Police and medics rushed to a Kettering home after they say a husband accidentally shot his wife.
It happened after 10 a.m. in the 1500 block of Springhill Avenue.
According to police, the husband shot his wife in the ankle in the living room of their home. Officials said he was trying to show her how to operate the gun when he fired the shot. Police said they believe the incident was accidental.
Officers said the man is a CCW permit holder and has no record.
Oh well since he has a conceal carry permit I guess he is well within his rights to shoot his wife. After all I'm sure that he told her several times what would happen if she did not pay attention.
My question is why a man who is supposedly qualified enough to have a conceal carry permit is stupid enough to demonstrate gun safety inside of his house with his adult daughter and his grandson home at the time?
Don't you know that you're smarter with a gun in your hand??
ReplyDeleteAs a matter of fact the more young absorbent minds present when NRA type pearls of wisdom are being disseminated, the fewer pearls will be lost. Those little minds will just soak them up, and all will be right with the world, praise jeebus !!!
I just threw up a bit in my mouth,...uuulllch!!!!!
Meet the woman who concealed a gun in her Hoohah!

Trump wrote, "While I refuse to brag ..."
ReplyDeleteCan someone tell me when he is bragging and when he isn't bragging.
What a douche.
All he does is brag. I would think his act would start wearing thin pretty soon...how many women can he insult before even the doormats in the GOP say "ENOUGH?"
DeleteI bet the guy is not African American.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
gun safety = oxymoron (or some kind of moron...)
ReplyDeleteHe should be careful...
ReplyDeletenow his wife knows how to SHOOT!
I'm so glad that guns in the home keep someone safe-but with the rash of daily 'accidental shootings' in this once exceptional nation, I'm not sure who's safe..the bad guys maybe? Doesn't seem like we ever hear of an armed homeowner who actually defended his property form anyone other than his spouse or his small grandchildren. Meanwhile, teen suicides rise as more and more depressed kids have easy access to 'locked and secure' firearms. Please proceed, GOP. You're killing your own.
ReplyDeleteLet me tell you all what it takes to get a concealed carry permit in New Hampshire.
ReplyDelete1) Have a pulse
2) Be over 21
3) Have no felonies
4) Pay $10, fill out a form.
5) They give you the permit
No training, experience, no insurance required, you can carry any handgun from a .22 to a .50 caliber Desert Eagle loaded in your car or on your person.
In Vermont, you don't even need a permit to carry concealed.
Anyone over 16 can legally carry a loaded weapon inside their coat
Strange how the NRA never celebrates when people exercise their 2nd amendment rights like this.
ReplyDeletePolice said they believe the incident was accidental.
ReplyDeleteI believe the Police believe too much. Wonder how they came to that conclusion?
