Some conservatives convinced that arrest of Muslim teen in Texas was false flag maneuver to undermine anti-terror efforts in America.

Queen of Islamophobia Pamella Geller
Courtesy of Raw Story:

While more libertarian-minded conservatives blamed the incident on “zero tolerance” policies — and not racism or xenophobia — others are warning the incident is a “setup” intended to keep Americans from being Islamophobic enough.

“What the president did, Sandra, by elevating this story to national attention, is he basically got rid of ‘if you see something, say something,’” said Fox News host Andrea Tarantos, apparently forgetting that President Barack Obama reached out to the Texas teen after his arrest made national news.

Pamela Geller — who organized an anti-Islam art contest earlier this year in Garland, near the teen’s home in Irving — also claimed the ninth-grader’s arrest was part of a plot by Obama to undermine national security.

“This story is pure agitprop most fatal,” Geller warned. “’If you see something, say something’ is now racism.”

She complained that Mohamed, who has been invited to meet the president, NASA officials and Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, had become a “media star.”

“The whole thing has clearly been a setup, and its effect will be to make Americans less safe,” Geller said. “If you ever see a Muslim with a suspicious object, remember the lesson of Ahmed Mohamed: to say something would be ‘racism.’ That could end up being the epitaph of America and the free world.”

Yep the President is a secret Muslim who was not born in this country, when the President fist bumps somebody that is a secret Muslim handshake, he was sworn into office while placing his hand on the Koran, he has an alien implant in his skull, and of course he supports terrorist training camps in America.

There's just no fooling these conservatives, they ALWAYS figure it out.

Think the Palins and others like Trump don't influence people to violence? This is just one of thousands of comments on different sites. Talk about a war on one's religion, eh Christians? I don't blame this child's parents for changing schools. these idiots would probably try to kill him.

"He purposely built the clock to look like a bomb!! And he did it so he could scare his teachers into giving him good grades. That is a documented FACT. In my book that makes you a TERRORIST!

Don't forget this guy is a MUSLIM! And we all know Muslim are terrorist trying to destroy America.

Thank you Governor Palin for telling the TRUTH...once again!"

After witnessing my own local school district dysfunction and waste of tax dollars, I am concerned about our public school system today and Dept. of Education waste. But ! this child is deemed "Smart" and smart to me means that he should have known better AND HIS PARENTS!!! Why ? Why push it?. Whether it was made to look like a miniature bomb clock in a suitcase or an innocent smarty science idea from a smarty farty kid of a different faith? don't know. but both acted in bad faith and poor taste and appears to challenge sensitive Americans. Respect and Ye shall receive Respect. Has this kid been bullied at school because of his faith and looks? Actions of the adults show up in the children at all levels. And it is showing clearly today.

Thank you smarty farty ADULTS. Both answers suck to Uranus. The school over reacted and the kid challenged the American society about his personal looks and faith. He and his parents pushed it and got a reaction. period. Do we need to add the curriculum of acceptable science projects to the national dept of education? I do not excuse the school nor the kidd and his parents.

So, "smarty farty" is the new "uppity" because the other seven kids who built clocks, or even the white kid who built a nuclear reactor, didn't have their intelligence demeaned.

      Bigot.

Since when does intelligence challenge “the sensitive Americans”. I take it by “sensitive Americans” you mean ignorant, as exemplified by your grammar and spelling.

Sorry that the “smarty farty kid of a different faith, whom you also imply is not an American” didn’t lower himself to your standards. Sorry we can’t fix your stupidity.

I can't see it, because that was not my comment. But I've been seeing it under my own comments since I switched from authenticating with TypePad to authenticating with Google. It's clickable, and gives you the option of deleting your own comment if you realize you typed "now" when your meant "not" … or whatever.

    1. Take a megaphone/microphone and give people the crazy eye as you yell out a lie about something you're afraid of.
    2. Yell loud enough to convince rubes to become afraid of it too so they will give you their money.
    3. Smile during the money exchange so your rubes can ease their imaginary fears from your lie.

I received this from Daily Kos this a.m. Haven't taken time to research its accuracy.

I said: "It's sad they thought that kid had a bomb."
She said: "They didn't think he had a bomb."
I said: "Yes, they thought he made a bomb and even called the police."
She said: "They just wanted to humiliate a little Muslim boy. They didn't think he had a bomb."
I said: "Don't be a conspiracy theorist. They might be a little prejudiced, but I'm sure they thought he had a bomb."
She said: "O.K. But they didn't evacuate the school, like you do when there's a bomb. They didn't call a bomb squad - like you do when there's a bomb. They didn't get as far away from him as possible, like you do when there's a bomb. Then they put him and the clock in an office - not like you do when there's a bomb. Then they waited with him for the police to arrive, and then they put the clock in the same car as the police. Then they took pictures of it."
I said: "Damn... They never thought he had a bomb.
They never thought he had a bomb."

The police chief and school authorities have said they knew he didn't have a bomb. He was arrested for having a 'hoax bomb' with the intent to terrorize the school even though he never said anything to scare anyone.

Bottom line is there was no reason to handcuff the boy other than to humiliate and intimidate. There was no reason to not immediately call his parents. There was no reason to arrest him.

      Delete
    2. That's right. They never thought he had a bomb.

And they violated his rights be never informing his parents or allowing his parents or attorney to be with him for questioning.

BTW apparently they STILL HAVE THE CLOCK.

He now has an arrest record even though he was never charged.

And they have yet to release his personal property back to him. After all, it's not evidence if there are no charges.

But I'm sure they'll make up some similar shit. Some cop kept it or they took a baseball bat to it and smashed it. You know. To make sure he knows his place.

At any rate I doubt he'll get it back.

Which means when he goes to the White House and the President asks to see his clock he has to tell him the Police never gave it back.

And then the stupidity of Texas rears it's ugly but amusing head in the media again.

Man, never get's old exposing the utter ignorance of Texas.

My dad just sold his row home in which he lived for 53 years. He was only original owner left on block of 11homes. Most are now rental units filled with blue collar workers . Next door is a single mom bar waitress with two teenage girls who both have babies. There is a lesbian couple mid block. My dad sold to a 24 year old single AA muslim who Bought the house, not renting. I am very afraid of hate crimes against her. My dads waterhose was cut , his tires were slashed , the young uy who cut his grass refused to cut it anymore once they saw who dad sold it to.
Disgusting. She too is a single mom with two young kids.
