Courtesy of the Frontiersman:
Dr. Cathy Baldwin-Johnson says being a family physician has been “a great calling.”
Fifteen years after she opened the Mat-Su Valley’s first clinic to provide obstetric care in 1985, Dr. Baldwin-Johnson and her two other physicians accepted Providence Medical Group Alaska’s offer to buy their practice.
“I think the reason we agreed to it is that we felt our missions were really aligned,” Baldwin-Johnson said.
With a high proportion of uninsured and Medicaid patients, Baldwin-Johnson saw more opportunity to continue seeing those patients with Providence’s help.
“We were able to see patients like that that other physicians might not have been willing to see when we were a part of Providence,” she said.
But the end of an era came on New Year’s Eve. As detailed in a November 2014 Frontiersman news story, Providence decided there was no longer a need for the company to have a primary care clinic in the Valley, and as of Dec. 31, 2014, the facility at 2250 S. Woodworth Loop in Palmer will only remain open to behavioral health patients. All the primary care doctors, to the best of Baldwin-Johnson’s knowledge, have accepted positions at other clinics, most of them local.
Baldwin-Johnson, however, decided to end her more than 30-year tenure as a family physician to work full-time for Alaska CARES, the Providence-owned child advocacy center in Anchorage, where she has worked part-time since 2005.
And according to paperwork I have seen she was also working there on April 18th through nineteenth when she was supposed to be somewhere else entirely.
Looks like it might be time to follow up on this.
How are you all enjoying Monday so far?
And the plot thickens.
ReplyDeletedowl
Or not. Like not even a little.
Delete"Or not?" The fact that the doctor Sarah claims birthed her kid in Wasilla was actually in Anchorage the whole time-- so saith an actual, legitimate paper trail?? How is that "not even a little" bit of of a thickening plot?
Delete1:04 PM "The Puppy is ready". Isn't that the email that Todd received on April 17, 2008? Sarah Palin is a bald Liar.
DeleteReally, 1:10.... an image click of a partial image, that includes some names dates and times of a schedule.... that nobody can apparently decipher anyways.... is a legitimate paper trail??
DeleteYou guys are killing me. Too funny.
Legitimate paper trail. Hahahahaha.
TROLL ALERT ! ! !
DeleteOut in force. Goodness, the hips!
Is it hrh... the big troll alert? Really?
DeleteAre you still in 1995? Isn't calling people trolls a little tiring even for a loser like you?
lol
DeleteIt's enough that the womank isn't a high risk OB and could not have induced a HR pregnancy at MatSu. Paper trail or not, this is enough if someone in Alaska would fucking DO SOMETHING. Like, take an ad out in your newspapers laying out the case and asking how can this happen????
Now THIS is a BOMBSHELL!!
ReplyDeleteExactly. It is a bomb"shell".
DeleteA big empty bombshell full of nothing but air and dust.
Yay. Now we're getting to the juicy stuff. Keep it up, G!
ReplyDeleteWas there ever a second printing on $arah's first book? I always wondered if she went back and edited the part of the story where she drove the extra half hour from Anchorage to Mat-Su at the end of the Wild Ride, so that it would match the alterations in her own retelling of it.
ReplyDelete-Alterations that "coincidentally" were made immediately after people on this and another blog started commenting on how Mat Su was not equipped for Trig's birth, so it couldn't possibly have happened there...
So, did she leave Anchorage with a baby and deliver it to the Mat-su hospital in the middle of the night?
ReplyDeleteWow! Interesting...
DeleteThat actually sounds like the most feasible way of transferring the "puppy" to the Palins. Since she had ditched her usual security detail, it would have been no problem to make a little detour on the way to Mat-Su.
DeleteDon't forget that in two separate speeches she stated two different places where Trig was born. She can't even remember her own lies. Some narcissist. It's all on tape. It's on youtube. Try scrubbing those speeches, Palin.
DeleteDoes everyone forget the plane LANDS in ANCHORAGE airport and its a 45 min drive to Wasilla! Why would Sarah not GO to Providence asap after landing at ANCHORAGE airport?
Delete2:17
DeleteBecause she wasn't pregnant??
Oh Uncle G, you devil- letting the trolls rant about your "piddling" revelations all the while having this in your back pocket. Congrats on the chess move, G.
ReplyDelete-meh
Well played, indeed.
DeleteAgreed. Well played Gryphen, well played.
DeleteChess moves? Do you think anyone is actually paying attention to any of this besides the IM loony bin, and the rest of us laughing at you?
DeleteYou bet!
DeleteNo matter how many of the Palins and their bots gonna hate, we turn our other check and continue on.
RW Haters gonna hate. Always do. That doesn't make us haters, too.
if the rest of you are laughing at us, aren't you paying attention too?
Delete......Valley and instead work in Anchorage. Now how do I know that lives in Anchorage?
ReplyDeleteWHO, not how.
Does anything on the roster indicate which hospital that information if from?
ReplyDeleteYes, the e-mail.
DeleteG, something wrong with the syntax/words in your title
ReplyDelete"Now how do I know that lives in Anchorage?"
doesn't make sense to me
Oops. Fixed now.
DeleteSNAP
ReplyDeleteVernD
But, but, how can that be, Uncle G?
ReplyDeleteWe know Sarah Palin boasts of boarding a transcontinental flight after an amniotic fluid leak without a medical check for a premature Down Syndrome baby when she was high risk (age 40+, 7th pregnancy, history of miscarriage) and then avoiding neonatal intensive care equipped hospitals to drive to small hospital not even rated to handle to twins to supposedly be induced by doctor that rarely handles births and is not covered to handle high risk deliveries.
Not to mention waking up in a Tx hotel room with pains/no pains & leaking & still paradin' up on stage later in the day, to give a speech! I think she called/didn't call said doctor in the wee hours from said room, as well.
