Hillary Clinton finds one of those small business owners Donald Trump is always bragging about helping.

I found this to be an especially effective ad.

And it works even better because it speaks right to Trump's main selling point. That he understands business and will bring more jobs to the country.

Really? He could not even improve the wages of the people who worked directly for him.

In other news that Donald Trump is going to hate, according to Mother Jones Hillary Clinton appears to be all but unbeatable:

Hillary Clinton is 9 points ahead of Donald Trump regardless of whether Gary Johnson is in the race. A subsequent question makes clear there's very little wiggle room here: among voters who support a candidate, nearly all of them say their choice is firm. Bottom line: there are very few undecided voters—who will probably break pretty evenly anyway—and everyone else says their minds are solidly made up.

So does Trump have a chance? Sure—though it's slipping away. Voters are pretty non-thrilled with their choices this year, which means that turnout could make an even bigger difference than usual. But running a ground game requires lots of money and great organization, both of which Trump lacks. At this point, then, it looks like Trump's only real chance is some kind of dramatic external event that suddenly turns voters his way. But I'm no longer sure what that could be. Serious economic problems are unlikely over the next 17 weeks, and terrorist attacks don't seem to help him in the polls. So what is there?

Personally I would assume that the answer to that last question is "nothing."

In fact even fellow Republicans are so disgusted with their choice this year that some of them are trying to work it so that THEY can choose his VP candidate for him.

Yep, that's what you want to do to a control freak, take the control away from him.

I expect a Trumplosian of epic proportions.

It is a great ad except I kept looking at the guy's untrimmed nose hairs, something at the left corner of his mouth and possibly a booger in his right nostril. Very distracting from the message, but the message itself hits the target -- Donald Trump the unethical businessman.

Of course the Psychotic Yam would call Mr. Tesoro (whose name means "treasure" in Italian) a "loser" because Mr. T called his architectural firm "a little ship." I hope his son got to school after all.

And as a Jew, I was deeply grateful that HRC's shop did not highlight one of the many Jewish business-owners that Drumpf also had shafted: imagine what the alt-right would make of that.

Also, too, as a Jew it makes me cringe to see Ivanka posing mutely and decoratively behind her father. I definitely understand the kind of father-hunger that makes her do the unimaginable in hope of a scrap of his attention and approval. But in the end, her father is NOT WORTH the self-abasement in which the Kushners are wallowing, selling out their family in order not to piss off the Yam. To use the latter's word: Sad!

I couldn't help but notice the way Ivanka smiled in the clips where Donald was speaking. In particular, I'm speaking of around 3:16 to 3:20 in the video. Her smile looks so fake. It makes me wonder.

There need to be more of these so that Donald can be blacklisted. Sure, there will always be another architect or another construction company. But the word needs to spread amongst all suppliers that if you do business with Trump you'll get shafted. Having the Trump name on your "resume" isn't enough to keep you in business when he only pays you pennies on the dollar.

Personally, nothing would motivate me to work for Trump.

But those that do, should get paid up front.

Which boggles the mind that he can still find business to work for him.

Networking is better than ever. How can small businesses like this architect not know that he violates contracts left and right and you'll never get paid?

Personally, if you're going to get paid so little you have to use your own savings and credit line to keep your business afloat for years, how much more would it cost to take Donald Asshole Trump to court? If you have a signed contract, invoices, bills, etc. how complicated could it be? Trump's lawyers can only appeal so many times before a judge slaps them upside the head with pay or else. And if they still don't, you put a lien on whatever you want.

  11. Anonymous12:26 PM

This is just like a story I read a few months ago -- Trump signed a contract with a small business, the work was done for him, and then he said "I'll pay half. If you don't like it, sue me." So the "success" of Trump's businesses are partly due to his stealing services from others and plowing the money back into his own pockets.
He's a thief, plain and simple.

Yup, that's the M/O I've read about. Pays maybe half, then uses it against small business owners that they did accept partial payment, if they do try to go after the rest of what they are owed.
And let's not forget cheating massively on his taxes. Elizabeth Warren's recent smack down on this was epic.

