Well since I am feeling masochistic we might as well take peek at Sarah Palin's Facebook page. Hell, why not?

I always feel so bad for this poor bear.
Courtesy of the Wasilla Wendigo's Facebook page:

Thank you, wise voters! (Well THAT'S questionable.) Tonight is a big victory for We the People! Credit is due to the victorious candidates. Your message to President Obama is undeniably received, though he'll try to ignore it.

Now, new Republican Congressional majority in the House and Senate, please realize that Americans were not necessarily voting FOR any party; they were voting AGAINST the continued dysfunction and corruption in D.C. We the People were saying, “enough is enough” to the scandals, crony capitalism, and utter lack of leadership in Washington. (If she is celebrating a Republican victory why is she describing all of their faults?)

The Democrats got mauled today, deservedly so. To prohibit that from happening to the GOP in 2016, it must learn the lesson from the last time Republicans held the Senate majority. This time they must not retreat, and it's our responsibility to hold them accountable. Will they fight for reform that aligns with the limited government planks of the Republican platform, or will they return to the big government cronyism and status quo favored by the permanent political class? Will they drain the swamp or decide the D.C. cesspool is really just a jacuzzi they can't wait to jump on into and shake us off? (Eew, a D.C. jacuzzi filled with likes of Mitch McConnell, Joni Ernst, and John Boehner is a visual that I cannot stomach this early in the morning.)

If GOP leadership returns to business as usual, then this majority will be short lived, for We the People say, “once bitten, twice shy.”  (Somebody might want to remind her stupidness that most of HER endorsees fell by the wayside during the primaries, and that besides Joni Ernst the winners are all mostly establishment GOP types. By the way how IS Rob Maness doing in Louisiana?)

So, establishment types, remember that you didn’t build this! (But yeah they kind of did.) This majority that swept you into power tonight is thanks to the rank and file commonsense conservative grassroots. (If by "grassroots" she means Koch brother money, then she is correct.) That’s who built it. And they expect results. They deserve the best for America.

Thank you, SarahPAC supporters. Congratulations, USA! God, please bless our future.

 - Sarah Palin

Hang on, I just threw up a little in my mouth.

If you visit Palin's Facebook page, and if you do remember to take your barf bag, you will see that the woman who does not think it is right to rub victory in the noses of the losers when HER folks lose, has a completely different point of view when her team emerges victorious.

If she shook her pom poms any harder one of them would undoubtedly fly out and take out somebody's eye.

Seriously is it too early to drink?

Oh wait, we have legalized marijuana now. Never mind.

I'm wondering if TPTB kept her around to charge up the nutcase base in this election, knowing the base would be important in a low-turn-out election, but will see to it that she is sunk once and for all before she blows their chances in 2016 like she did in 2008 and 2012. A nice thought, in any case. But, yeah, if G can bring the USS Screechy Wretch down on his own, all the better

    1. Right on. We can make the best of this. It's easy (for me) to underestimate the impact of radical social change and let's face it, a Black man in the White House and same sex marriage and even the first steps toward affordable healthcare are so very threatening to so many people and so many interests. This is not the time to be discouraged. This is the time to resolute and undaunted. And this is the time to do everthing possible to sabotage the Republicans, which includes allowing them to eat their own.

I don't see them dismantling Obamacare as millions are already enjoying its benefits. I truly feel sorry for President Obama having to deal w/this crowd. Am just amazed him how the Republicans across the country put all the blame on him. It is so unwarranted and underserved.

It truly galls me that the dems. did not bolster the President, when he needed them. The gop stick together (W) through thick and thin, never talk trash about whoever their leader is. The democrats should have gotten behind the President, shown support, and let voters know that they were right there with him. Instead they more or less hung him out to dry. Shame on them.Solidarity with him would have been much appreciated, not to mention looking good for them that they approve of this President. The gop would go on TV EVERY damn Sunday, and cheer lead for W, even when he was 100% WRONG. The dems should have learned something from that. Mitch the Bitch can now go back to DC and reunite with his male former aide, that left him in tears by taking a job a couple of blocks away from his office. I often wondered why Mitch and Ms. Lindsey never hooked up?

Sorry Sarah. The R's did build this and they did it without you. And they did it precisely because you were not in the picture. Had they allowed your screechy ignorant self into this, the night would have gone much better for the Democrats just like it did in 2010 and 2012.

So, just like Romney had the smarts to ban you from the 2012 convention, word on R street is that you are bad for business. And of course, this was confirmed for every R when your family crashed a party, got violent and obnoxious and you tried to make yourself and your daughter victims.

The Social Conservative R's don't want you because they are horrified at your family and the frequent use of the F word. Plus they don't cotton to people that drink and drug. And the fiscal R's have never wanted you because they think you are an idiot.

And if you don't believe me, just ask any of your former R friends if you can come play with them on the campaign trail.