DeleteExactly. She had to rush to Anchorage by plane to go pick up the adopted baby & pretend that it was born somewhere else. She then went home and burned her false pregnancy padding in the fireplace.
DeleteI think Gryphen's starting to realize that he doesn't have shit to post and he's hitting the bottle hard. His posts are making less sense each time.
ReplyDeleteDGM, surely you can find someplace on the internet that will meet your expectations. Whining does not reflect well about your level of intelligence.
DeleteThe doctor that said she delivered Trig on 4/18 was in Anchorage NOT at Mat-Su Regional when Trig was "born". I'd say this is a bombshell!
DeleteYou are a helpless stupid fuck if you really believe that.
DeleteIt makes perfect sense. Since the Dr that supposedly delivered Trig in the Mat Su Valley couldn't have possibly delivered Trig like Sarah claims because the Dr in question was WORKING a 12 hr shift at a hospital a minimum of an hour away.
DeleteSeems your Queen Esther lied.
LOL, no way around this one. Trig's birth "story" is a lie.
Something like that.
DeleteThis must be the nothing side salad that goes with the nothing sandwich post earlier.
The daily special.
lol Your comment is meant to Sarah Palin, not Gryphen.
DeleteBut, maybe the in time is meaning 12:01 a.m. 4-19-08. This would fit with the other in times that cluster around a little before to a little after midnight.
ReplyDeleteMy oh my!
ReplyDeleteJust being the devil's advocate. Couldn't she have driven from Mat-Su to Anchorage later in the day?
He was born on April 18. The doctor entered the hospital in Anchorage at the beginning of April 18 just after midnight. She didn't sign out until the afternoon of April 18. At least that is what it looks like to me according to the roster chart. Trig was supposedly born around 6 AM after an induction. That doctor may be an amazing woman, but she can't be two places at the same time.
Delete"Delivered" can mean that she helped Sarah give birth. OR, that she drove the baby there from Anchorage and handed it over to Sarah, thus "delivering" it.
DeleteIf this happened then maybe she signed in at the start of her shift in Anchorage but did not sign out, or in again when done, for the trip to deliver the baby? It seems possible, but the only question remaining would be how she covered her absence from the Anchorage hospital all those hours spent driving to and from Mat-Su?
Doctors on duty can't just leave for a few hours whenever they want without signing out.
DeleteWait a sec, this says that she clocked in at 1 minute after midnight 4/19 and then clocked out at 12:48 in the afternoon 4/19. Is there a way to see her schedule for 4/18, Trigs "birthdate"?
ReplyDeleteNo, check clocked at one minute after midnight on the 18th and worked into the afternoon of the 18th, thus being no where near Sarah"s "miraculous" delivery at 6 am on the 18th. Nice try sarah.
DeleteI disagree, this is for the time period beginning last minute of the day 4/18 (midnight) until afternoon 4/19.
DeleteWhat we need is the sheet for beginning at the end of 4/17 (midnight) and running to afternoon 4/18.
This shows that CBJ worked in Anchorage from 12:01am to 12:48pm (12 hours 47 minutes) on April 19, 2008, the day after Trig arrived.
Perhaps the source simply pulled the wrong sheet from the computer and can get the previous day's sheet.
Not a troll, just reading the numbers from the timesheet. To see this as covering the morning hours of 4/18 then CBJ would have clocked in at 12:01am on 4/18 and clocked out at 12:48pm on 4/19 and have worked a shift of 36 hours 47 minutes, which is highly doubtful.
Every time clock, either digital or computerized, that I've ever utilized to track my employees hours treats midnight as the END of the day and 12:01 as the beginning of the next day. If that's not the case then all of the employees listed on this timesheet were working incredibly long shifts, all of them over 36 hours.
The reason we see 4/18 on this report is that all of the employees that clocked in prior to midnight were clocking in on 4/18 then they worked shifts into the afternoon of 4/19. 12+ hour shifts, not 36+ hour shifts that stretched over what would have been three calendar days (4/17-4/19)
We need to see the day before, period.
11:58 is right, this is how hospital time sheets work. There's simply nothing here. Again.
DeleteWe need the one beginning 4/17.
Sorry 11:58 and 12:14 - the sheet clearly states that it begins on 4/18/2008 and 12:00 am is midnight in a hospital shift. They all came in, clocked in in a cluster and then yes, they all worked a 36 hour shift. That is the life of an on-call doctor.
DeleteYes, in our hospital, doctors have 36+ hours on-call shifts. They get to sleep in a secluded area, but are not able to leave the hospital during that time.
DeleteI think the key information here is that staffing records for medical facilities are not protected by HIPAA. And those records might have interesting info about the birth of Trig Palin. The McCain campaign scrubbing operation when Sarah Palin was selected in 2008 probably didn't go far enough to destroy staffing records.
ReplyDeleteWell -- they will be now!
DeleteSorry, the staffing records are the evidence above.
DeleteWill it be said that Sarah arrived at Matsu at 11:30pm 4/18, labor progressing, Baldwin had to go to Anchorage to check on a patient and came back to Mat-su?? This shows she was at Anchorage at the same time Sarah was supposedly in labor, but leaves open a window of possibility for explanation for this schedule??
ReplyDeleteNo it does not. The schedule shows that Baldwin was at the hospital in Anchorage and never left. That she was "on the floor" for all those hours.
DeleteAgain, nice try Sarah.
It may be said, but that's not what happened. Doctors can't just leave when they are on duty.
DeleteTime sheet is for 4/18 12:00am thru 4/19 12:00pm; she checked in at 12:01am 4/18 and out at 12:48pm also on the 18th?? Are we reading this right?
ReplyDeleteYes, she checked in right after midnight and worked until the afternoon, close to 2 pm. Meaning she could not have delivered Trig an hour away midway through her shift.
