Hillary Clinton's message to Donald Trump, "Keep on talking."

Courtesy of TPM:

Hillary Clinton has a message for Donald Trump: keep on talking.

She's just weeks away from wrapping up the Democratic presidential nomination, and friends, aides and supporters describe a candidate who isn't particularly rattled by what she expects will be Trump's increasingly direct attacks on her marriage and husband's personal indiscretions.

In fact, Clinton believes that she can turn Trump's deeply personal assaults to her benefit, they say, particularly among suburban women who could be crucial to her hopes in the fall. Her plan is never to engage in any back-and-forth over the scandals. Instead, she'll merely cast him as a bully and talk about policy.

"I don't care what he says about me, but I do resent what he says about other people, other successful women, who have worked hard, who have done their part," she told an audience in Louisville, Kentucky, this month.

I think this is really the only strategy that Hillary can utilize.

If she responds in kind to Trump's mudslinging she essentially lowers herself to his level.

But if she stays above the fray she seems more mature, more respectful, and, above all, more presidential.

Besides that what she has Elizabeth Warren for.

As well as a few others.
Yeah, I think she can take the high road with some confidence.

Oh I'm now sure he and her are in cahoots. She is evil and he likely was paid to help her win.

Also, go Bernie. Do not stop out.

"he and her are in cahoots?" Is this Sarah? He is subjective, which means it can be the subject. She is also subjective. They are used together. Her and him are objective pronouns. They are used as the object of a phrase. Good grief.
And Bernie is going to 'stop out?' I'll give you the benefit of the doubt for that one-you meant drop out.
He won't. But he also will not win the nomination. And Hillary is not evil. Go back and check her record on human rights, particularly women's rights-you know what Bernie won't talk about because he's too busy running up the deficit to 30 trillion with his free college and tax cuts? Kind of like Trump without the free college.
If anyone is in cahoots, it is Bernie and Trump (he and he) trying to smear Clinton.

Suspicions Mount As New Details On Donald Trump Self-Funding Emerge (IMAGES)

...When Addicting Info first reported on Trump’s self-funding scam in April, his campaign owed the candidate $17.5 million. At that time, loans to the campaign from Trump accounted for 70 percent of all contributions received.

As NBC reports here, since the campaign’s last filing with the FEC the amount owed to Donald Trump has more than doubled, now exceeding $43 million.

In spite of Trump’s assurances that the loans won’t be paid back, this invitation to an upcoming fundraiser, obtained by the Los Angeles Times and published by NBC News here, raises even more suspicion about the loans.

A bully will lose interest in their target if they consistently get no response. Trump eventually will focus on those in the GP who do not give him money.

"When asked about a list of Republican mega donors who are refusing to give him money, Trump said, “These are people that won’t have access to the White House, and they understand that like they do every other candidate. They endorse people like Jeb Bush. They would have had total control over Jeb. They would have had total control over many of the other people.”

Trump’s answer was an admission that his White House would be a pay to play operation

Hillary Beautifully Slams Trump’s ‘Dangerous’ And Idiotic Gun Policies

It’s no doubt Hillary Clinton has made gun violence a cornerstone in this election. For the first time, the issue of gun violence and mass shootings are at the forefront of national presidential politics.

So it should only make sense that the GOP’s candidate and the NRA’s newest puppet Donald Trump would try to hijack that attention and sweep it under the rug.

After the NRA gleefully endorsed the presidential blowhard, Trump promised to eliminate gun free zones (while speaking at a gun free gathering) while slamming Hillary Clinton as “heartless” for wanting to “restrict” people’s access to guns.

Clinton didn’t take to kindly to former (and brushed off the latter). Speaking at a conference organized by the Trayvon Martin Foundation, Clinton said:

'This is someone running to be president of the United States of America — a country facing a gun violence epidemic — and he’s talking about more guns in our schools, he’s talking about more hatred and division in our streets. That’s no way to keep us safe.'

The CEO of McDonald’s fast food chain, Steve Easterbrook, was pleased to announce that driven by the President’s push for higher wages and a growing economy, McDonald’s profits are up, employee turnover is lower, and customer satisfaction scores are higher. So much for the GOP’s lies that higher wages and employee benefits are business killers.

It is only common sense that as a business your employees are one of your most valuable assets. Paying them a decent wage will not put you out of business. Actually, the opposite is true. Thank you McDonalds.

I still think his objective has been to destroy the GOP and he's doing a mighty fine job of that. I've always thought his running for President is his biggest con.

  11. To be honest, I'm not impressed with any of the candidates running, especially Hillary. Albeit, if there are as I've heard, 50 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., I have to admit to leaning toward Trump.

With that out of the way, here's the reason for my comment...for years, I've wondered how Hillary could be Secretary of State and Bill could travel all over the world giving speeches and raking in millions of dollars paid to their charity.

The following article covers all this and I wonder what, if any, affect this will have on Hillary's run for president:
