I don't like Hillary, which goes back to her scorched earth presidential campaign in 2008. I didn't appreciate how her campaign was so dirty, and so personal against a fellow Democrat then-Senator Obama, that I thought it would cost us the election all together.
I have never seen Democrats do that to a fellow Democrat in an election contest. That presidential contest was a wake-up call for me. I saw the racism in it.
I think President Obama was very gracious in appointing her Sec of State, after all of that.
I have forgiven her though it too me a while to do so. BUT I will never forget.

Agree with you. I always am amazed how President Obama is able to shrug comments off and say it's just "politics" -- if my colleagues spoke about me like politicians treat each other publicly -- I could not forget those comments in our private relationships.

I'm sorry but I don't agree! POTUS has been too nice...the moment that bitch Palin said "He's not one of us" the gloves should of been OFF.
And the moment that Joe "You lie" Willson said that to potus he should of been removed from the chamber and censured and removed from Congress!
Potus has been "too nice" too "bipartisan" and Hillary will not put up with this shit "Balls to the wall" "President should be spanked" BULLSHIT from the Tundra turd and Limpballs and EVERY other KOCKROACH!!!
      ITS ON!
      Bring it!!!

6:43, I totally TOTALLY agree that "You lie" should have got Joe Wilson removed. Hillary has lived in the heat of it all for her entire career, and yeah, she wouldn't take it. But in her heart she's a hawk. Worries me.

Rilly, 9:44 you know what is in Hillary's heart, same as the C4P crowd knows what is in Palin's heart?

Cut from the same cloth you folks.

After burnout from the election earlier this week, I wish they would give everyone a break until the first of the year. I am totally sick of the whole campaign process. The success of so many ballot initiatives in many states showed the true progressive nature of the majority of voters. Citizens United has to be overturned and campaign reform is necessary. It should be a crime to deliberately lie about other candidates no matter which party they are in. And...most important of all the campaigning window needs to be limited to 2-3 months before each election. Other than that, GO HILLARY!

I agree, but they have to get the obscene amount of money to run the campaign.
What will it cost to run in 2016, a trillion dollars? Money that would be better spent having the rich pay their fair share of taxes!!!

Also agree with other comments, Pres. Obama is too nice. Should have shut down the disrespect and offensive comments from the beginning. I don't care if you disagree with him and his policies, he is still the president of the United States.

Now they feel free to say anything they comes into their little pea brains with no consequences.

    Just a question.
How many Senate and House seats were lost by Democrats
that did not want the support of the President during this
    election?
Also, could that be the reason they were no elected back into office?

I'm sure not wanting the support of President Obama was a big part of the low voter turnout. If the democratic candidates wouldn't acknowledge all the good things that the President has accomplished during the last 6 years, then what difference does it make whether they voted or not. Obama's low approval rating wasn't really all that low, especially compared to congress, and his approval rating was higher than past presidents at this point of their term. Nobody can explain what is important to Americans better than Obama and too many of the candidates were too stupid to take advantage of that.

6:32 AM The media kept pushing President Obama's low approval rating - in the 40's - which was no lower than that of Bush when he was in the same time frame of his presidency. It's common that they are in the 40's - check the records of the past POTUS in their 6th year of their second term. There really have been few presidents that have been elected for two terms of office.

The media and Republicans pushed this mantra the entire time through this past mid election cycle. Pure bullshit as was the rest of their crap!

I said he isn't? why do you say that?
      "He's always on vacation"
"I don't like the tone of his speech"
Sooooo I tried to tell her PRESIDENT OBAMA is not in charge of everything,
Congress makes the laws and we have a do nothing congress that is doing nothing...
She said well she wants "someone else" to have a chance. (to be potus)
I'm like WHO? "Oh I don't know, someone else".
I say " Do you know who John Boehner is?
      No she says.
I said if you don't know who he is you have no buisness recommending a new POTUS!
This is the kind of very "Low info" voter fox LOVES.
President OBAMA is in charge of EVERYTHING!!!
I also tried to explain about vacays, how he is never on vacay anyway and Bushie took waymore time.
      Finally I just said it.

Remember those crazy PUMAs from the 2008 election who defected from Hillary to Sarah Palin? Wow, they were extremely annoying, often nasty, and perhaps even mentally ill. I wonder what side of the fence those knuckleheads will fall once Sister Sarah starts stumping against Hillary.

IN THE LAMESTREAM: SARAH PALIN TV BARELY REGISTERS ON THE WEB

“Geez, Todd!” Sarah Palin shouts--fairly screeches, actually. “Geez, Todd!” she repeats, this time in a lower register. “You’re so lucky!”

The celebrated former Republican vice presidential nominee--who served as governor of Alaska for 19 months before quitting in the middle of her first term

    http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/11/07/stuck-in-the-lamestream-sarah-palin-tv-has-two-twitter-followers.html

There's more to the post, but as I was reading it I came across that basically said Sarah Palin was governor for 19 months.

That's embarrassing to tell someone that you are or were a governor or have someone introduce you as a governor or former governor after quitting after 19 months.

How much money did the state of Alaska spend on her ME ME ME boondoggle trips so she could lick her lips, wink and roll her tongue? Imagine how much money was wasted on everything that had her name on it and then replaced with the other dummy.

19 months then quit? No wonder Willow quit high school, Track quit on his wife and kid, Todd quit his job on the slope and all her kids quit on education by not going to college.

There's a pattern here with that family.

19 months sounds so much shorter than half term

      Interesting article!

      Here's a big lie:

“It’s going really well,” Klein says, while declining to reveal how many Palin fans have signed up for $9.95 monthly or $99.95 yearly subscriptions. “She asked us from the very beginning never to talk about specific numbers, because for her she says it’s not about the numbers. It’s about the message and enabling her followers to all get together and talk freely. So I can’t give you numbers. I can tell you that she’s hit all our milestones and that she’s posting content constantly.”

"she’s posting content constantly" -- no not true so what else is exaggerated?

    Sarah Palin
    Facebook

This picture paints a thousand words – hope it does for you – illustrating rays of hope that peek through the clouds to light a right way forward. With thankfulness for the wisdom of involved Americans this week, I know we can count on the guiding illumination our nation needs when we look up. My brother photographed this glorious open sky while walking with his baby girl along Alaska's Cook Inlet shore. In our eyes, anyway, we see the hand of God in this, and we are grateful.

    - Sarah Palin

Sarah those rays of hope is pointing Trig to his real mother where she has solid food for him to eat, therapist waiting to help him speak and not go to the bathroom in his underwear. That light is shining on Alaska where your kids can leave your grasps and be free of alcohol and their dependency on you

"...thankfulness for the wisdom of involved Americans..." Classic Palin SaladSpeak -- a nice sentiment, "thankfulness" (she couldn't say gratitude?) paired with a hostile sentiment (involved Americans, fuck the rest of you).

I'm still recovering from the full inch of junk mail I received from the Begich and Sullivan campaigns and would like to not have to start dealing with an overfull mailbox again anytime soon.

When candidates start campaigning so early we tend to burn out on them even before the election happens. Voters are so tired of two year campaigns that they stay home on election day; they are burned out and tired and sick of ALL of the candidates come time to vote. I think that does a fair job of explaining the apathy.

As someone suggested above, let's fight for a 2 month campaign season, then perhaps people would show up to the polls, energized and excited to vote, rather than stay home sick and tired of the entire process.