DeleteAnd this wasn't (supposedly) a quick delivery. Sarah Palin claims she had to be induced. This wasn't a case where a pregnant woman comes to the hospital, labors for a while, and the doctor comes in just to "catch" the baby. If the sitting governor came into the hospital after leaking amniotic fluid and beginning labor hours and hours before, then has stalled labor and need to be induced, the doctor isn't commuting back and forth an hour each way. She ready to check on her and take care of things at a moment's notice.
DeleteI'm liking this Monday just fine, but as I've said before, this is all just delicious gravy and the smoking gun remains the Alaska State Museum picture of 3/26/08. 32 weeks, my ass.
ReplyDeleteKeep it comin', though! :)
I resent being called a troll because I was let down with his previous boring post. That actually did contain lies camouflaged with generalizations
ReplyDeleteManaging one's expectations is always a challenge. But I am sure you are trying to improve.
DeleteHey, I get called "troll" here all the time. It's part of the game.
Delete??? English please, or at least a key to what language you are trying to communicate in.
DeleteYour second sentence gives you away. It's one thing to be let down or disappointed. It's another thing to say the source's information contained "lies."
DeleteThe smoking gun.
ReplyDeleteNo gun. Just a bunch of smoke.
DeleteI'm not sure I am reading it right, but if you go into a 12 hour shift at 12am on 4/18 (that's the end of the day) and work 12 hours you would be getting off on 4/19 at 12 pm. Trig was 'born' on 4/18 so for this to work wouldn't the dates need to be in 12am on 4/17 out 12pm on 4/18? Even so, when did this woman sleep if she was working these hours and still able to deliver babies at all hours other places.
ReplyDeleteThat's the point. She was not able to do that. Providence isn't exactly across the street from Mat-su. Just for her to leave, go there, and come RIGHT back, she would be gone at least a couple hours.
DeleteShe wasn't at mat-su on any part of the 18th.
Gryphen, you sly boots! Sneaking this under the radar after your earlier post!
No, that is the very beginning of the day, not the end.
DeleteIn on the 18th, right after midnight and on the floor of the hospital until well into the afternoon on the 18th.
12:00AM is the start of a New Day.
Delete12:00 am is the start of every day. But nice try Sarah.
DeleteShe worked on the 18th from one minute after midnight, well into the afternoon at approx 2 pm. This is a roster for a 24 hr period of time. From midnight( the very start of the 18th) until midnight (the start of the 19th).
DeleteSo, Baldwin was in the hospital in Anchorage, midway through her shift when sarah claims she was in the Mat Su Valley delivering Trig at 6am.
12:01 is the beginning of the new day on most time tracking systems. 12:00am denotes the end of the old day.
DeleteShe worked from the beginning of the 18th until noon on the 18th. Simple.
DeleteI can't remember the specific wording of her letter on the night of the election, but IIRC it was strangely worded like "I delivered Trig" or "Trig was born at..." but never mentioned who he was delivered from or birthed by. I might be remembering wrong, but if that is the case it would make sense that the baby she calls Trig was born in Anchorage and picked up by Sarah and presented at Mat Su. But why? Oh, how I am enjoying this...
Was CBJ also the Palin family physician? Was she Trig's pediatrician because I'm wondering, in light of this morning's information, why she didn't insist that the Palins begin intensive therapy for Trig from the time he was an infant. Lots of work can be done in the first year or two or three for DS children.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
Remember, it wasn't Dr. CBJ who caught Trig's DS; it was 13-year-old Willow, the geneticist, who first noticed something was "off" with the baby.
DeleteAt least, that's one version of the story.
Sarah's 'letter from god' was in an email that was released and it was dated EARLIER than the birth so they knew ahead of time that Trigg had Down's Syndrome. We all surmised that she forgot to redact that email.
DeleteWell, well, well.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else hear "The Twilight Zone" theme song?
No, I hear "DA, da, da" in descending tones along with the slamming of a prison door.
DeleteI hear the Roadrunner's "beep, beep" just as the anvil lands on the coyote.
DeleteAh, yes! The well-known drama sting from Stephanie's box!
DeleteDing dong the witch is dead?
DeleteWell, if the document is authentic, which I have no evidence to believe otherwise, then this would be a paper trail, a.k.a. a smoking gun. Well, that and the photographic evidence of $error's "tight abs." The 2 pieces of evidence together, coupled with the insanely sophomoric lie of the "wild ride," should cast more than enough doubt on $error's claim that she gave birth to Trig.
ReplyDelete(Sung to the tune of "The Trolley Song):
ReplyDeleteDing, ding, ding, went the fridge door...
I read it as a time sheet from 12 midnight 4/18 until 12 pm 4/19 (look at the top line in the enlargement).
ReplyDeleteCBJ checked in at 12:01am on the 18th and checked out at 12:48pm on the same day (the 18th). From the timeframe shown in the top line, 12:48pm on the 19th wouldn't make sense, as it ends at 12pm (noon) on the 19th.
Didn't the "special delivery" take place at something like 6am on the 18th?
Ohhhh my, my, my!
I read this that she was at work in Anchorage from 12:00 am on April 18 through 12 pm April 19. She could have been in Wasilla at any time on April 18th, it seems.
ReplyDeletenot at all.
DeleteThis is a schedule from the very start of april 18th( midnight)
So Baldwin clocked in right after midnight and worked until the afternoon at approximately 2pm, meaning that Dr Baldwin could NOT have been in the Mat Su Valley at 6 am since she was at work in Anchorage.
It's kind of like on New Years Eve when the clock hits midnight it is the start of the year, Jan I at midnight.
Then you do not know how to tell time. !2:AM on April 18 is the first second of the day of the 18th. 12Pm would be noon on the 18th. It could be 12AM on the 19th as it is very common for a DR or NP to work that length of time. They grab sleep as they can. I know, my daughter is one, but not in AK.
DeleteUh oh, looks like the trolls had to retreat to get their next talking points!
