Oscar Pistorius found guilty of South Africa's version of manslaughter.

Courtesy of USA Today:

South African judge on Friday convicted athlete Oscar Pistorius of "culpable homicide" in the death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp.

A conviction of culpable homicide, the term for manslaughter in South Africa, carries a maximum 15-year prison sentence.

Pistorius had already been cleared of murdering Steenkamp. Pistorius has been granted bail and will return to court on Oct.13 to find out whether he will be imprisoned and, if so, for how long.

A day earlier, Judge Thokozile Masipa said state prosecutors had failed to prove Pistorius, 27, was guilty of premeditated or second-degree murder.

However, Masipa found the actions by Pistorius — an Olympic and Paralympic athlete known as the Blade Runner for his use of specially designed prosthetic legs — to be "negligent."

Negligent? I'm sorry how do you say WTF in South African?

This asshole fired a gun through the door of his bathroom, when the only two people in the apartment were he and his girlfriend.

I do not buy for an instant that he thought there had been a break in and was frightened into firing those shots.

A witness says she heard arguing, so how in the hell does this negligent thing come into play?

He had a fight with his girlfriend, she locked herself in the bathroom to get away from him, and he shot her in cold blood through the door.  End of story.

THAT is at the least second degree murder.

This asshole just got away with murder.

This is the justice you get if you're an African American or a woman.

    Palin Family Brawl Update:

Update: Executive director of the Iron Dog, Kevin Kastner, wants people to know that this was in no way an Iron Dog party, though some Iron Dog racers may have been there.

Meanwhile, another murderer who beat the charge, was involved in a road rage incident where deaths threats were uttered. Guess who? George Zimmerman.

I have no doubt that, sooner or later, someone else will be killed by this piece of garbage, who should have been locked up months ago.

Agreed. Very sad case still. Many lives forever affected or destroyed. She really was an absolutely beautiful young woman, right in the prime of her life.

Good. I hope they impose the maximum years possible. Piece of
Shit was a big man with her cowering in the bathroom, but a blubbering little baby in the court process.

  9. OT - Gryphen, I think you should contact Eric Thompson and look into setting up a GoFundMe account for him ASAP while your site is getting a traffic surge. He was fired by McKenna Brothers Paving Company for going on GMA to provide a witness account of what happened at the Palin white trash brawl. I know there are a lot of IMers who would donate and share the link. I know I certainly would. For a long time now you've been telling us that there are many people who have dirt on the Palins, but are in fear of retaliation from them. This guy was brave enough to go on TV and tell the truth about them and is now suffering for it. I think he deserves some support.

Typical Palin , make a mockable molehill into a mountain. What did she say about that college boy for guessing her password? There should be consequences for bad behavior. Just not their bad behavior.

Palin Clan Fight Club: The TPM Investigation

At least two named sources said the Palin family was at the party and members of the clan were involved in two altercations that night. Both eyewitnesses reported seeing the former Alaska governor herself at the scene. In addition, Coyne spoke to an anonymous source who said Sarah Palin became physically involved in the second altercation.

On Friday, TPM spoke to a neighbor, James Sarafin, who lives on the same street where the party took place. He said he didn't see much and described the people who live at the house as generally "good neighbors."

The retired lawyer said he never saw the Palins but he did see the stretch Hummer limousine they reportedly arrived in. Saturday's party was so loud, Sarafin said, he "could hear the music thumping through the walls of our house." He looked out at one point and said there were about "20, 25 people out there" who were "mobbing around the front of my house."

"It was probably after midnight when I heard a bunch of shouting outside," he told TPM.

The party was held at the home of a man named Korey Klingenmeyer, according to Coyne's report. It was thrown to celebrate the birthdays of twin brothers Matt and Marc McKenna, who run a paving company in Anchorage where Klingenmeyer worked along with another man named Eric Thompson.

Thompson spoke on-the-record to Coyne about the party and the chaos that later ensued, and he later also spoke to ABC's "Good Morning America."

"It was a really nice, mellow party," Thompson told Coyne. "Then it turned into the Jerry Springer show."

Thomspon told the Alaska journalist he saw two girls walking around the party wearing sunglasses, which he found odd since the party was at night. He told Coyne his wife said the girls were Sarah Palin's daughters, Bristol and Willow Palin.

The Palins had arrived earlier in the night in a stretch Hummer limousine, and Todd Palin also happened to be celebrating a birthday that night, the man told Coyne.

Shortly after everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to the McKenna brothers and Todd Palin, the chaos began.

This can't end well. No way can Sarah weasel her way out of it. The more this pile of manure gets turned, the more truth comes out.

It's open season on females! He could walk out free or do up to ten years in prison. Then the NFL and the Rice Elevator incident. They saw the part of the video where he's dragging his unconscious fiancee off the elevator, and didn't do a thing, now they have video of the beating that happened before that, and his now wife stands by her man. She was "asking for it". Then Bristol Palin-Palin, single mom, walks up to someone who was involved with Willow and punches the shit out of him. WTF??? is wrong with these people? Is Willow afraid to break a nail? OR is she emulating big sister and in the late stages of "Abstinence"?

A few things come to mind:

Oscar Pistorius-- got away with murder because SA values men over women (hell, women = nothing. It's the same as in other ignorant countries in the middle east). Check the death rate of women in SA via "people close to them". Shocking!

Oscar Pistorius is likely a narcissist, possibly disordered (narcissistic personality disorder- Google it). Those tears in court? All fabricated by design. Truly- look up NPD if you want some real insight into deranged humans. It'll connect a LOT of dots. You'll truly be amazed...

What woman spending the night with her boyfriend would lock both the door to the bathroom, and lock the toilet stall where she was if she was just getting up to pee? She was scared, and she locked herself into the bathroom to keep Oscar away from her. Why didn't the attorney ask her roommate if she had the habit of locking herself in the bathroom while using it? I don't know anyone who does that if they are simply alone with the people they live with, and not like there was company who might accidentally walk in on them.
