In an alternate universe.
Ask yourself honestly, how long do you think it would take a Florida jury to give this guy the death penalty?
I am still peeved about an incident in TX years ago where a woman was waving a knife and a policeman shot and killed her because he felt threatened. I wonder to myself how many women are killed because someone didn't like the way she was looking at them or any other excuse.
On subject, shooting up a car full of teenagers, driving away and not calling police for assistance, waiting another day or so before reporting. That to me is failure to assist when you witness an accident.....no excuse.. And if the teens had a gun, by golly, they would have shot back...bang bang you're dead MF.
I want to see this guy weep. He must have lived with a stick up his ass and never experienced being young , loved loud music and laughing with our friends.
All I know is that Florida is off limits to me and my tourist dollars until they clean up their act, axe Stand Your Ground and work at abolishing racism. Racists can change, I've seen it in my own family and it happened in less than a generation.
