Man kills wife, child, and himself with handgun. Just another day in the NRA's America.

Courtesy of Yahoo News:

A man shot and killed his wife and 8-year-old daughter before turning the gun on himself at a luxury high-rise apartment building, authorities said.

The bodies of Michael Stasko, Melissa Stasko and 8-year-old Mellie Stasko were found Friday night at the Windsor at Mariners Tower, an apartment building on the bank of the Hudson River in Edgewater, Bergen County prosecutor John Molinelli said.

Authorities said a .45-caliber handgun with hollow-point bullets was found where 53-year-old watch salesman Michael Stasko shot and killed his 49-year-old wife and their daughter before killing himself.

Michael Stasko had a gunshot wound under his chin. His wife and daughter had been shot in the backs of their heads. The shootings could have happened as long ago as Tuesday or Wednesday, and a possible motive was under investigation, authorities said.

If a gun is used in a America it is used for something like THIS far, far more often than it is used to keep a person safe or defend property.

Owning a gun means that domestic conflicts, depression, or jealousy often leads to the shooting death of somebody that in other circumstances would lead a long and productive life.

Fox News correspondent Ed Henry asserted over the weekend that an anti-gun violence commercial made by the National Basketball Association (NBA) had spoiled the Christmas joy of some Americans.

During its Christmas day broadcasts, an NBA advertising campaign featured players and families of shooting victims. The ad, however, did not include the phrase "gun control" or a call for new gun safety policies.

Larry Pratt, founder of Gun Owners of America, suggested to Henry, who was guest hosting Fox & Friends on Saturday, that gun owners would boycott the NBA to protest the anti-violence message.

"A woman told police she shot another woman because she didn't believe in God and kept her body for three days as a shrine in her Phoenix apartment, according to arrest records."

What problem was so difficult to talk over/find a solution? People don't talk face to face anymore, whatever problems he faced, he fixed nothing by destroying his family and himself. There's plenty of stupid to go around, but stupid with a gun is a lethal combo.

Don't feed the trolls!
It just goes directly to their thighs.
