New advocacy group uses Ronald Reagan's own words in advertisement to support background checks for gun owners. Right Wing heads to explode in 3..2..1
Oh man! You know this is going to piss off the conservatives like nobody's business!
It won't make a bit of difference to the brain dead gun owners. They will probably say that Reagan didn't know what he was saying due to his Alzheimer affliction. I doubt if there is anything or anyone that could make these folks see reason when it comes to regulating gun ownership.
I say too bad for them. Use their Saint Ronnie's own words against them. They consider him the be all and end all of the Republican Party. The RWNJ's are hypocrites of the highest order. I'm sick and tired of the whole bunch of them. So if they explode/implode, it will be fun to watch.
NRA News, the National Rifle Association’s online news website and “your first source for Second Amendment news and information,” has recently added three commentators to its lineup, to compliment its daily online video broadcasts. Videos featuring the commentators will apparently include a disclaimer that they do not “necessarily reflect the views of the National Rifle Association.” But from what little has been put out so far about the commentators, that disclaimer might just be for show. For those of you who don’t normally click over to NRA News during your lunch hour, here’s a quick introduction to the new faces:
They'll just disavow or deny this in some way, they always do when it doesn't fit their storyline. It's a pretty hopeless endeavor to even begin to crack the hard shell of deniers. Although that doesn't stop me, it does make me tired.
Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, and some other NRA-owned miscreant have notified the Senate that they will filibuster any bill that restricts gun ownership in any way.
Guess they haven't seen the Ronald Reagan video yet.
And to think that gun control first got pushed because certain people were afraid of guns falling into the hands of other people like the Black Panthers.
Betcha if there was a bill that said extreme gun ownership was gonna be pushed for everybody but white people, it would pass so quick there'd be a sonic boom.
(Again, apologies if this is a duplicate post. Google Account hates me.)

ReplyDeleteI hope Palin will counter with the photograph where she is on the horse riding next to Ronald Reagan. That'll show them!
