Donald Trump threatening to sue over how delegates are divided up in primaries. Does Trump solve every problem with a lawsuit?

Reading this started me thinking that Trump essentially sues just anybody who irritates him.

Courtesy of the Daily Beast

Trump sues when he is made to feel small, insufficiently wealthy, threatened or mocked. He sues for sport, he sues to regain a sense of control, and he sues to make a point. He sues as a means of saying “you’re fired” to those he does not employ.

In the article they point out that Trump has sued his ex-wife Ivanka, comedian Bill Maher, television producer Merv Griffin, the Chicago Tribune, New York state, New York City, New Jersey, Palm Beach, Florida, the entire country of Scotland, a former Miss USA contestant, and that is only a small portion of the number of lawsuits filed by this thin skinned, stubby fingered vulgarian.

Does anybody really want this litigation loving lunatic near the nuclear codes?

Probably worth noting that the not really a Republican is threatening to sue the RNC, while the not really a Democrat files a lawsuit against the DNC

I guess that is the new political paradigm in 2016.

It always made me laugh when she was on dWTS, even the second time after she lost the chunk, she still had those shapeless legs. There is no definition between calf and thigh and her knees are misshapen, probably from malnutrition in the womb, also an indication that she's never had "leg day" at the gym ever in her sad life.

Of course, when you're Trump and things don't go your way, threaten litigation. That's how he'll rule the country. My former neighbor, a tea party loyalist, has switched from kissing Sarahs ass to kissing Trumps. Why? Sarah's wealth didn't trickle down, but Donald knows the art of a deal and he'll put money in every natural born american's pocket.
The only thing trickling down is wet and the color of Trump's Toupee. I fail to see the logic, but he swears by it. How many millionaires got rich giving away their fortune? That's the wrench in his argument, and it chaps his butt he's foolish enough to believe Trump will make him rich.

Easter? Is that one of those holidays Christians are supposed to send in church? You know, before the candy and chocolate bunnies? You do remember church, Bristol, right? It's where they read the Bible every Sunday, and try to explain how a Christian lives. Your mom used to go so she could get blessed and promised the moon. Has either one of your children been baptized? I realize that camo clothing is not appropriate, but surely someone has sent your kids some freebies that would work for church. And you must have one dress that doesn't include a thong. Besides, you might beet other young mothers who could swap parenting tips with you. It's fun.

The Wall Street Journal also noted:

“While Mr. Trump leads in winning primary and caucus elections, and has won more delegates, the Cruz campaign is proving superior at the arcane game of picking the people who will be the actual delegates to the convention, where they will help write the rules and ultimately choose the nominee.

That means that if Mr. Trump fails to reach the delegate threshold to claim the GOP nomination on the convention’s first ballot, committees dominated by Cruz supporters could work to block him from winning enough delegates to claim the nomination on any subsequent ballots.”

Trump can threaten to sue all he wants, or even actually sue, but at the end of the day it just goes to show how much of a political novice he truly is. He needs to realize that while everyone else is playing Chess to skillfully maneuver their way to the nomination, he’s still playing Candy Land.

Filing a lawsuit is hiring someone else to fight your battles for you. If Donald Trump was as good at making deals as he claims, then he would meet with the person or group and try to settle differences in a diplomatic way.

Bill Maher brags about being sued by Trump for a million dollars. Maher said that one of Trump's parents must have been an Orangutan because of Trump's orange skin color. The case has not come to court because what Maher said was political satire, a form of speech protected by the first amendment.

Imagine Trump as president going around suing other nations because they have a difference of opinion. He is the one who wanted to get into politics. That's a different game than the one that he has been playing so far.

My office was down the hall but there were connecting doors between all the offices and he was so loud that I could hear every word. After he was done getting his jollies, he would hang up the phone and laugh. He got the greatest pleasure out of making someone else feel like crap, just because he could.

I remember how smoothly the primary season of 2008 was.

No one filed or threatened to file a lawsuit over delegate assignments. No one was claiming impropriety during the primary elections especially in Nevada over the Las Vegas strip caucuses. There was no dispute over Florida and Michigan delegates to the convention. There were never any disputes with the DNC that were resolved by a DNC ruling.

Nope. None of that ever happened. Good times.
