SNL mocks Kim Davis, and the other terrible people of this last summer. Oh and Hillary Clinton appears in cameo that should not be missed.

Courtesy of Addicting Info:

Cyrus sang “My Way” as memories from the summer were revisited by the cast. Davis, wasn’t the only one to be mocked, however. Rachel Dolezal was satirized, as well as the dentist who killed Cecil the lion, Jared Fogle, and many more. Pope Francis was also visibly seen trying to distance himself from Davis.

I don't always enjoy the opening monologue, nor Miley Cyrus, but I found myself laughing out loud several times while watching this last night.

But as good as that was you really need to treat yourself to Hillary in a cameo as a bartender serving drinks to Kate McKinnon portraying Hillary Clinton.

That was so good it reminded me of Tina Fey turning Sarah Palin into a national laughingstock.

(I'm sorry that should read "revealing to the world that Sarah Palin was already a national laughingstock.")

She really can be so annoying.

But... She has the genes and the pipes and the training... when she wants to pull off a song professionally, it is a cakewalk for her.

I'm a 52 yr old woman and I adore Miley. So, she jumped on one bad dance craze's wagon. So what? What kind of "shock your parents" kind of moves were we all doing at that age.?

Miley is a dumbfuck. She'll be dead by the time she turns thirty.

Miley's act is annoying and obnoxious et al. But she isn't as dumb or 'wild' as she pretends, and I doubt she will be in the grave at 30.

She is no Amy Winehouse. Now that girl was the real deal at talented self destruction, and she proved it.

Already fired the gay priest, guess the vatican can't abide a pope with a ten year friendship with a gay priest, yet is fine with some wackjob xtian liar saying he told her he approves and to stay strong. File under "You were expecting more?

But, but, why isn't Sarah there?
They loved her last spring at the 40th anniversary show, and she proved that she was one of them, on the side of the velvet rope that separates the GREAT from the hoi polloi.
And she just got her white dressed cleaned.
Maybe next week? She's putting in a call to her great friend Lorne Michaels right this minute.
And the comedians wouldn't have to do much work. Just by walking out on stage she'd provoke laughter. When she opened her mouth, more laughter, followed by thunderous applause when she was lured off-stage, followed by a commercial break. Genius programming.

Sarah was too busy speaking to a crowd of dozens in Utah.

Oh, 1:08, you mean the dozens who thought there was going to be someone else there?

    3. Anonymous2:45 PM

Some of those dozens were members of the earthquake movement, whom Palin acknowledged in her speech, referring to them as her "brigade". If she was being accurate, she would have called them what they really are, an elderly group of undereducated, obese baby boomers who have formed a fanclub for a washed up ex-govenor. Or, if that was too much to write on her hand, she could have just called them her weird, pathetic, old stalkers.

      What is the earthquake movement?

A cult of diehard Palin supporters who think they can make Palin run for president. They even formed a superpac this year. Google them. Their sites are earthquake and palinquake. They follow her around like Bobby soxers after Sinatra. Mostly fat, old, white women and men.

One would hope they would have at least dressed up out of respect, but no. These are her base. I wouldn't be bragging about it.

Politico has a great write up of the SNL skit -- it comments on how other such skits proved to the world "Sarah Palin's stupidity." LoL

The best thing about $creech's appearance last spring at the SNL anniversary show was her outside mixing a bit with the 'fans': a guy kept saying "your're looking old, Sarah" -- the look on her face as he kept repeating it: Priceless.

When they were cat calling her it was because people on both sides of the velvet rope were mocking her. That's when she made the stupid comment about being on celebraty side of the rope..

I have to agree, I was def disappointed knowing Miley was the host but she proved me wrong. The skits you mentioned were really well done and Kate is most def my fav cast member. I just DVR so I can skip the "music". Amy is next week...omg, can't wait.

So it was smart of the seasoned campaign operatives on Clinton's team to avoid letting their candidate be displayed as a fool.

SARAH PALIN GUESS WHO IS THE FOOL?

    CNN:
'SNL' gave Hillary Clinton a better deal than Sarah Palin got

.... Clinton pulled off her lines without a hitch. No surprise there: As a first lady, U.S. senator and secretary of state, she's been on the public stage continuously for more than 30 years....

.... One suspects that Clinton's team negotiated limits to how vicious the humor could get, mindful of the night in October 2008 when, during the closing weeks of the presidential campaign, Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, then the governor of Alaska, unwisely took part in an over-the-top zany skit that mercilessly lampooned Palin, her family, her state and her campaign as the show's cast laughed at her, not with her...

So it was smart of the seasoned campaign operatives on Clinton's team to avoid letting their candidate be displayed as a fool....

No mention of any Wasillans. All that unprotected twerking, for naught!!! Oh well, we'll always have Tina Fey, Julianne Moore and blank books.

Wow, too bad the Wasillabilly brawl didn't happen this summer, the Palin's didn't even make the cut. Blog via the weird Bristol/French all you want Sarah, you guys are yesterday's mainstream lunatics.

I would imagine the silence from brancy is screech frantically searching for an appropriate response to Hillary's appearence on SNL.
