Supreme Court dismisses appeal by Birthers. Think they'll finally take the hint?

Courtesy of the AP:

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal challenging President Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship and his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.

Without comment, the high court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the challengers did not have legal standing to file the lawsuit.

The dismissed it without comment. Of course they did, because if they had said what they wanted to say it would have sounded something like this:

"WTF is wrong with you people? He was born in Hawaii! Quit embarrassing America!"

"Are you sure?"
Never mind, they will never let this go.

Keyes will never get over the fact President Obama kicked his ass in the senate race. Keyes played carpetbagger because ---again, the GOP thought putting a black republican (who is nuts) in the race would confuse the African American voters in Illinois. Duplicitous, clueless assholes that they are.

We Blacks don't vote according to race. We vote according to who we identify with on the issues facing this country.
Keyes will never have a chance with us.

'''the GOP thought putting a black republican (who is nuts) in the race would confuse the African American voters in Illinois'''

Confuse us? How could you think putting a Black Dem against a Black Repub Confuse us? We Blacks are not stupid, there would be NO confusion if a Black Dem ran against a Black Repub. Trust me.

I said the GOP thought THEY could confuse us. Have you not been paying attention to how they think we are monolithic in our thinking? How even though African Americans are a solid base for the democratic party and have voted for the majority of the democratic presidential candidates for the past fifty years-- before President Obama----we were accused of only voting for him because he was black.

The GOP thought we would be torn with Keyes in the mix because well--he's black----and their general thinking was one black man is as good as the other.

A name to throw out for ya. Herman Cain. This is who the GOP thought could take on President Obama and was his equal?!.

      Nuff said.

Well, the Repubs were dead wrong. We Blacks are a savvy people. We are not fooled like that. They can't throw in a Black Repub, and think we will vote for him/her. A Black Repub is no different than a white Repub. A Repub is a Repub, period.
Our people overwhelmingly vote Democratic, because we know the Repub party does not have the best interest of the masses in mind.

    5. Just like they thought that woman would vote GOP because of Palin in 2008. Oops--I guess that didn't turn out too well for them either.

The birther nuts would NEVER be doing this if President Obama was caucasian

Or if he was an evangelical christian

Or if he was a "rill Americun" far right Teaparty crazy

They just don't understand how an educated, articulate black man could have been elected.

THey purposely have forgotten about the utterly insane disaster that was the George W Bush regime.

W put trillions of dollars on the US credit card in tax cuts, drug programs, and an insane war in Iraq that was unnecessary

Where was the Teaparty when Bush was running up a gigantic debt, and had the stupidity to actually CUT taxes during a war?

Oh, that's right, he is a white man, and he was a "conservative" and even somewhat "religious".

So that makes everything OK, cuz he was doing god's will for 8 years. Even if he partially caused a horrific recession and debt crisis.

      Yes Bush is religious alright.
He religiously started two wars, unprovoked.
He religiously ran the debt sky high.
He religiously robbed from the masses to give to the rich.
He religiously effed-up our country, or economy.

The far right wing extremist are now going to say that Obama has corrupted the Supreme Court justices by threatening their families, or something else just as extreme. They have an excuse for everything and it all involves Obama doing something outrages so he can be the dictator of the US. These people are mentally disturbed. It's the only reasonable possibility I can think of for their bazaar and irrational behavior.

Why wouldn't the GOTea think choosing a black Republican candidate wouldn't draw off potential black Obama voters? After all, they thought choosing a VP candidate with the same genitalia as Hillary Clinton would do the trick in 2008...

So long as the President remains a man of color, some of the GOTea will continue to suffer from their color induced derangement syndrome

'''hy wouldn't the GOTea think choosing a black Republican candidate wouldn't draw off potential black Obama voters? '''

Because we Blacks are smart people. We know who is for us and who is against us. A Black Repub is against us.
We don't vote according to 'race'. We vote according to what is in the man/womans agenda, their political vision.

  5. It looks like San Diego is about to elect a birther to municipal judge. They're still counting absentee ballots, but there may be a Judge Creep (birther) instead of a Judge Peed (rational person).

As crazy as the birfers are, our choices are bad indeed.

If Jesus Christ himself showed up on the steps of the Supreme Court backed up by the Apostles and a choir of 1000 angels all singing the praises of President Obama, and Jesus presented a Technicolor/Panavision reel filmed in a tight shot on Mama Obama's crotch as the entire 1961 Hawaiian legislature, governor, and entire U.S. Supreme Court helped deliver baby Barack, AND Jesus also had a stone tablet etched by the hand of God testifying to baby Barack's U.S. citizenship - the birthers would STILL not accept that President Obama's citizenship was valid.

This doesn't have anything to do with the president's citizenship. It DOES have everything to do with his race.

Birthers are simply the dumbest moribund cave dwelling cousin hump racists with more toes than teeth. They could care less about the president's citizenship.

I agree, Gasman, especially if Jesus Christ, the Apostles and the choir of 1000 angels happen to be non Caucasians!

    Without comment? Go figure!

This won't stop the lowlife birfers. It doesn't matter what the constitutions says, it's their interpretation that matters.

OT The President rocked the house in Ohio, while Mittens drove his bus around the crowd of supporters outside. Stay classy, Meh!

There are more than 140 cases against President Obama, with more than 130 being shot down and the rest pending loss. Several cases have been denied by the SCOTUS, so this is nothing new. Take a look at freepers or wingnutdaily and see how racist the comments are. Some of us have been tracking the birthers for several years. They don't care that they lose in court. Their stated objective is to get press and create confusion.