ReplyDeleteLooks to me like the timesheet is actually indicating a 12 hour shift ending Noon on the 19th, which means it began Midnight on the 19th (not the 18th). It appears that at Midnight, when the date changes over, the hospital just has a convention of reporting the earlier date when it could pretty much fall either way. Otherwise, this would have been solid! Even if I'm wrong, you know the Palin cult is going to spin it this way. So close, and yet, not. Damn.
ReplyDeleteYes, this time sheet shows a 12 hour shift that started at midnight on the 18th, the end of the 18th, and ended at noon on the 19th. The doctors with 11+ PM clock-in times are on the 18th. CBJ's 12:01 AM clock-in is on the 19th. But....
DeleteI'm wondering if G doesn't actually have a number of Anchorage timesheets for that week, including, oh, say the one for the 12 hr shift 24 hours prior and he's showing this one to see who/what might come out of the woodwork. Or there's a policy for amount of time off between shifts that wouldn't have allowed CBJ to be working that shift in Anchorage if had been in Matsu on the 18th.
Not at all, the schedule indicates a 14 hr shift, all on the 18th.
DeleteFrom one minute adfter midnight through to the mid afternoon.
It's a 24 hr schedule ( quite common in hospitals, from Midnight ( the start of the 18th) to midnight, the start of the 19th.
My previous post tells you that 12AM 4/18 is the very first second of that day, 4/28. 12PM (noon) on 4/18 is 12 hours later. 12AM on 4/19 is 24 hours later and 12PM 4/19 is 36 hours later.
Delete11:19, I'm reading it to mean that the roster covers 12 a.m. starting on 4-18 to 12 p.m. ending on 4-19. She clocked in at 12:01 a.m. and clocked out on the same day, just before 1 p.m.
DeleteThere's your iceberg folks! WTG Gryph!
ReplyDeleteSheesh
OT: The woman just won't shut up till she has made a complete ass of herself.
ReplyDeletehttp://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/sarah-palin-letter-dog
Because Sarah is never wrong.
DeleteBecause Sarah has thin skin.
Because Sarah was stupid enough to say that she was oblivious.
Because Sarah has no self awareness.
Because Sarah would rather have bad publicity than no publicity at all.
Because Sarah needs to be the center of attention in the worst way, and she is.
"It ain't over til I say blood libel!"
DeleteSarah Palin
This is like her letter from God announcing Trig's birth! I believe Palin has disassociated and is living in the third person again.
DeleteAndy Borowitz just posted her picture on Facebook with the caption, "Unemployed Woman Seeks Attention."
DeleteA woman in premature labor for a Down Syndrome baby does NOT go to a hospital without a neonatal intensive care unit.
ReplyDeleteWell it's no wonder now that Sarah couldn't remember where her adopted baby was born. In one speech didn't she slip up and say "Anchorage"?
ReplyDeleteYes she did.
DeleteHahaha! A letter from god & now a letter from dog...it's a Palin-drome!
DeleteANON 1:04
DeleteBRAVO, good sir, BRAVO
Glad everyone is working toward nailing down the details here. Is it possible to clarify the precise time period we're looking at?
ReplyDeleteAlso, too, if these records are actually for 4/19, is it possible to source the 4/18 records?
I should think so. This is great info. Good work!
Palin Continues Animal Rights Group Attack With Bizarre Letter From A Dog
ReplyDeleteSarah Palin on Monday continued to defend a photo she posted on Facebook of her son using her pet dog Jill Hadassah as a step stool.
The photo elicited a negative response from PETA, launching a small battle between the former Alaska governor and the animal rights group.
After initially defending the photo on Saturday, Palin penned a statement for NBC's "The Today Show" on Monday.
"They're not attacking me because I showed people a special needs child and his happy, healthy, beloved service dog; they're attacking me because, well, I'm me. So what's new? PETA throws raw meat in front of their attack dogs and says sic ‘em, and we have a choice in how to react to these kind of haters who'll keep on hating," Palin wrote.
She also posted a letter from the pet dog of Kevin Scholla, host of Mama Grizzly Radio's "The Palin Update," to her Facebook page.
"That Trig kid was standing on you I see. Well that hit home! I have a six year old friend too. She's pretty gentle with me. Girls seem to be that way. But she has this brother. He's four and he reminds me of Trig a bit," the letter from Scholla's dog Rex to Palin's dog reads. "But if you think you have it bad with Trig on your back, listen to this. He makes me play Batman every day! I have to be Ace the Bat Hound!"
"Have a great winter in Alaska. We are both fortunate to be spoiled pups in loving homes," the letter continues. "Oh, and don't listen to these people saying bad things about the picture of Trig on your back. They have a political agenda. I'm not sure what that means but the guy in the house I mentioned earlier told me that."
http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/sarah-palin-letter-dog
SHE IS ONE SICK FUCK.
http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/sarah-palin-letter-dog
There is a picture of Trig laying on the floor underneath Jill. You can clearly see that her spine is curved compared to other labs with a level back. Not sure if the dog has a congenital spine problem or it was a result of mistreatment. Either way, Trig should not be standing on the dog.
DeleteLetters from God, letters from dogs. Queen Hoohah is quite the amanuensis.
DeleteI've been thinking. It kind f makes sense that'd trig would be given a dog if a fog failed some physicl or other test to be an authentic service dog. The dog would still be trained and could provide trig a buddy. A best friend has tk help special needs kids in every day life the same way a human best friend would (Tripp)
DeleteIt doesn't make sense to start lies about the dog or falsely accuse of abuse
The dog's letter has better grammar than Sarah Palin's rant about the caviar.
Delete12:53 PM Is your keyboard broken, or are you drunk?
Delete12:25 Loving amanuensis! Haven't seen that word since SAT practice in 1967. Thanks for the memories.

