Koch brother favorite Scott Walker now polling at 0 percent.

Courtesy of WKOW:

A new national poll shows Governor Scott Walker polling at 0 percent in the race for the Republican presidential nomination.

The CNN/ORC poll released Sunday shows there were five candidates who received less than one percent of support from likely Republican voters. Walker was among them, joined by former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, and former New York Governor George Pataki. Less than one percent equates to zero percent, statistically.

Some pundits are saying Walker won't even be in the race by the next Republican debate on October 28th. Marquette Law School poll director Charles Franklin doesn't think things are that bleak, but he says few candidates have been able to rally after such a fall.

Wow! Does anybody remember back when Scott Walker was the great white conservative hope?

Yeah I really can't remember that anymore either.

Also according to the poll Carly Fiorina has jumped to second place ahead of Ben Carson whose recent comments about Muslims have some calling for him to drop out of the race.

But there sits Donald Trump at 24 percent.

Still at the top of the heap despite his own multiple gaffes.

The Republican party really is self destructing, isn't it?

And now the Son of JEB!, George P, is in trouble in Texas for hiring unqualified family members, not posting jobs, and paying family much more than the job postings. Corruption runs deep in that family.

He does look like the bastard kid Walker might have had. He has crooked teeth because he was such a hellion as a kid, they couldn't find an ortho that would treat him.

Money did buy them control of the Kansas governorship and legislature; and Koch Industries hasn't paid state income taxes since 2012.

Is it me, or does Scott walker always look stoned? He always has the "lazy eyelids" going on.

Not the visage of someone qualified to be Commander in Chief. Can't the GOP scare up some good-looking clowns?

He's not cool enough to get stoned. He's just simple and it shows in his face.

I think there is more to that look than stonerism.

Look at George W Bush's narrow-set eyes and go on to Walker's, Reince Priebus' and several other candidates' faces. Is there a resemblance to the "chimp" cartoons of the past? (Oh please, great apes, I mean no insult to any of you). At any rate, that narrow distance between the eyes seems to mirror their narrow-mindedness. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Exactly as I'd hoped it would. Oh they'll all end up somewhere else but at least there won't be a GOP anymore. The "Party of Lincoln" will be history!

O/T -- a new Crate and Barrel catalog just came out with items for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and "Holidays."

This is just the beginning of the 2015 War on Christmas! We must respond immediately by bombing them with cranberries and peppermint sticks. Send them coal for their "holiday" stockings. Ho, ho Holidays!

Oh, the irony....The Republican Party set out to destroy President Obama and the Democrats by unleashing the racist vitriol and hatred, and in the process they destroyed their party instead.

Stupid and malleable and totally white bread, with a proud record of screwing over workers/unions and his state's economy both.

Sad quitter grifter grannie has persecution complex, wants more attention.

"Obama - Is It Too Much To Defend Christianity?

But wait a minute, think about what Trump is saying here. He's right. Why would any strong, independent candidate succumb to a liberal media's pressure to defend someone else's faith? That's the takeaway here.

And here's another: Rational people scratch their heads when they see the Obama Administration harass Catholic nuns and Christian business owners, and try to demonize Christians for things that happened centuries ago. This, while refusing to acknowledge Christian genocide happening TODAY in the name of Islam. So... with Obama and a lapdog media being overly sensitive whenever this President's actions are scrutinized, resulting in the public's legitimate questions about his worldview influencing his actions, here's the solution: perhaps if Obama stopped attacking Christians, people who question him could stop questioning whether he is one.

(*Cue intolerant liberals: do your thing and misconstrue all this and pour on the hate. In 3-2-1...) "

According to statistician Nate Silver, there are six stages of doom for The Donald. He is currently in the first stage which began this summer. Stage one lasts until right around Thanksgiving. In order to emerge from stage one and move to stage two which will encompass the period between T-day and February, he must be able to hold on to his lead without any other candidate significantly taking a bite out of his media hold. Carly Fiorina did just that last week. She was able to attack with clarity and confidence and rattled his cage enough to garner a significant number of support away from him and Ben Carson and with Carson's flub yesterday she should capture a few more before her flavor of the month sours.

I predict that by February he will no longer have the lead as the clown car empties. The combined support for the lesser candidates such as Jindahl, Pataki, Graham, etc. will not go to Trump but instead may see their way to Bush, Rubio or Cruz...possibly even Christie and those will be enough to move him out of the top. At that point the only thing Trump can do to avoid being the loser he so despises is to throw his support and funds to one of those above stating that he's watched that candidate throughout the process and believes he can best serve America by giving that person his solid support. Saves face and still stays in the spotlight. Mark my words it will happen!

    Sheesh

    1. I still don't rule out Trump funding his own third party run out of spite and hubris. He really believes he can win and that he's the best. If he resents the way the GOP treats him or the process, he could still run as an independent. After all, Ross Perot got close. I think Trump truly believes he can win.

Carly rose to the top of a male-dominated field despite the fact that she is incomptant. If there's one thing she know how to do (and there may only be one thing), it's deal with rich, white, arrogant men. The other candidates don't know what to do when Trump starts to bully them. Carly will wash out at some point because she doesn't know what she's talking about.

THIS is where we all raise a toast of appreciation to Jill Kelley!

If Paula Broadbent wasn't so sure that Jill was also taking a few slices from David Petraeus, she'd never have harassed her to the point that the FBI got involved and read all those emails revealing the affair.

For allowing his mistress access to classified information during a time of war (which she revealed in her speeches to make herself look even more important), Petraeus deserved trial and demotion and jail time. Instead, he merely got to resign, with benefits. Unfortunately for him, great ambition is often linked with great stupidity and arrogance and hubris.

He desperately wanted to be President. His grooming of the fawning media was all in preparation for a campaign. All his sycophants encouraged him.

Without that tacky affair and the cat fight and the revelation that his mistress was using his passwords to gain access to classified files, he'd be top dog: good-looking war hero with chest full of medals takes center stage. Nobody else in the clown car would stand a chance.

General Betray-us will never be President.

    Thank you, Jill Kelley!