Haha, good point! My guess from the beginning has been that he sized her up correctly as an easy mark, luring her to Iowa and OK where she could actually do his campaign a bit of good, with no real promises beyond a vague, "Of course there will be room in a Trump administration for Sarah Palin." Palin probably peed in her panties at the chance to spend SarahPAC funds to support the travel.
Too bad, so sad, when the grifters get grifted. How does it feel to be screwed by Little Donny, Sarah? Is his pecker really as small as people say?

I like the ad, but it's a little long for TV and it's a white collar architect that got shafted.

What I think would be far more persuasive is to find one of the hundreds of construction and trade workers and owners that Trump has shafted.

Having a blue collar guy in a cabinet shop hitting Trump hard, and using some rough language along the same theme would slam the Orange Asshole right where it hurts, and is exactly the target demographic that is Trump's base.

    Article:

    http://www.businessinsider.com/businesses-and-employees-accuse-donald-trump-of-not-paying-them-2016-6

USA Today analyzed 60 lawsuits documenting workers who were employed by Trump and his businesses during the past several decades who say that they weren't compensated for the services they provided, according to the report.

The accusers allegedly include hundreds of waiters, dishwashers, carpenters, plumbers, bartenders, real-estate brokers, and even lawyers who represented the businessman in various suits.

The son of one cabinet builder, Paul Friel, told the newspaper that his family's business submitted an $83,600 bill in the 1980s to the Trump Organization — part of a $400,000 contract to build cabinets and other furniture at Harrah's at Trump Plaza.

Friel said that the firm never received the payment, the report noted.

"That began the demise of the Edward J. Friel Company ... which has been around since my grandfather," Friel said.

Find the Friel family and have them on TV blasting that immoral bastard for stiffing them $83,000!

Hillary Clinton Pushes Police Training, Gun Checks to Combat ‘Senseless Killing’

“There is too much violence, too much hate, too much senseless killing, too many people dead who shouldn’t be,” she said in a speech in Philadelphia Friday evening.

If elected president, Mrs. Clinton said she would push for an overhaul of sentencing laws and comprehensive background checks for gun purchases, and said she would bring people together to develop national guidelines on use of force by police officers.

She also promised to ask Congress for $1 billion to fund police training programs.

Trump is losing in every credible poll. The Republican Party is flailing around deeply divided. The nominee should be leading the party, but Republican primary voters picked Donald Trump, so what they are getting is a lazy candidate who holds a few events each week, and spends most of his time obsessing about his media coverage.

Donald Trump is destroying the Republican Party through a combination of incompetence, poor judgment, and neglect.

Unfortunately that man and his business is just ONE of the small businesses that the Trump has screwed over in AMERICA. dRrumpf claims he creates jobs. If he doesn't pay the business that contracted with him in good faith, he is then destroying jobs AND small businesses. His own company OUTSOURCES clothing construction to at least 3 countries that pay about 30 CENTS an hour and dRUmpf brags about it. Is he going to bring THOSE jobs back to the United States? Hardly.

Donald dRumpf destroys lives and small businesses. He's proud of it and will continue to do it. His rabid supporters need to calm the phuck down and absorb the truth of what dRumpf actually says. He says what he means. Let me repeat that, dRumpf actually says what he means. His actions and influence back up the fact that he believes (middle class) Americans make TOO MUCH MONEY (except for him and his billionaire buddies) and that it is beneficial to him and others to outsource work. WHAT phucking jobs is he talking about bringing back to the US?

He's not going to suck it up and pay AMERICANS to sew his shirts, suits and ties. Cuz hey, those peeps make too much money. WHAT JOBS idoes he claim to bring back here??? I wanna phuckin KNOW.

Make America great "AGAIN"? What does that mean... George Bush put us in the toilet, Not Barack Obama. Drumpf is a SHAM. And any "AMERICAN" with a brain should see that. I know I'm preaching to the choir.