Here is the link to Dr. CBJ's "medical report" re Sarah Palin:
ReplyDeletehttp://media.trb.com/media/acrobat/2008-11/43179602.pdf
Read it carefully. It does NOT say that she (CBJ) personally delivered baby Trig from Sarah's loins. It does NOT say that Sarah gave birth to Trig at Mat-Su. It dances all around those points and seems to draw those inferences, but does not actually say them. Even the statement about "routine prenatal testing etc" need not be about SP. Virtually none of the letter purports to be based on Dr. CBJ's personal knowledge, but could just as well be hearsay (i.e., as told by Mrs. Palin or anyone else). The letter is obviously carefully drafted by a lawyer to avoid saying when, where, and to whom Trig was born. It does NOT actually say what it is crafted to make us think it says.
that's what I was thinking, too. Thanks for linking. This is getting smellier and smellier!
DeleteAnd yet CBJ never cleared hwr name. What a disgrace to medicine
DeleteWHOA, this seriously got under her skanky skin, didn't it? She is snarling and hissing up a storm.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.today.com/pets/sarah-palin-responds-peta-after-backlash-over-photo-trig-standing-1D80404546
Because it stupid. No one or thing is abuse
Delete12:50 PM Are you drunk again? You need help with your comments, they don't make any sense.
DeleteSarah said she called her doctor from Texas. Did she ever say Cathy was that doctor?
ReplyDeleteWould be interesting to see if she's pulling another 12-hour overnight the previous day. That would clear up any confusion about the timesheet.
ReplyDeleteI'm going with the "picked up the baby in Anchorage" theory. CBJ would be right there & could easily meet them on her break.
I'm going with that, too, and it would make total sense. CBJ specialized in troubled adolescents, right? So a troubled pregnant girl birthed Trig and CBJ gave him to the Palins. CBJ contacted Sarah when the girl went into labor earlier than expected, hence the wild ride story. Everyone's "problem" solved in the middle of the night. Bingo. Makes total, sick sense to me.
DeleteA long time ago (or so it seems) Uncle G said the truth was dark. Todd the father and a troubled pregnant teen the mother? Now that would be very dark indeed.
DeleteRemember the email about the puppy being ready? They're not clever enough for anything more elaborate than that without serious help.
ReplyDeleteI remember that e-mail.
DeleteTrig was exactly what they were talking about.
04-18-08:
ReplyDeleteShe timed in at 12:01AM and timed out at 12:48PM.
She worked 12hrs 47 min on the same day.
But Trig did not arrive until 6AM after Sarah was induced. This doesn't add up.
DeleteThen why is 4/19 mentioned at all on the header for the timesheet?
DeleteSarah just posted on her FB page that she will be on Hannity tonight to explain the whole dog/Trig incident.
ReplyDeleteWhat took her so long?
DeleteRAM finally wrote a blood libel speech for her. It did take a little.
DeleteWhat's there to explain. Her kid was stepping on the dog, and, as usual, the only think she could think of doing was to use one of the four or five cell phones that are perpetually glued to her front hooves.
DeleteShe says the dog is Trig's "beloved service dog."
DeleteShe comes out from under her rock to 'defend' her abuse, yet again. She just doesn't know when to shut the fuck up, does she? And of course she goes to the bottom feeder of Fox, Sean baby. It's clear that her thin skin has been seriously punctured with this doghazi episode. She's pulling out all the stops to try and defend her INDEFENSIBLE actions and those of her untrained adopted child. Kind of just reinforces our original observations, doesn't it. She will dig down, until she's buried. No amount of spin will fix this one, and she is the one that keeps it in the headlines by her insatiable need for attention and using 'her' prop kid to get every last drop out of it that she can. All she will do on Sean is more snarling and spitting and attacking and show her vile self to the world. As usual.
DeleteShe's also spinning it that Jill is Trig's "service dog" which is complete bullshit. True service dogs take at least two years to train properly. At best, Jill may be Trig's "companion dog". But after seeing that Thanksgiving video, I even have doubts about that. As usual, she playing the victim BIG time. Shameless bitch.
Delete12:11 PM
DeleteYep, she does this every damn time she's been busted and EVERY time it's been HER dumb decisions that got her there!
The more she says service sog the more heat on PJF and Becky. The GOP aint gonna like that. Keep saying it sista
DeleteFor those who are confused, or simply feigning confusion, the time chart IS from April 18th 2008.
ReplyDeleteThere are also two witnesses that I know of, one at Mat-Su and one at Providence.
Thanks, Gryphen.
DeleteSo the 12:01 is early April 18th? And the other doctor clock-ins at 11:+ PM are actually on April 17th? This particular 12 hour subshift lasts until noon on the 18th? This is quite a smoking gun then. But the title is describing a 36 hour interval in which there are 2 other 12 hour subshifts following this one? Thanks for explaining this more. Nice work, G.
DeleteSo you are saying that CBJ and the rest of the doctors on that timesheet worked over 36 hours each? It just doesn't add up, sorry.
DeleteExcellent!
DeleteGryphen the shift range noted in the header is a 36 hr period. Are you say then that these particular individuals ( including Cathy) worked these roughly 12 hr shifts within that 36 hr shift? That's the only way what you are say.... And suggesting.... Makes sense.
DeleteAnon 12:00 pm - Yes, it actually is reality for doctors working in a tertiary care center - large academic hospitals. And let me tell you, that they got off easy by working ONLY 36 hour shifts.
DeleteI am a Nurse-midwife, always worked in Academic positions in only 3 places in a 20 year career. My present job, which I started in 2002, began with 24 hour call every 4 - 5 days. full weekends, meaning 48 hours. This is normal life for an on-call provider.
At one of my previous positions, it was a 24 hour call every 3 days, w/ Friday night to Monday morning weekend call. Believe it.
In recent times there has been a move to get away from these horrendous multi-day shifts. there is always a "call room" where you can sleep, but trust me, this type of schedule is killer, as I'm sure you're all thinking. But it is reality in medicine.
