I am not at all sure I could survive another Bush presidency.
Or a Cruz presidency, or a Trump presidency, or a Rubio presidency, or a.....hell let's just keep the whole lot of them out of the White House why don't we?
Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

So G, please clarify. Are you blaming your PTSD on G.W. Bush, G.H.W. Bush, Reagan, any of 'em, all of 'em?
ReplyDeletePlease tell us which one of these characters in this venn diagram will be jeb's! brain?
DeleteStop Bush! This is so scary on soooo many levels. It has taken President Obama his entire presidency to undo the total damage of the Bush years. We do not need another Bush any where near Washington. Be ever vigilant!
ReplyDeleteThere is really no need to stop Jeb Bush. He's already stopped himself. It's all over but the whining now.
DeleteI'm not convinced of that. I really want you to be correct, however, Jeb still has a war chest from hell. I believe his advisors' strategy is to limp along, not concede, and go to the convention as the only option to Trump or Cruz. Bush isn't going to quit. It's been his and his family's wish to be president for a long long time. He's a wimp, but he's not going to quit.

Republicans are a threat to humanity:

This is like, for me, the greater the adversity, the more – first of all, it means I'm going to get better, I got to get better, I know I have to get better. I have enough self awareness – I don't have this gigantic ego that says, well, they're just stupid, Iowa voters don't understand me, they're eating Monsanto-laced agriculture products." –Jeb Bush reflecting on his campaign performance
ReplyDeleteYou seriously could not make this stuffup
only the resident former moderator at renderosity could sound more stupid, youbetcha
DeleteI have been saying all along that Jeb is a Bush through and through. But I will also like to stipulate that JEB IS WORSE THAT W, AND THEIR FATHER. Jeb is nastiest, meaner, and more right-wing.
ReplyDeleteThat could very well be, but his brother's damage to this nation and world far surpasses jeb's! until now.
DeleteMost sane people will never give jeb! the chance to try to be nastier, meaner, and more right wing.
The national unemployment rate is down to 4.9. President Barack Obama has done a fantastic job of turning our economy around. Why aren't the Democrats shouting this from the rooftops?
ReplyDeleteNow, if the Democrats (especially the Democratic presidential nominee) do not acknowledge this in their campaigns, they are fools.
Indeed, WHY is Bernie Sanders shouting this from the rooftops? Sanders is the one with the biggest bullhorn right now. He's had that bullhorn for the entire 25 years he has been in congress.
DeleteApparently, he chooses to use it as a bludgeon against Hillary Clinton instead. shame on Bernie for that.
Jeb is still a player make no doubt about that!
ReplyDeletejeb! plays checkers and reads nothing.
DeleteBarbara Bush to Jeb: Man up
ReplyDeleteFormer first lady Barbara Bush has some advice for Jeb Bush ahead of Saturday’s Republican debate: man up.
“He’s almost too polite. I don’t advise him, but if I gave him advice I would say why don’t you interrupt like other people do?” Barbara Bush said in an interview that aired Friday on “CBS This Morning,” referring to her son in the Republican debates.
“I've gotten better at interrupting, mom,” Jeb Bush said in the joint interview. “Come on.”.....

Everyone always said Barbara wears the pants in that family!!
I live in what would be considered RW community.
ReplyDeleteNot much talk about jeeb? Not a player here? Cruz appeals to everyone who seems to belong to a church group.
Rubio is not fooling anyone, folks are taking offense to his total bs and lies. Trump has some kkk type follower's. Carly what?
Carley was on "Morning Joe" crying her a river because the rnc and abc decided not to give her a place, they're using poll numbers that are months old, "The good old boys club" "I got a vagina, dammit, they owe me a spot" "Did I mention I beat cancer and was CEO of Hewlett Packard?" and my all time favorite "I'm not going anywhere it's sexism and its wwwwwrrrrroooongggg"
DeleteI don't see Karl Rove on that Venn Diagram. I'll bet there are a few more players missing.

DeletePay particular attention to every name with an x in the leftmost founders column, like Jeb Bush, Dick Cheeney, Donald Rumsfeld Dan Quayle, Randy Scheunemann and so many others.
Poor Barbara, she's got to do the long slog of selling Jeb! and his brilliant mind. At this point, I think her money and time would be better spent dusting Neil off, putting him in a suit, and have him do the debates for Jeb!.
ReplyDeleteThe man has no backbone whatsoever. He married a woman of mexican descent, and Trump was bitching about building a wall and sending them all back, they only send the bad ones...... And Jeb stands there with his wonk eye as quiet as a kid with his hand in a cookie jar.... and the loser forgot to take the cookie and reprimand Trump for his ignorance. Whomever came up with the idea of him running for office got it all wrong. They think we forgot his help in handing the election to his brother and darth Cheyney. We're not stupid, Barbara.
I'm surprised some of these guys are still alive to be on Jeb!'s team. Some must be pretty old by now. I guess senility and Alzheimer's would explain a lot.
