Even when the President is just emptying his pockets it freaks the Right Wing out.

Courtesy of Addicting Info:

President Obama carried out his annual YouTube interview on Friday and revealed what he carried around with him each and every day inside his pockets. While normally what’s in a person’s pockets might be self-explanatory (i.e.,. phone, wallet, etc.) the president is no ordinary person. And the items he carries around aren’t ordinary, either. There’s also an in-depth explanation for each one of them.

Here’s Obama in his own words:

“I stick these in my pocket to remind me of all the people I’ve met along the way and the stories they’ve told me. So, this is what I had in my pocket today: this is rosary beads Pope Francis gave me that obviously means alot to me cause I so admire him and it makes me think about peace and promoting understanding and ethical behavior. This is a little Buddha that a Buddhist monk gave me. This is a lucky poker chip that’s metal that this biker gave me. This is a Hindu statuette of the monkey God Hanuman that a woman gave me. And, I’ve got a coptic cross; this is from Ethipia. So, I’ve got a whole bunch of this stuff but the reason I showed you these is because I carry them around all the time.”

Now take note that the very first thing that the President showed the interviewer was a rosary given to him by Pope Francis, and the last thing was a Coptic cross.

However nobody cares about that, or the poker chip, what gets the attention of the Right Wing is the little monkey statue. Because to them that is that proves what they have suspected all along.

Conservatives on Twitter, freaking out about Barack Obama since 2007.

  3. He's done worrying about them, it's plain. Cruise right on to the finish line, saying and doing as he pleases. And he's earned it.

Barack lost considerable momentum that first year reaching out for compromise and bipartisanship with the GOP, and that's understandable, given what an optimistic guy he is at heart. Hillz won't play that shit; even if she hadn't witnessed what lack of good it did for Obama, she already knows better.

President Obama doesn't have to run for office again and has nothing to lose from here on out. He knows he has the support of the majority of Americans in his decision making.

He also is aware of the fact most Americans dislike Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. And, he knows he has nothing to worry about from either of them.

Kick them in their white asses, President Obama! The majority of 'mixed' Americans (and white ones!) will enjoy watching.

I love and totally respect President Obama. He must just shake his head at the idiocy of the Republican party - especially those running in the clown car.

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are horrid representatives of their party and due to their party not being able to stop them - their party is in shambles.

Trump is an idiot - a bully - an egomaniac - anti blacks and other minorities - has no clue about government and how it works - is not prepared to run for the office of POTUS much less be elected, serve and represent America!

It says so more about the person objecting to items in your President's pockets, than it does about the man carrying them. What a man he is; I'd write off your gun-obsessed, religious terrorist country if it were not for him.

He represents the best side of Americans; you are blessed to have him represent your country. I pray to all the gods that the people who love him and what he stands for will prevail in November, to carry on his work.

The world is watching what you do. Your democracy is at stake.

It's a damn shame he did whip out his Real Donald Trump Voodoo Doll. All kidding aside, I'm a non believer and my house and garden hold objects that reflect a lot of religious symbolism. And no one blows a fuse, nor finds an ulterior motive. They're just symbols, no better nor worse than "In God We Trust" on our money, and we all know where some of that ends up.....in peoples nostrils, g strings and for "services rendered" etc. etc. It's the dirtiest stuff on earth.
These trinkets mean something to him because of the memories they hold, not because he's a coptic christian or polytheistic believer.
I found it ironic the interviewer had a tchachke-gasm over a metal poker chip.

That being said, they posted like 7 photos earlier today, not sure if on this thread, but the two I could look at one was Trig and the other was Kayla, Track's kid. None was an unidentified 5 -year old. If there is a Tri-Stan, then they've kept her under the radar and hidden from photos for nearly her entire 5 years of life. I don't think any Palins are smart or careful enough to do that. Barstool did appear preggers on DWTS and in Haiti afterwards, but that baby must to have been farmed out to another family somewhere because Palins can't stop photographing everything they do in their lives and that baby would have shown up somewhere.

  29. Sometimes it kind of bugs me that I will be dead and buried and not able to read impartial biographies that will undoubtedly be written about this President for generations to come. I know he's doing a lot for us. I know he's not doing as much as he would like but I also know that Mitch McConnell came out of a meeting of Repugnant leadership and said that the most important thing they could do was make sure he'll be a one-term President. He's had uphill work getting anything done... and I did email the President and ask him to issue an executive order banning the eating of yellow snow, but I never heard back. I can still dream, right?

The care with which he chooses his words hints at his legal education and at his awareness of how the press is so ready to pounce on anything that might be ever so slightly off-kilter. It must be difficult always knowing that you have to second guess your own words.