Nowadays, of course, depends on where you are, there is a move towards more humane 24 hour and 12 hour shifts. But I read that schedule and it looks like they were doing 36 hours. Believe it, it was normal in 2008.
Why is the ending date/time at the top of the sheet say 04-19-2008 12:00P? Do they have their doctors work 36-hour shifts?
ReplyDeleteLook, I hate the bitch and want to see her and the rest of her criminal fandamily go down in flames. But I don't know if the posted document would do it. I'm glad you have witnesses and am confident you have other documentation that will shut the bitch up for good.
Correct, that is a 36 hr period. From his comment above, Gryphen seems to be saying Cathy worked 12 hrs within that time frame as noted on April 18
Delete...working is relative. These are assigned duty shifts. Many youngs docs find these assignments highly coveted. It can be an easy way to escape a young family, get some quiet sleep (or not, you never know) and make some big bucks to pay off that student loan.
DeleteAs a seasoned MD, with her own practice CBJ would have been an attending on call. Only question would be her speciality as she kind of had some a few - family practice and abused children. Usually don't need an attending on call FP physician, but her abuse background could be important. Hard to believe that Providence would let her deliver babies. She very likely had her own private call room and bathroom, TV, desk, wifi. Kind of like getting paid to sleep in scrubs and be available to help the house staff (residents and interns) if needed.
I do think its interesting that one of her partners was also in the listing, but she could have had the next night call, i.e., from midnight 4/18 until noon on 4/19. As dates are not in the listing, it is a valid challenge point.
Even without the dates, I do absolutely believe that Gryphen has sourced the report and has vetted the dates to his satisfaction.
To all those trying to spin this as being the 19th, you CANNOT be correct. The description at the top says the timeframe for reporting cuts off at noon (12P) on the 19th. If CBJ clocked out at 12:48P on the 19th, her clocked out time would be *blank* on this report.
ReplyDeleteSo yes, she was on the floor from just after midnight, i.e. the early early hours of the 18th until she clocked out just before 1 pm on the 18th. YES! This is a fabulous find that calls the whole "CBJ delivered Trig at Matsu on the morning of April 18th" story (and the veracity of the CBJ letter) into question!
Kudos to you, Gryphen!
I hope Gryphen updates his post to reflect this-- this is much better stated and a few of the previous posters were a bit confusing (the 12:01 am should have been a tipoff, though).
DeleteFor years I have been saying that the 4:00 AM phone call on Thursday, April 17, 2008, was "from" Dr. CBJ -- "not to." She was calling Sarah to tell her Bristol went into labor.
ReplyDeleteIf I'm right and Bristol went into labor at 4:00 AM, Dr.CBJ could have delivered Trig that afternoon on April 17, 2008. He was full-term by then and I don't think anyone knew he had D/S. There wasn't any reason he couldn't be delivered at Mat-Su.
Sarah is a liar but I don't think Dr. CBJ is. There were two things Dr. CBJ confirmed in her interview with the ADN held in late April, 2008:
1) Yes, she talked to Sarah at 4:00 AM on Thursday, April 17th...
2) And, yes, she delivered Trig (didn't say from whom)
After answering these two questions, she and her attorney walked out.
That afternoon on April 17th, 2008, while he was in Texas, Todd received an e-mail saying something like the puppy was ready to be picked up. I have no idea if this e-mail had anything to do with Trig's delivery but it was sent to Todd.
She's still a liar, just not a blatant one.
DeleteI have always thought Trig's parents were Bristol and Levi and Levi was forced to sign a deal that says if he talks he pays child support and more. The thing is, if he is indeed the father, he could be a very rich man.
DeleteI don't know. We've seen him try to lie about such things. He's a bad liar. I tally think he initialu thought trig was Sarah's.
DeleteThe problem is that it is Sarah's own words that she knew Trig was DS before he was born. So she's a liar, just a really stupid one.
DeleteTwelve hour shift for a doctor? That's unusual. Nurses usually work an 8 hour shift. There are three changes per 24 hours. The only doctors who are on-call for long periods of time are the interns and residents.
ReplyDeleteHaving just spent some time in hospital this past summer, I can tell you it is very common for doctors to have twelve hour long shifts. Nurses too!
DeleteWrong. Simply wrong.
DeleteOther doctors on the sheet were there for 12+ hours, not just CBJ. So not unusual there and then.
Deleteno, it is not unusual at all. A level 1 trauma center, and the largest hospital in Alaska would have both attendings and residents available in house 24/7. Many attendings like the overnight slot as they have private on call sleeping rooms and they earn a nice bit of $$ for taking the night call.
Deletea 12hr shift of "a doctor" is unusual? Perhaps for certain kinds of doctors like specialized surgeons and whatnot. But I'm familiar with a few doctors (not many, mind you) and a 12 hr shift is not out of the question or particularly unusual.
DeleteWe can go round and round on this one. Someone who works at that hospital needs to decode the convention they use in designating midnight and noon as AM or PM. According to the NIST midnight should be AM and noon PM, but half the time people get it backwards. Because of this ambiguity the 24-hr clock is used many places operating around the clock, and contracts usually start at 12:01AM or end at 11:59PM.
ReplyDeleteMidnight is AM.
DeleteThe problem isn't AM or PM, it's the date. Look at the very top of the document, the top, the first line. It says:
04-18-2008 12:00A - 04-19-2008 12:00P
That's not 12 hours. That's 36 hours, unless the hospital reckons Midnight for the date that is at that moment changing over.
I've never seen much confusion about midnight being AM and noon being PM. Maybe a few people get confused here and there, but certainly not on a time sheet.
DeleteI can tell you from personal knowledge, this time sheet is from midnight the "night" of the 18th to noon the following day. So even though a 12:01am clock in would "technically" be the 19th, it's actually referring to the night of the 18th.
ReplyDeleteIn a nutshell, CBJ clocked in late the night of the 18th and worked 12, almost 13 hours.
