ReplyDeleteThe entire middle east is embroiled in a RELIGIOUS civil war. There will be no winners in the short term. After genocides, there will be some resolution. First world countries being there will just make it worse.

ReplyDeleteThis is what happens when governments create artificial borderlines that don't take into account the religions and cultures of the people who live there. Add in a dictator, a floundering economy and a lot of weapons and it becomes perpetually incendiary.
ReplyDeleteI wish more people would share this, so that the likes of $arah, who think that this is a conflict so easily resolved if the prez would just grow a pair (her words not mine) would understand that you don't just "fire" as that horses ass would suggest. Sorry for run on. I'm damned tired.
