You know you have slipped down the rabbit hole when Bill O'Reilly is the voice of reason.

Courtesy of TPM:

Calling the Instagram video “kind of tawdry stuff,” O’Reilly told Trump, “I'm not sure that this is a good thing…to do that” before trailing off.

“Well, I’m only responding to what they do. She’s been very nasty, and I said I’d like it to be on policy, straight down the middle,” he said before trumpeting recent poll numbers.

O’Reilly interrupted to say “every human being on earth” saw those poll numbers.

“I understand what you are trying to do here is inhibit Mrs. Clinton from attacking you personally by saying, ‘if you play that game, then can I come back 10 times harder.’ I understand that,” the “O’Reilly Factor” host said.

He continued: “But you know that it makes the country look bad abroad and things like that. That's what worries me. I understand the Clinton attack machine. I got it, and I think it has to be dealt with somewhat. But I think maybe caution.”

Man I hate to have to agree with Bill O'Reilly but of course he is right, this election season has certainly damaged our credibility around the world.

In fact many world leaders have expressed actual fear at the thought of a Trump presidency. And these are not our enemies, these are our allies.

Of course why Trump thinks these attacks against Hillary, the so called "Enabler," and Bill, the so called "Predator," will work in 2016 is because while all of us who lived through the Monica Lewinsky drama and impeachment debacle of the 90's, have moved on and think it no longer matters, there are a whole group of Millennial women who have not heard these stories before.

Trump is counting on the fact that he can fan the flames of outrage, which seem to always be right under the surface with the young folks today, and get them to reject Hillary out of hand, despite the fact that she would be infinitely more empathetic to their needs as women and far more likely to support legislation that protects them and their rights.

Will it work?

Well I would think not.

But to be honest I am not entirely sure.

After all look how easy it was for the Sanders' campaign to convince their followers that Hillary was a Republican-lite.

I feel 100% confident Hillary will be our next POTUS. That does not mean we should not each do our part. Ask friends and acquaintances if they heard Donald Trump say, "I could stand on 5th Avenue and shoot someone, and I would not lose any voters". There is no debating that person is not POTUS material.

I, too, was 100% confident Hillary would be POTUS. However, I did support Bernie and agreed with those like Biden that he should not be a quitter.

I didn't get the advantage for Democrats to go so deceitful and vicious after Bernie, but that is politics. I hope it was Trump that set up the Hillary supporters and not the Democrats eating their own.

Now I don't know about Hillary and the confidence in her being POTUS.

I guess we will see how the State Department and that audit plays out.

Democrats are destroying themselves when they trash on Bernie and his wife without backup to what they are spewing.

      @8:48 ~ I agree!

This primary is so vicious that it's suspect as to whom supports who. The nation watched Senator Sanders defend Secretary Clinton over her emails, pointing the discussion back to the issues. SOME of the vitriol credited directly to him and directed towards Hillary is just too out of character and smacks of subterfuge.

@11:43 ~ The harder you push real Berners away, the more real Berners dig in their heels for Bernie's right to compete right up to the convention, and then get 100% behind the actual nominee.

You might think it's the Millennials being so brazen, but there are a lot of middle-class Baby Boomers rooting for Bernie, too, WITHOUT throwing shade on Hillary.

It is not apology to want spews to have back up and be in the realm of reality. Anyone can say Hillary, Bernie or Trump wears no underware when the facts are they do wear underware and there is proof.

Anyone can believe or think such and so wears no underware when they do wear it. They are free to spew but it does not help their cause or anyone else.

Well that wasn't all that hard for anyone who looked:

How corporate America bought Hillary Clinton for $21M

    http://nypost.com/2016/05/22/how-corporate-america-bought-hillary-clinton-for-21m/

Ronald Reagan was severely criticized in 1989 when, after he left office, he was paid $2 million for a couple of speeches in Japan. “The founding fathers would have been stunned that an occupant of the highest office in this land turned it into bucks,” sniffed a Columbia professor.

So what would Washington and Jefferson make of Hillary Rodham Clinton? Mandatory financial disclosures released this month show that, in just the two years from April 2013 to March 2015, the former first lady, senator and secretary of state collected $21,667,000 in “speaking fees,” not to mention the cool $5 mil she corralled as an advance for her 2014 flop book, “Hard Choices.”

Throw in the additional $26,630,000 her ex-president husband hoovered up in personal-appearance “honoraria,” and the nation can breathe a collective sigh of relief that the former first couple — who, according to Hillary, were “dead broke” when they left the White House in 2001 with some of the furniture in tow — can finally make ends meet.

    Well awrighty then!

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton violated federal records rules through her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, a State Department audit has concluded.
"At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department issues before leaving government service," says an audit by the State Department Inspector General, obtained by NBC News.
"Because she did not do so, she did not comply with the [State] Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."
    http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/clinton-broke-federal-rules-email-server-audit-finds-n580131

A State Department Inspector General report faulted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for not complying with policies for email preservation, according to a copy of the report obtained by CNN on Wednesday.
The report, which was provided to lawmakers, states, "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."
    http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/25/politics/state-department-report-faults-clinton-over-email-use/index.html?adkey=bn

WASHINGTON — The State Department’s inspector general sharply criticized Hillary Clinton’s exclusive use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, saying she had not sought permission to use it and would not have received it if she had.