Gryphen's sources have long confirmed that CBJ was not at matsu. And due to Gryphen's methodical, loyal treatment of his sources, he now can show us where she actually WAS. (Again- no surprise to most of us I'm sure, as Sarah herself brayed about Trig being born at "7 months" in anchorage)
But we don't need to know CBJ's whereabouts the "night" of the 18th. We need to show she was nowhere near the half-wit governor on the MORNING of the 18th. Or, is it not the lie that Trig was born around 6AM on the 18th?
DeleteSo those people that clocked in prior to midnight, such as the first doctor, did they then clock in on the 17th? I doesn't add up if CBJ clocked in on the 18th then those other people who clocked in prior to midnight would have worked on the 17th up until midnight and no where does this document list the 17th.
DeleteBut the "birth" was on the morning of the 18th. You appear to be saying that CBJ didn't clock in until the night of the 18th in which case she could have been present in Wasilla earlier in the day.
DeleteUnfortunately, if CBJ clocked in later the night of the 18th, this schedule doesn't tell us anything. Trig was born at 6:00 something on the morning of 4/18.
DeleteRE Doghazi....she claims that dog is Trig's "beloved Service Dog." Is he? Or another convenient lie?
ReplyDeleteLegit service dogs take up to a year and half to two years to train. I think Puppy Foundation states that.
DeleteHow old is the dog? What does Sarah mean by 'service'? Did someone lie to Sarah and tell her Jill was a service dog? Did Sarah believe the liars?
Sarah may have been set up.
Something is fishy and this whole thing stinks.
It is imperative to learn what is going on. Are veterans being used in a scam? Were the Palins used in a scam and someone took advantage of them due to their disabled child?
It is more important than ever to get to the truth.
Someone on the Puppy Jake site stated that the dog was not a service dog but a companion dog which would explain the training issue.
DeleteSheesh
Maybe $P merely has gotten mixed up--again--and assumes any dog can be a "service dog" if placed in a situation requiring a "servant's heart": in this case, being available 24/7 to be pinched, prodded, stood on, etc., by a special-needs child who is basically not being taught anything, including how to act appropriately with animals.
DeleteThat's an awful lot to expect from a dog. Jill H. certainly has/had no choice in where she was sent.
I think she's being pretty generous with her use of the term "service dog." Just because you buy a dog for your special needs kid to jump around on doesn't make it a service dog.
DeleteKABOOM !!
ReplyDeleteBut Gryph - I don't understand the last sentence in the title: "Now who do I know that LIVES in Anchorage?"
Sorry to be dense, but what/who is that referring to?
Nyah?
DeleteHe is referring to himself.
DeleteWe've known for years that CBJ was the key to most of this bull. C'mon, girl... give it up. Sarah ain't doing you any favors but lining your thin pockets. Get rid of that cancer called Palin.

O/T but Keystone XL Backfires On Republicans As Democrats Move To Turn Pipeline Into A Real Jobs Bill
ReplyDeletehttp://www.politicususa.com/2015/01/05/keystone-xl-backfires-republicans-democrats-move-turn-pipeline-real-jobs-bill.html
The 3-14-2008 newspaper photo of Palin in a pencil skirt has been the single most convincing photo, to me, that she was not 7/8 months pregnant on that date. No way. No how.
ReplyDeleteThe hospital schedule above with CBJ's hours can be explained one of two ways. It is a 36 hour schedule beginning hour one (12A) on 4/18 and ending thirty-six hours later (12P) on 4-19
I have worked in hospitals all of my life and have never seen a 36 hour schedule. It makes no sense.
OR "4-19-2008 12P" is a typo and it SHOULD read "4-19-2008 12A". Then it would be a 24 hour schedule and that would make sense. That should be easy to clear up. Either they inexplicably use a 36 hour schedule or they do not.
Do I smell toast?
I agree...that photo is the physical proof right there. When you look at that photo alongside the Gusty photo taken just a couple of weeks later and then combine that photo with the statements from Alaska Air flight attendants that they could not discern a stage of pregnancy, there is physically no way she could have gone from flat to 8 months pregnant to 'unable to discern' in a matter of 4 weeks. This newest revelation is dynamite though. It's only a matter of time now before someone comes forward willing to confirm the obvious.
DeleteSheesh
Wasn't it also recently revealed tidbit that Sarah made a 100k donation to Matsu?
ReplyDeleteYes, she closed out her Governors election fund when she resigned and it all went to them.
DeleteIf this is a 36 hr time frame as you are suggesting then there is no way to tell which 12 hr period she worked. This is not a smoking gun until you can confirm that.
ReplyDeleteThis could easily be read as a 12hr time period given the 12/12 marker showing this is for 12 hr shifts.
I think you have a little bit more verifying to do on this one.
Problem is, if it's a one-byte typo it could place the whole report for the 19th as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping our courageous investigators can grab a screen shot of a report that is absolutely, positively, for the 18th. Or sink the bitch with some other damning evidence. There has got to be tons of it around: the bitch is too stupid to cover all her hoof tracks.
Anonymous11:43 AM
ReplyDeleteRemember the email about the puppy being ready?

Yes, I do remember reading about that e-mail. Do you have a time frame as to when that was available on Gryphen's blog?
Then there are also the following two interesting posts:
1.) From Gryphen's Nov 2, 2010 blog titled: Sarah Palin Continues Her VERY Public Nervouse Breakdown Over Politico Article!
Someone left this comment: "Anonymous4:41 PM Want to see her have a breakdown on live TV everybody start tweeting this!!!

(note link no longer connects as of Jan 5, 2015)
2.) From Gryph's April 18, 2012 blog wishing Trig a happy 4th birthday - photo shows Sarah & Todd holding baby Trig wearing a stocking cap with the label "My Puppy" (right by Todd's cheek).
Gee what two curious coincidences!!
Wink, Wink. Woof!
-And don't forget the pic of baby Trig wearing the "puppy" hat...