Why do they need to do anything differently? They have behaved like depraved lunatics for years now, blatantly in-your-face towards the American people about their non-intentions to ever help the poor or working class. Demonizing the president and blatantly declaring the majority of this nation to be enemies because we chose him to lead us. Laughing in our faces and doing everything they can to hurt this country. And we rewarded them for it. So no, they don't have to change a fucking thing and I for one am finally sick of this "we'll get 'em next time" bullshit. We won't. The time to take action was NOW. The American people obviously just don't give a fuck. They dropped the ball because they can't be bothered to care about the country or the world outside of their own little bubble.Sorry to be glooming and dooming, but I'm done. If Hillary wins, she can win without me because I am done with the Democrats and how they've treated this President, and I'm done with the low-info morons who keep throwing it back to people who piss in our faces over and over. I hoped we were getting better but we aren't. We asked for 2-6 more years of suffering and that's what we're gonna get. I've totally lost faith in our system and I don't see why I should deal with the stress of following what's going on and trying to spread the word and educate a bunch of selfish assholes who can't be bothered to even fulfill the most basic of their duties as citizens, but who are always quick to spread whatever bullshit republican lie all over social media without doing basic research. "My people perish for lack of vision" and we get what we deserve. Hope all those people who don't bother to participate are happy with the results of their apathy. But they'll just blame Obama and the poor and everyone else for their suffering because that is just so much easier than informing yourself and fucking VOTING. Fuck this shit! I'm out.

Here's a little silver lining. Republican Congressman Lee Terrt LOST his re-election bid here in Nebraska.

You may have heard of this scummy guy. During the shutdown last year that he voted for, he said "Dang straight" he was keeping his paycheck because he has "a nice house" he needs to pay for.

Once he realized he was in trouble, he started running disgusting Willie Horton style ads trying to tie Democrat challenger Brad Ashford to psycho killer Nikko Jenkins.

Nebraska's second district (based in Omaha) finally had enough of him and he lost by 4000 votes. He's finally conceding at this very moment.

It was a bright ray of sunshine for Democrats here in Nebraska, where a GOP senator and governor were elected by huge margins.

I was moderately surprised at some of the outcomes but overall expected the shift to occur. It happens and we'll all survive. We'll likely continue to see gridlock through 2016. 1:22 she is not worth your hate. she is annoying and an idiot and a paid whore. that is all she is. that is not something worth hating. she doesn't have the intelligence to do a thing that is harmful in any real way to anyone. she is too lazy to do anything productive to harm us. the potus doesn't think about her. the flotus doesn't think about her. no one really cares about her. it is absolutely good to keep her grifting ass held to the fire daily as gryphen, malia and sphash does thankfully. but our hate? nah............she really isn't worth the air she breathes so don't waste your fabulous energy hating her.

but i totally understand the depth of your repulsion for her. she is an idiot and she is a blathering idiot and she speaks for the highest bidder=whore!
we still have obama and we will have hillary in 2016 and watch how quickly hillary swats that pesky fruit fly skank. :)

I guess she fancies herself as a "kingmaker" now and thinks that Carnival Cruz' visit to feast on her moose chili was really just a ruse to vet her for 2016 GOP ticket.

Maybe she thinks she is the head of the GOP. What would he be vetting her for? VP again? No way would Cruz run second fiddle to Sarah.

Hey Sarah, with all that mojo, maybe you could run and fail again as a VP nominee!

Sarah has cast her lot with Ted Cruz. And Ted Cruz is operating on the crazy side of the far right wing. You can't repeal Obamacare. He calls on Obama to followed the constitution. He calls Obama "lawless." He and Sarah are two of a kind, children shouting insults without any substance, without an specific reference, just insults. Sarah knows that the Establishment Republicans rejected her in 2011. She wasn't invited to the 2012 convention.

Does this mean she's packing her bags and closing up shop? Yeah, they were aiming to make him a one term president and they've accomplished nothing, zip, zero, nil. And a lot of pointing and laughing. Guess she's trading in her well hopped on "Sit and Spin" for a pogo stick. That should knock some sense in that dense black hole above her neck.

Palin had nothing to do with last night's election.
She is officially done as far as Republicans are concerned and she may not know it, but, the tea party is dead.
Every Republican strategist and elected official knows this.
I assume only Fox News will still waste air time
listening to her babble nonsense .
No Republican had Palin come anywhere near their campaign except Pat Roberts.
And that was for 10 minutes in some backwater location to flip pancakes. She's as toxic as a Superfund site..
Palin also stabbed Republicans in the back by endorsing Walker over Parnell and tea party Maness over
    Republican Cassidy in Louisiana.
In fact, Maness/ Palin would have kept the Louisiana seat Democrat last night, except for the 50% threshold
which triggers the December run off.
Her other Louisiana endorsement ,Zach Dasher, nephew of “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson , also lost last night.
Palin played every political card wrong and hitched her broken down wagon to all the wrong candidates.
Palin may not be aware , but, the right wing fringe blogs have decided that they now want Cruz / Ernst in 2016 .
Even they realize Palin is bad news.