In a report delivered to members of Congress on Wednesday, the inspector general said that Mrs. Clinton “had an obligation to discuss using her personal email account to conduct official business” with officials responsible for handling records and security but that inspectors found “no evidence” that she had."

It's not propaganda. It's a Federal Report and it's not going to be ignored.

Now Darrell Issa has something to sink his teeth in to. And you better believe Donald Trump will take full advantage of this too.

Just because you don't like the FACTS that your chosen one isn't lily white pure doesn't make it propaganda.

It's not Hillary's only weakness or fault. There are others. And the Republicans will be hammering on them in their best Switftboat Roveian style for the next six months, driving her unfavorables higher and higher. All they have to do is get Donald to muzzle some of the rhetoric and crank up the negative hit pieces on Hillary and they'll narrow that gap between the two and possible flip the middle ground, the INDEPENDENTS, to Hillary.

You know, those Independents and undecideds that might be supporting Bernie right now. The ones that haven't been counted because they weren't allowed to vote for him in the primaries.

Just keep up the constant Bernie bashing barrage of 'fuck you', 'asshole', 'grow up', etc. to really drive those Bernie supporters away. Whether they go to Trump or simply stay home, they won't vote for Hillary in gratitude for being treated like shit.

Time for a little reality check. Hillary is not a sure thing. She is not lily white. Being qualified doesn't mean squat if you don't get elected. There is no guarantee.

And lest us not forget, you can't afford to alienate any voters.

So stop with the Bernie bashing, name-calling, belittling, condescension, and hubris.

And when they post a link to the State Department Report they are accused of spreading propaganda.

Time to wake up, smell the coffee, realize Hillary isn't lily white pure and that possibly the Empress had no clothes.

Just don't bite the head off the messenger. They're just trying to prepare you for what is going to hit the fan right after she is declared the nominee.

It's going to get ugly and you can't afford to lose any votes. Not even those of the Bernie Supporters you hate so much. Continue to insult them and then tell them they "need" to support Clinton and you might find yourself being told to fuck off.

State Department Deals A Death Blow To The Republican Party’s Clinton Email Scandal

...The problem for Republicans is that the basis of their “scandal” is that Clinton did something different and more criminal than previous Secretaries of State. The audit shows that the problems with email in the State Department existed long before Clinton and that State suffers from many of the same issues that federal departments face when confronted with a combination of quickly changing technology and outdated policies.

      Uh-huh.
The report states that its findings are based on interviews with current Secretary of State John Kerry and his predecessors – Madeleine Albright, Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice, but that Clinton and her deputies declined the IG’s requests for interviews.

9:07 - so? It was State Dept. protocol and not a law. President Obama said she erred, and so did she. But she broke no law....

Dakota Meyer lied to the famous military expert and writer Bing West when he was writing his biography.

You don't lie to a man like that if you have an ounce of honor.

Now Bing is a piece of crap and all his books are crap. He did not vet the vet. He did not check the vet for lies? Neither lies of commission or omission.

Bing has no valid judgment of character, who can trust him?

All of Bing's work is questionable and just the same crap as Dakota Meyer's biography.

You can't believe any of them or anyone that worked for or with the Bush Administration.

Kyle is a hero for the Palins. Sgt Track Palin named his daughter after Sniper Kyle. L'il Sniper, not Piper.

The Palins were so devastated by the way President Obama treated Kyle and the sad for Track for the loss of his hero.

They found a replacement and did all they could to set their combat vet up with another one he could admire and be like a brother.

One mother, two brothers. Good propaganda is forever.

The rest is history. Sarah was almost on her way to the White House with the Power Couple. Another bastard ended that dream, but all is not lost. With better writers the Palin dream lives on.

      That Time Sgt. Dakota Meyer.....

Gads, it's almost end of May. We have six more months of this before we suck it up and try to accept whoever gets elected be it our candidate or the other asshole. No wonder Americans are acting like the zombies from world war z.

      Really.

We should take a page out of the playbooks of other countries and the entire process should not take more than six months. I'd say three months for primaries and three months for election is plenty of time. The primaries for the states should not be spread out like they are (thus negating the votes of those states that vote last) and there is no reason to drag out the elections either.

Gone are the days when we cast paper ballots that were gathered and counted by hand and riders on horseback brought the news across the country until all of the votes were tallied.

We no longer need so much time. We probably don't need a primary or electoral college any more either. We could probably have a direct vote and be just fine.

Interestingly, Ken Starr has just been fired by Baylor University for ignoring complaints by female students. They were raped by football players and the college and coaches did nothing to help them. Ken Starr, the guy who went after Clinton for the Monica Lewinsky scandal. I guess he is pretty self righteous and smug now like he was back then. Ken Starr cares nothing about female students.

First, I just love the deer in the headlight constipated for years look that he gets by imitating Melania. Must be packing a fireplug in that gut, little big man!
Second, when has Trump ever discussed policy?
Third, "Well SHE started it......by accepting an invitation to little big man's wedding, along with her husband, Bill.
If he hates her so much, then why invite her to your wedding? The most sacred moment between divorces a man who can't get it right can ever be part of? I bet Bill and Hillary are still laughing over that one.
    Poor Persecuted moron.