DeleteBullshit propaganda. She was not an obstetrician specialty. Bullshit. She delivered some low risk births sure in her career. I looked up her drug prescribing last year for past yhree years and she was prescribing diabetic meds and heart meds and lipitor like meds. To older people. No prenatal vitamins lol. Come clean CBJ for gods sake. We are not stupid. We know you enabled sarah
ReplyDeleteWhoof!
ReplyDelete2015 isn't turning out to be a great year for Sarah.
It's interesting that a medical professional would retire from a 30-year career and drop her practice, and work for child advocacy, She would forfeit all the medical training and use little of it or none to become a some sort of therapist. It doesn't make sense, unless she's afraid to continue a medical practice, knowing that people are watching her and wondering if she was negligent with Palin. After all, it was in Palin's own words that focused on Dr CBJ's reputation and the story Palin told would veer any thinking patient away from her. The advice she must have given Sarah on the phone in Texas would indicate she's not competent.
No smart doctor would stamp their name and approval on a medical disclosure letter (that Palin had released the eve before election) and be able to live with that, if they have any conscience.
Could it be she (CBJ) couldn't take the heat and the burden on her conscience with watching Trig's lack of progress?
The woman now knows she will be implicated with this new evidence. Lying or ignoring false data about a patient so that patient will fool the whole nation is coming full circle, she may have to suffer consequences now.
Could it be that CBJ already has lost her malpractice coverage, and is restricted to "talk therapy" rather than hands-on provision of medical care to patients?
DeleteI don't know. But your interesting post made me think of that as a possibility...
Her board certification ran out.
DeleteThe record looks to me like it is a print out of 7 physicians clocking in and out of Providence Alaska Medical Center, and page 12 of 12 includes a specific 36 hour period. The 36 hour duty period begins at 12:00 am on 4/18/2008 and ends at noon on 4/19/2008. In military time, this report covers 0000 through 2400 on 4/18 and 0000 through 1200 on 4/19. Individuals checked in a few minutes +/- before and after their shift. What is missing and would answer any challenge is the dates associated with each physicians duty period. These seem to be standard kinds of specialities assigned to cover the house at night in Alaska's largest hospital.
ReplyDeleteTim Batemen was in house from 11:44 pm through 12:12 pm, or 12 hours 28 minutes (2344 through 1212); Bateman is a hospitalist at Providence in Anchorage
CBJ was in house from 12:01 am through 12:48 pm, or 12 hours and 47 minutes. (0001 through 1248); Family Medicine
Erik Maurer was in house from 11:50 pm through 12:01 pm or 12 hours and 11 minutes (2350 through 1201); vascular and interventional radiologist
Barbara Doty was in house from 11:49 pm through 2:18 pm or 14 hours and 29 minutes (2349 through 1418); family medicine/obstetrics, partner of CBJ
Karen McCreary was in house from 12:04 am through 12:31 pm or 12 hours and 27 minutes (0004 through 1231); OBGYN, Providence
Tom Mego was in house from 12:36 am through 12:20 pm or 11 hours and 44 minutes (0036 through 1220); Pathologist at Providence
Lior Dolgonos was in house from 11:12 pm through 1:19 pm or 14 hours and 7 minutes (2312 through 1319); critical care hospitalist at Providence
I just put all of this on graph paper and 36 points on it....a 36 hour schedule. I came to exactly the same conclusion you did without having the specialties. Johnson, McCreary and Mego worked basically the same shift, early am until noonish. Doty worked the afternoon shift to 2am , then Bateman, Mauer and Dolonos worked the last shift from 12AM to 12PM, roughly. Your interpretation was much better written and with more information however.
DeleteHowever, what we don't know is if CBJ clocked in at 12:01am on 4/18 or 4/19 and clocked out at 12:48pm on 4/18 or 4/19, given that this is a 36-hour period it could have covered her 12 hour 47 minute shift on either of those days. That ambiguity is a sticking point.
DeleteThroughout all of the CBJ discussions over the years, I always wondered why exactly no one who actually knows her or has been a patient has stepped forward anonymously or openly to rebut or confirm the dates and timelines, or to even comment on CBJ's character. No one who has had her deliver their kids. Now here we have seven doctors who actually know the woman but they have never commented - in support or damning the story. A contractual issue? NDA? Being from the lower 48, I understand from reading the wonderful Alaska blogs that despite being an enormous state, cities like Juneau and Anchorage are much like small towns, with everyone knowing at least some of their neighbor's business. So in 2008, people are scared of Palin, and won't comment on what they know. But they know it. People who are in no way friends of theirs or affiliated with them or beholden. And yet - NO ONE TALKS. Here we are in 2015. Surely someone - G's contacts notwithstanding - has decided that even if just for the sheer fun of telling, they can speak the truth about Palin in 2008. Alaskans, is this still not possible??
DeleteDoty also worked the overnight but didn't get out of the house at noonish as the others did. Lots of possible explanations from sleeping, attending a meeting, wanting to see a sick patient through a crisis or to deliver a baby. This is a listing of overnight attendings who were in the house during a specific 36 hour period.
Delete36 hour weekend shift is the easiest explanation. Doctors cover the entire weekend.
ReplyDeleteanon at 2:01 pm: yes, you correctly state the ambiguity and that has created confusion, questions and doubt. I suspect this is a report from the employee key card/security system. The docs scan their key card ID when entering the building and when leaving.
ReplyDeleteSome came early for their shifts, maybe they liked the food in the cafeteria and wanted to eat, maybe they just were late for any of the usual reasons. Some stayed beyond their shift, maybe they went to eat, went to sleep, went to see patients or finish up a difficult situation. Basically though we see 12 hour overnight shifts of 7 attending physicians. And CBJ is one of them.
I believe that this screen shot is page 12 of a 12 page report so perhaps there is additional clarity on another page. Regardless, Gryphen has vetted this report and that works for me.
