Senate Intelligence Chair, Senator Feinstein, cuts the legs out from under Right Wing conspiracy that Ambassador Rice misrepresented data about 9-11 attack in Benghazi.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chair, Dianne Feinstein, on the Republican charge that Susan Rice lied to the American people about terrorist attack in Benghazi on White House orders: "With the allegation that the White House changed those talking points, that is false. There is only one thing that was changed, and I have checked into this, I believe it to be absolute fact, and that was the word "consulate" was changed to "mission." That was the only change that anyone in the White House made. And I have checked this out.'

David Gregory: "Do you believe that the President, or anybody serving the President, deliberately misled the American people about the true nature o this attack?"

Feinstein: "No!"

Gregory: "Absolutely not Senator?"

Feinstein: "That is correct."

That essentially should be the end of this entire conversation. I don't think that ANY Republican is ready to call Senator Feinstien a liar, and if she says there was no attempt at a cover up that should be the end of that.

Of course it won't be, because the GOP is desperate to find SOMETHING to damage Obama's presidency. However the fact that they have taken this incident and blown it so completely out of proportion, even going so far as to refer to it as "bigger than Watergate," is an indication that they have NOTHING to work with in damaging the President's credibility or that of his administration.

By the way this investigation is far from over, and I think that there will indeed be some heads that roll. However, as much as the Right Wing might want to hope otherwise, I think it is clear that the heads of President Obama and of Ambassador Rice will stay firmly on their shoulders

I can't stand David Gregory. He keeps interrupting his guests and jumping to conclusions by trying to put words in their mouth.

    The video!
The video is the key, who made it (he has been quietly sentenced) who was funding this movie? Rmoney meet with anti-muslim in the middle of Aug.
The Ambassador was a "collateral damage"I think this was deliberate False flag to tarnish POTUS.
    The video.
The video that Fox news downplays and doesn't mention. WHY? Rove, Romney, McCain. Koch bros. Who funded and planted that movie to be seen by Muslims? That is the key.

I so wish that the Republicans would just go away for a while. The "gift" I would like from the GOP would be some time out from their tantrums and hysteria.

I'd love to have some peace and quiet myself and to know that the Obamas and the Bidens will be able to have lovely Thanksgiving weekends.

President Obama will be back in country on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  6. Let them push Benghazi.

Some subset of the US population will eventually figure out that—indeed—there was no "CONSULATE" in Benghazi, nor even a "mission", but most likely a CIA black-ops site for torture and arms-dealing.

  7. Let the right wing keep pushing Benghazi…

Then more and more people will figure out that there's no "CONSULATE" there, nor even an official "MISSION", but most likely a CIA black-ops site for torture, rendition, and arms-dealing.

I loved this segment! Yes, heads will roll. Let the investigation play out while the GOP nincompoops keep drumming their drums. The President vowed to find and bring to justice those responsible, and he will.

The surveillance video wasn't available when Susan Rice spoke. Sometimes information is purposely held back, especially in the early stages, so when people are interrogated, intelligence can figure out who's zooming who, but what's clear is Ms Rice didn't deceive anyone.

David Gregory is a waste on this show. He rushes people, doesn't let them finish their sentences and goes off on tangents.

Senator Feinstein puts McCain, Ayllotte, King and Graham to shame.
