott Key and Should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the translation -- not Even close.

Yet this too stupid to spell her own name Melory, thinks she is a doc who can diagnose disability. As i a back problem, or a heart condition aren't disabilities. That's the problem with many able-biased individuals. Unless one is a paraplegic (visibly missing limbs) "confined"to a wheelchair - then disability doesn't exist. I hate to wish ill on anybody, but don't you just wish they would experience life form "the other person's shoes" - for a day or week?
If "Melory" wants to see an ingrate, then "Melory" should look in a mirror. Presumably "Melory" received years of education, but wasted it, as she can't even get a verb to agree with a subject in number.

Considering Y4peeeee leaves out the fact that the California law has teh followign stipulations:

So it looks like, if we have money left over, we give it to students who will one day be our fellow citizens, and who already have graduated and are smart enough to go to college.

I'm a huge fan of Joy's. I caught her a few times in the comedy clubs over the years, when she's not confined by fcc rules, the woman takes no prisoners and is genuinely funny beyond belief. I only watch Anderson Cooper on CNN since she left and the network became "fox lite".
ReplyDeleteI DO think she knows about Babygate. One of her skits during the campaign involved McCain with a viagra induced erection that lasted 3hours and 50 minutes, then he met Sarah and said "Pick her!" after she winked and said "Drill, baby Drill" before FLYING to the nearest E.R.
I hope she finds a niche with her own show again, preferably produced by herself and on late night. She'd blow Leno out of the water.
Turning letters doesn't involve spelling anymore! They have a smart person lighting up the blanks to be revealed now, so no need for book learning, but I doubt Lou Sarah Cash would get the ratings of Vanna White.
As much as I can't stand Hasslebeck, I think even she is starting to regret supporting Sarah, but still gets her subtle snubs against "liberal" people she doesn't like, she did the old "lean back with paper in her hands" routine when Julianne Moore came on stage(so she didn't have to shake her hand nor welcome her), once she saw how active she is with unicef and her valentines day card project, how she spoke about being a working mother, you could see her heart melt, and Julianne walked off, graciously and reluctantly accepting a hug from Liz.
