The sexual harassment allegations against Roger Ailes just keep right on coming.

Courtesy of New York Magazine:

Limiting the damage to Ailes may prove difficult. Multiple sources told me that a number of women at Fox, who work both on camera and off, have experienced sexual harassment and are eager to talk about it with investigators. “Lots of other women want to come forward,” a Fox source briefed on the investigation told me. “They won’t talk to the press. They want to talk to the outside lawyer because that’s safe.” Gretchen Carlson, in her recent interview with the Times, also suggested that the harassment was widespread.

Meanwhile, the accusations against Ailes himself continue to pile up. According to sources I spoke with, at least three former Fox anchors have been harassed. One former rising star at the network has said that Ailes approached her during a barbecue at Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy’s house in New Jersey while she was bouncing on a trampoline with children and said, “Are you wearing any panties? I wish you weren't.” Another recently departed Fox host has claimed Ailes made her turn around in his office to show him her figure.

That's not even the worst of it.

There are a number of women who worked with Ailes decades ago, some in their sixties and even seventies now, who are accusing Ailes of inappropriate sexual behaviors.

That would help to establish the same kind of long term pattern of behavior that we have also identified with Bill Cosby, and give much credibility to Gretchen Carlson and the other women speaking out today.

Why am I not surprised that Fox, that bastion of GOP propaganda, distortion, and lies (the 'Fair and Balanced' channel), is run by a serial sexual predator?

I'm still wondering why Jerry Hall would marry Rupert Murdoch except for seeing $$.

Makes one wonder what $arah did to get that contract.

Jerry Hall always has been a gold digging ratchet bitch.

He produced the Mike Douglas Show, which had all the beautiful actresses and entertainers of the day on. I believe each and every one, same with Bill Cosby. The statute of limitations shouldn't apply to rape, as far as I'm concerned.

Demanding arbitration also isn't going to fly.

First, Greta is suing Ailes, not Fox.

Second, some of those coming forward no longer work for Fox so they can't be compelled to arbitration.

And let us not forget, sexual harassment in the workplace is a Federal crime.

This is going to be fun. Even Fox and Murdoch can't shut up all of these women by paying them off. They might have the money but some of these women will not take it. They are out for blood.

Doesn't Murdoch own Fox? Why hasn't he stepped up and kicked Roger to the curb? Or maybe Roger knows too much about Rupert's sex life?

Ailes is making him money. Rupert Murdoch was born without principles. He has an army of seasoned lawyers, fresh from his phone-hacking scandal, to hide behind. And he has a terrible memory, even for a geriatric...

LOL Bud. You a funny fella. That Ailes is one ugly phuk. I can't imagine ANYONE could be capable of caving to his inappropriate advances to sleep with him - even if it meant a chance at newz stardumb.
Too bad so many people had to face the pressure of harassment and the image of the jabba jiggle in their heads. Can't unsee that.

Black GOP Senator Talks About Being Pulled Over By Police 7 Times In One Year

...I shuddered when I heard Eric Garner say “I cannot breathe.” I wept when I watched Walter Scott turn and run away and get shot and killed. And I broke when I heard the 4-year-old daughter of Philando Castile’s girlfriend tell her mother, “It’s OK, I’m right here with you”...

In the course of one year, I’ve been stopped seven times by law enforcement officers. Not four, not five, not six, but seven times in one year as an elected official. Was I speeding sometimes? Sure. But the vast majority of the times, I was pulled over for nothing more than driving a new car in the wrong neighborhood, or some other reason just as trivial...

Sarah probable took his sexual remarks as compliments, since she was probable wearing one of her hooker outfits with belmonts at the interview.

As a former FOX employee, she has not come out in solidarity for any of these women. I am sure she thinks they asked for it.

I kind of love the symbolism of Hillary running this year. She's facing down Trump, Ailes, and the Fox News propaganda machine. That means we the people are effectively voting on a referendum: do we a) stick with toxic masculinity and preserve the kind of culture that has kept women like Hillary down for 250 years, or b) do we move the greatest democracy in the world forward into a feminist, millennial mode of collective thinking?
Historically, it's a very interesting question. I really hope the American people come up with the right answer.

OT: is it me or do others notice how badly Dakota Meyer's skin has been damaged by the sun? For a 28 yr old, he appears to be a skin cancer patient in a few years. I do realize that in a war zone applying sunscreen may not be a priority but it's been a few years since he was an active duty guy. His skin looks horrible.

But what is striking, as much as who is on the list, is who is not. Several figures Mr. Trump had said he would invite to speak, like the boxing promoter Don King and Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor, were not included. Neither was Tom Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback, a hugely popular figure in the key state of New Hampshire.

Now word is that Pirro and Van Sustern are suing because Ailes didn't harass them and therefore held them back from the really big time they deserved. Greta claims that Rudy Giuliani used to dress up in her outfits and go out on dates with Ailes and Sean Hannity where they sang Karaoke marathons of Phantom of the Opera at 21 with the Koch Brothers.

  18. Roger Ailes and Fox New, and Lee Atwater have blood on their hands. Combine that with Nixon's southern strategy and it's become a toxic brew for all the divisiveness that is tearing the fabric of our country apart.
